This place sucks, manager lies about ordering parts and wasted 2 days of my time with his incompetence. Matthew is a poor excuse of an employee and should be looked into for this behavior. Don't tell customers your doing something and nothing gets done. You said "I'm holding the part in my hand right now." All for me to arrive and nothing be available. Dude you suck! 0/10. If you need service and good customer care I'd recommend skipping Sounth Holland and Hazel Crest locations and going to Tinley Park/ Orland from the gate. If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD HAVE!!!

Last week this store "manager" Rosie totally lost respect of all customers by refusing to help a female customer requesting a cartridge of red hi-temp trailer grease. First trip she stated she had none, 2nd trip an employee was shown the cartridge and was in process of being helped when Rosie yelled at the employee to leave or be fired, she then threatened to call the police and have the 74 year old female customer removed. This manager should be fired, a customer should never be treated this way! They just lost a customer advocate for ever!!!!!!! Lots of auto stores with better service!
I had a disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. When I asked for help with a part, she was dismissive and came across as rude and impatient. To make matters worse, she took a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Very unprofessional and not what I expected when asking for assistance.
We're from out of state, and our truck started making a terrible grinding noise. We limped into the parking lot and diagnosed the problem. Wheel bearing. The employees went above and beyond helping my husband get parts and tools so we could get back on the road safely. Thank you for being there for us when we were so far from home!
The lady that worked the counter was outstanding. Excellent customer service. I know nothing about cars and I thought I had a huge problem and turned out to nothing major.
The associates are really in the store because they like their jobs and helped me resolve issues with my car. Like the replacement of my battery in sub degree cold wasn't a challenge, and installing windshield wipers to get my car ready for the winter was just a snap. I'm a senior citizen and have been in and out of auto part stores, I gauge the attitudes, and customer service is what makes you come back again and again.
Some lady working there literally told me see "see you in five seconds I bet yiu won't even make it out the lot" all I brought were fuses for the cigarette charger ports. Shame
Very knowledgeable associate at this o'riley and I also love the fact that the associate after given me a product he check and found another that was cheaper so I save money plus found the problem with my truck nothing but high praise for the team they put together at this O'Reilly
During the storm a guy screamed they are closed and instead of offering us shelter to stay until the weather for better he said it again. We are closed! We sat in the car outside.
I came 6 mins before closing and they already locked and shutdown their computers and turned in the safe. Wasn't able to get the part i needed even though i had called before.
I frequent this place quite a bit but lately the times that I've went there to get a product that I used to get from there that seems to not be there when I go there now and that is Lucas gas treatment not fuel system cleaner but Lucas gas treatment in the silver bottle or the gray bottle they seem to not have it the last three or four times that I went there so I'm not going there anymore at least not for that product and I don't particularly care too much for STP gas treatment which was all that was left to me and my car does not like STP gas treatment so I just got some because I didn't want to put gas in my car naked because you don't know what you're getting from the gas pump that's what I mean when I say putting fuel in my car naked not having gas treatment or the appropriate gas treatment to put in your car that you like not having it so you can sell more STP instead of the product that I really want y'all may not think that I know that that's what's going on and all you left me was STP to buy instead of what I really want not good and I will not buy STP again I'll just have to put fuel in my car naked no treatment will not be forced to buy a product that I don't want I'll find it somewhere how about that
They always have what I need and are very helpful and friendly there are other O'Riley stores but I prefer to drive from 74th and Western to South Holland store
I noticed that every time a black person walks in this store.
The manager yells across the store asking them, What do they need? But when any one of another race walks in, they are treated like normal And they are allowed to shop in peace.
I would like to Thank Rosie for extending the extra mile & District Mgr who came to my home when I thought I bought a faulty battery & fixed it.

Went to get a reading on check engine light after waiting 20 mins was told someone would be out no one ever came out. I just left horrible customer service.
Customer service as it should be. Young lady greeted me and right away offered to help me. Once I purchased my items I needed some additional help, and Brian was right there. I truly appreciate how he willingly stepped up, and didn't expect anything in return. It was dark out but he still helped me as well as
another young lady waiting.. O'Reilly prices are a little high, but when I receive customer service like this it's worth every penny.
My check engine light came on so I went to see if I could get a diagnostic test done. The store manager was the one assisting me and he was very helpful. Due to Covid they do not do the test but you are able to use the equipment. He did a thorough explanation on how to use the equipment, and when I came back in to the store he gave me a print out of what the code meant and the possible fixes. I really appreciated his help.
I had been here before I had a good experience with the customer serve with Amanda Tedeschi help me my wiper blade I got a nice one and I recommend going back here for anybody and I'm going to go get another one. Overall very good health for customer service
I enjoy shopping at O'Reilly's in South Holland Illinois a customer service there is very well the employees really have good customer service skills and they will help you find anything that you need for your automobile in the manager Thomas is a very good manager and he helps every customer that comes in and the associate manager Lolita helps very well as too I enjoyed going to that O'Reilly's because of the customer service of the manager and the assistant manager they are very helpful to all of their customers and thank you
Life time warranty on most if not all their parts. Usually have items in stock or find for you at another one. Never really had a problem with returns either.
They lady lied and said she couldn’t find the machine to hook up to my car so we can understand why the check engine light was on. Then she turned to her xo worker asked and whispered more stuff so she wouldn’t have to come outside. If I were into getting people fired I would’ve called corporate she so lucky I know the Lord.
I walked in asking about the screw for my license plates while on the her personal phone the woman behind the counter states get anyone. I finally grab one after standing there for 10 min and not a sole asked if I needed help. I asked if someone will be able to advise me how to put the screw on the plate she states with an attitude “ O we don’t do that.” At this point I’m upset. Not only do you “not” help your clients whom you see struggling with a decision, you all don’t assist in explaining or demonstrate how to use the product. I will NEVER shop her again. Autozone employees not only are hands on they really assist with solving problems. Horrible service today
