This is the worst car dealership I have ever worked with. I bought a brand new Lincoln Nautilus. Within four hours of taking it off the lot, it had electrical issues. Within a week, it was serviced for the issues which meant that I didn’t have my brand new car for a day. Within a month of getting it back, it had more issues and I received a recall notice. The car dealership was supposed to come and pick up my car from my house to get it serviced for the additional issues and for the recall. The pickup is part of my warranty. I scheduled the pickup and service appointment. I borrowed a friend’s car all day so the car dealership could service my vehicle while I was at work. They simply did not show up to service my vehicle. They never called. They never emailed. Nothing. I came home from work to find out that my vehicle was never picked up. I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. They had no answer for me. They saw the appointment and said, “I’m not sure what happened. We were short handed yesterday.” Now, I’ll have to be without my brand new car for at least one more day while I reschedule this appointment. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a business. I spent $70,000 on a brand new car only to receive a vehicle that needs constant servicing and a dealership that doesn’t have any interest in basic customer service.
The Lincoln Company urgently needs to provide training to its employees—specifically on how to speak with customers, how to make a sale, how to foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and how to adjust their attitudes and perspectives toward people from diverse backgrounds. I had planned to trade up to a higher-end model today, but the manager on duty exuded an aggressive, negative energy, and his manner of speaking to people was entirely inappropriate. Individuals like this are detrimental to the Lincoln brand; I will never visit a Lincoln dealership to purchase a car again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.

Worst dealership in town. They will sell you a car which is not at their dealership then forget to call you next day to come and check the vehicle. Took me 4 days to get a car. Very unprofessional. Must visit if you want to buy a new car with bad experience?

Top down this is an excellent staff. They listened when needed, explained when appropriate, and delivered on every promise. I bought a certified used car here and I'm here to recommend the experience to anyone in the market.

Regional Engineer was suppose to come look at it but he was too busy. Been through 2 Gm’s and 3 service managers. No answers snd a broken Nautilus
Ever since my vehichle purchase from Bob Rohrman Lincoln, there service has been outstanding in maintaining my Lincoln Navigators overall vehicle health & performance. Thanks to Vinny F & his service team, Carl S.
I felt like I was ripped off. I came there for an oil change and tire rotation and to take a look at the auto locks and windows that were not working. Initially the manager said he was going to charge me $160 to diagnosis the problem of the electric locks and windows and I agreed. A fews hours later he said he needed more time to diagnosis. I thought the mechanic spent time doing the oil change and tire rotation and didn't think anything of it. If he would have said from the start "hey I charge $160 an hr to diagnosis and it may take more time" I would have said no as I'm not paying to train someone to know how the electrical system works in my Lincoln Navigator (that's the reason I took the car there as they should know how Lincoln Navigator's work). When he told me he could not diagnosis the work problem and it was $320 so far, I told him that when he told me he needed more time I thought he was being courteous with the work being done not that I would pay $160 an hour. He asked me to bring the car back during the week so they can continue diagnosing it and I told him how much will that cost up to $10,000 and this is entirely out of the questions. Very disappointed and I will not go back again. Don't be surprised if you see something on Yelp for this...
