My review is about the same as everyone else’s. This place was recommended through my insurance. The process was smooth and The Job was done as expected. Mines took a few days longer due to receiving bent parts twice in a row(not their fault). I didn’t mind my change being taken from my glovebox but I had to explain to my supervisor where a new $30 blanket had gone that was purchased for a homeless client with company money. Lucky some of the other sticky finger reviews backed me up. Bought my car here after a break in attempt after only having my new car for 2 weeks and end up getting robbed here instead ? Quality work though.
Overall, I am pleased with the repair, but unpleased with the time that it took my vehicle was gone for a month. Someone from this shop stole my favorite souvenir lighter from Las Vegas and about eight dollars In quarters from my armrest, they also misplaced my driver side floor mat, but it was found in the shop, cleaned and returned to my vehicle the man helping me with my issues was kind and understanding and even offered to replace the money and lighter himself. I refused and told him the issue I had was not the items taken but as a business they should have returned my vehicle with everything in tact. Repair was good, customer service was excellent but everything else I could do without.
No issues with my repair. My insurance sent me there to have it repaired an attempted theft. Just realized though that my tire pump is missing from trunk. My fault for not removing it and not checking when they returned it. Just annoying to have to replace something that had sat in my trunk for over a year no issue and now has magically disappeared.
They are bad business they open at 8am and an old white man seen me standing out there and never opened the door I had to go into the area where the workers are to get help. After I got in now old white man wants to help. Never will I go there again.
The staff have friendly personalities. However, they released my vehicle with a hub assembly damage to my accident wheel side. Then it went into a cat and mouse game of: "whose going to cover the cost" after they (Ms. Joanna) sent me to the dealership for a further vehicle analysis
James has been fantastic! He is always very attentive to details and takes the time to understand my needs, especially when it comes to my car. His professionalism and dedication make every experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service!
I'm the victim of being hit by a 16 year old kid and slammed into me so I call this place to find out how much out of pocket because they've had it for 12 days now and say can u fix this this and this and they said because Allstate totaled me out they cannot work on it anymore like what? What??? I'm willing to pay out of pocket for repairs and you won't even do the repairs? Like omfg if this is the way this business is run I don't even want them working on my car
Christian was great! The car looked amazing also. I rated this service one star because honesty is paramount when I trust someone to fix my belongings. My child's godparents give them $1 every time they see them, and I usually leave the money in my car. I forgot to remove it when I dropped off my vehicle, but it was all the way at the bottom, with my glasses, and several receipts on top. Now, the money is gone, and I noticed that they had searched my car, even moving baby wipes. What a shame.

I took my car to have it repaired after a tree fell on it after a storm. I have a 2014 Infiniti Q60 convertible. All I can say is the job done was very poor. It was a poor paint job and the car is white. The replacement parts that was put on (aftermarket parts) was also poorly put on. The fit of the parts have left gapage where there wasn’t garage before. You can clearly look at the opposite side of the vehicle and see how everything flows and fit smoothly and the side where the work was done it’s not fitting the best. They lost an emblem that sits in my passenger door while working on my vehicle and upon its return to me I noticed it. They took responsibility for losing it and searched to replace it. Because they don’t make this car any longer it was harder to find than they anticipated. It took an additional month to locate one. They called and I came. They popped it in. It didn’t look right. I got home and kept looking at it. It’s the right emblem, except it’s for the drivers side door not the passenger! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone with a really nice vehicle because just 1 visit and the value of my limited edition vehicle has plummeted. Not only that, but they threw all my personal contents out that was in the back of my vehicle instead of sitting it to the side and placing back in!!!!! Very irresponsible!!!
Staff was corteous & professional. Car was available 5 days before estimated date there’s nothing like driving your own. Vehicle looks good & I like that I have a 1 year warranty.
If you want good service crash Champions is the place to take your car everything was timely for pickup and the service man Joe is very helpful in explaining thing they are going to do.
Everyone was so professional & courteous. James went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was immaculate…from the repairs to the detailing. My vehicle looks and drives even better than before it was bought in. I’m grateful that they were the ones that serviced my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I’m satisfied with the work done to my car. Once I get the wheel locks that went missing from my car, I’ll be completely satisfied. It’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t been contacted as promised, which has the let down in this experience so far :(……..

