I came in to fix a minor dent on the front side of my car. I was worried that with it being payed by insurance that it would be difficult to do. The person up front helped me and made everything very easy. They were able to fit me in and work with my schedule which I appreciate. Everything was done quick and they made the experience for me very stress free. The dent is fixed and I’m happy with the overall service !
I have been coming V&P for 2 years. They are honest, hard working individuals who ALWAYS get the job done. They are friendly and their prices are great. I do not see myself going to any other mechanic, I have found my place :)
Took my car in for body repair & i loved the outcome. My car looks brand new. Affordable prices & very pleasant people to work with. Always get my oil changes and brakes replaced here. Never dissappoint. Deff reccomend
Horrible piss poor job! These have to be fake reviews bcs when i came in 05/17 many people were having the same problems . They lack communication, gave me a half-done car and when i came to tell them they said its not their job it’s the person who picked it up should've done the inspection. They took TWO months to fix my car TWO. They make the car look glamour on the outside but if you really know cars and know how to inspect you can see the half-job they do. If i could give a 0 i would. They are very rude especially Jaire. I’m all for supporting minority/family businesses but they were ATROCIOUS AND INCONSIDERATE AND THE VERY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is the only place I trust with my car and knowing that my car is in good hands. Over all my experience here with Victor and Pablo have been amazing and I will continue to come here with any car issues that I may have. Definitely very trustworthy place to come get your car checked and very welcoming people.
I went in for an oil change the first week the shop opened and they even put air in my tires without me asking them to. Very honest work from Victor. I am most definitely going to be returning. Very clean shop, and very affordable.
The atencion is very professional they work whit you on awnser any details about you vehicle I highly recommend V&P for am glad we have place like this for all r needs

Yo he visitado este lugar desde hace 9 meses y siempre me a gustado regresar porque te dan un buen trato y te atienden a tiempo y no te hacen esperar mucho depende de la reparación siempre son muy profesionales y son muy limpios desde que entras luego te das cuenta que estás tratando con personas profesionales y que hablen tu idioma estoy satisfecha con el servicio es muy raro encontrar un lugar donde te traten con profesionalismo y si yo lo recomendaría mil veces si fuera necesario.
