Came in with my iPhone charging port not working. I had tried all the normal things at home and could not fix it. Ryan fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service.
If I could give zero stars I would. I wasn’t satisfied with the service after buying a car battery. I never left the store I was in my car taking to my dad. Turns out he found a car battery better price and they were willing to install it for me free of charge at autozone. I went back inside the store to return the car battery I had bought. The store manager was trying to tell me they don’t sell the car battery I had bought from them few minutes ago. Tried calling me a liar also telling me my dad might of switched the batteries…. Like what? I told the manager without losing my cool that I never left the store how is that possible? Store manager definitely looked racist.
I needed to get my broken car key repaired or replaced at a fair price, and I was really impressed by how quickly everything was done! The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Definitely a great experience – I’ll be coming back if I ever need help again. Highly recommend!
I bought two batteries from batteries Plus 3 months ago I brought them back and then to my surprise they did not honor their guarantee they kept contradicting themselves arguing with me so I took my batteries and left no more batteries for me at batteries Plus
Just stopped in to get my daughter’s phone’s charging port fixed. They did it in about five minutes and charged $6. Fast, affordable and friendly - highly recommend!

When all other retailers either are out of stock or don’t carry the battery we needed, Batteries Plus had plenty of them not to mention 2 name brands and their own brand too!
Small store next to Crumbl’s and Panda Express in the strip mall. They greeted us when we walked in and helped us locate the battery we so desperately needed for our garage door Q app.
Prices we found are better than the big box retailers and service and help was excellent.

I easily found the deep cycle marine battery with the right specifications for a backup sump pump online and arranged for pickup at the store. Very competitive price, and available same day.

The check-in process was fast, the information given was pertinent, and most important, the service was given with a smile. Cudos to that employee, he's one of the good guys!
I went to batteries Plus with an unusual request. I had a Hallmark card from my wife who recently passed away, the card played a special Paris theme, which is no longer available. Rick was able to manipulate the wiring with a different card, so that my card plays. Once again. I am so grateful.
Batteries + in Schaumburg, IL had the Duracell deep cycle battery that I required in stock. I was able to order online and pick up in store thereby saving 10%, using a discount code provided on their ordering web page. I brought the old battery with me, when I went to the store and was able to exchange it to get an immediate refund for the core charge. The staff was informed and helpful and carried the new 60 lb battery to my car.
They don't honor their warranty on batteries. Had a sales person test a batteries in front of me they tested bad. Supposedly the manager on duty had to retest because she couldn't issue me replacement without his approval. He goes in the back says they are not testing what they are supposed to and gives me story that something killed then blah blah no replacement. Even though i have warranty on them.
This was the first time I ever bought anything here and last time. I spent $700.00 dollars for 4 batteries. Biggest mistake ever
Great service they went above and beyond.. fixed my old key that had a broken metal piece in it to start my disabled vehicle to get the car there and they swapped it out immediately…. Thanks Illya and Rick….
Rick and Fernando are incredibly great at what they do, not only did they quickly and efficiently repaired my watch they explained the mechanism of the watch and over all had incredible customer service experience. I definitely will be returning.
The rep over the phone was able to cross check my options and took the time to thoroughly research my options. Once at the store every thing went smooth and they explained everything very clearly. I was impressed with the quality of service.
Fernando was great at helping me with getting a duplicate car key made. He explained the process and called another store when he didn't have my key fob in stock. He programmed the duplicate key for me and it works great. Excellent service, thank you Fernando.

I went to do a return at this location and because I had fraud on my credit card and their policy according to the store manger is that the refund has to go on the EXACT card that was used, they wouldn't issue a refund. The credit card company cancelled my card , I don't even have it! I offered to just spend the $$ in the store and they refused to allow that as well.
I called Corporate and they contacted the owner who after some time told them that someone would be calling from the store to issue my refund. It's been over a Month and I still don't have a refund. I have made 4 calls, 1 to the store and 3 to Corporate and they just keep putting me off and tell me that "they are looking into it." The owner nor Corporate care at all one bit about their customers. I have given them ample opportunity to handle my return and I hesitated to post here because I wanted them to resolve the situation but I am convinced that they aren't even competent enough to figure it out. Corporate has no idea what the franchise stores are doing and clearly the franchisee is an absentee owner who doesn't resolve customer issues. I get it, everyone is short staffed and it is difficult right now...I have been more than patient with them but am over it at this point.
I will also be contacting the BBB since I have been lied to and denied a refund that I am entitled to.
Update: 11/7/21. I did finally receive the refund that I was due. It is a shame that I had to put a bad Google review to finally get the attention of Corporate/Owner since my repeated calls resulted in no resolution.
The customer service was excellent. I went in a week ago to get my battery replaced on my cell phone. I was told it was best to make an appointment on line and receive $10 off my visit (which I did). I brought my phone in after the appointment was made and Mike was extremely helpful. He couldn't find me in the system but after a few moments I was found. He was helpful as I told him I was not a techy type person. I returned later and picked up my phone and the gentleman who replaced the battery was also personable.