Service King process for fixing my passenger doors from a car accident was very efficient! The paperwork process was made easy and they gave me consistent updates on the status of my repairs. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new and they cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle!
As my first car accident experience I was nervous about taking my car to a place my insurance recommended. I was worried my car wouldn’t be the same as they mostly never are. From beginning to end my experience with Service King in South Holland was great! From Veronica the receptionist checking me in and getting me started to Martin and James making sure everything was on track. I received text message updates throughout the process and my vehicle was done in about a week. I had to take it back for a minor issue and they scheduled me right away and fixed it within 5mins. Great experience and great staff! Thank you!!!
Great job, only thing is that you have to point out if your car does not have Ave a solid color and tell them which color it is (mine was metallic black, but they painted it solid glossy black. Not a huge deal though).
The wonderful thing is their professionalism, follow ups through the whole process (text messages and phone calls, and that they tell you in advance the name of who will follow your claim), LOVE the LIFETIME warranty they give you on the job they did!!!

Super fast turn around time, went above and beyond. Kept me updated the entire time. Clear breakdown of costs. Young lady who checked me in was very personable. The gentleman who returned my car to me was extremely helpful and explained in detail what services were performed. They even waited shortly after closing so I could pick up my car.
Well I put my car in with Service Kings on Tuesday 12/08/20. They kept it until Saturday 12/19/20. They got a late start on it and the reason for the late start was due to them not giving the insurance company the correct information. They then called me and told me I’d have to talk to the insurance company and do what the estimator should already have handled but didn’t send proper photos and information. All of this happened 2 days before the scheduled return date which in turn pushed the return date back to Saturday. Then on that Saturday they tell me I can pick it up but the paint shop didn’t paint it correctly so I have to bring it back anyways but when I get there not only is the paint not right the front bumper was clearly not reattached properly because anyone can see space between the bumper and headlight and on the rear of the car they put the badges on incorrectly. Because they got the bumper on wrong and the paint wrong and the badges wrong and it took so long and had to come back they offered a free wheel alignment for the trouble so great right??? The car they returned to me after they reattached the bumper and wheel the wheel alignment it’s not the same car I left with them. Now the steering wheel goes “loose” and they are not responsible. If you must go there because your insurance company forces you too they please do not accept any free service. My insurance company even waved the deductible and they knowingly called me and asked for it anyways.
My car looks great. Very friendly staff. Only one thing that they could work on is better communication during the process as My car was supposed to be ready on a specific day but when I called to go pick up they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 2 days later which I wish I would have been told sooner since I was paying for a rental out of pocket. Other than that I have no complaints and will definitely bring my cars back in the future.
This is my Second repair by Service King, but first repair at the South Holland location. My car was repaired and ready for pickup on 7/10/20. I can't say enough about Veronica, who did the intake of my car. She paid special attention to all the details. And most of all Victor, the location Manager. He kept me informed every step of the way on the repair process. My car was complete and finished as promised. Great job on the repairs. Thanks Victor and your entire staff.
Took my vehicle in for repair and quite happy with the experience. The staff was courteous, timely, and professional while still maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated and I was pleased with the quality. I would recommend this location to anyone needing expert repair.
I have been to this Service King which is why I went back this week. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair. Veronica and Sandy have the best customer service. Veronica handled everything from my initial estimate, scheduled my repair, took care my rental and made sure she let me know my SUV was ready 4 days early.!! The quality of the work here has my vehicle looking brand new and so clean. Accidents and repairs is often a stressful situation but this location makes it easy and provides great work!!!

My experience was fantastic and I got my baby back the way I orginally purchased her! Took a week to complete the work and I was updated throughout the process. Although it doesn't look bad they also preformed a diagnostics to make sure everything was fine. Sure enough they found something and took care of it before she was returned to me. I will forever be grateful for whipping my love back to her former self! Now it's time to ride! ?

Got involved in a crash , decided to bring my nissan juke to service king, as soon as i walked in the door i was helped and greeted by nice people, my car was done a few days after the estimated time but well worth the wait, great service.
