We had a car with mild aesthetic damages, we spoke to a calm chill guy at the desk who worked for Victor whom handles the claims and so on.
long story short: we got told that Yes they can have it done 3-4 days. Later Victor really wanted to drive his point home repeating it if he had to.. and that was that our insurance may not pay for any additional estimate costs and that he’s seen it come out of pocket rather than the insurance.
With concern we reached out to our insurance because we either way had to send them the insurance side of the estimates by email, they also confirmed that any additional costs from the auto place are to be sent to the insurance for assessment and pay, that we had nothing else to do with the body shop in terms of money. So we arrived on the day Victor agreed we are to drop the car off and we confirmed what our insurance said and he wanted their name and suggested we note their name in the future and then said alright it’s going to take 5 days and so on, straying more into 8 days possibly after what they talked about being 3-4 days as if something in them shifted in mood, they added on last minute that its how our insurance is and that any mechanic will tell you that so this is a clear situation where people talk out of their rear and then later say otherwise putting it off on something else being the case. Whatever is the truth it seemed like screws were loose and it wasn’t entirely the car in this case. These guys I’m sure do a good job in a loud music and recreational use environment but Victor really rubbed us the wrong way with lacking assessment face to face specially with the suggestion that we would pay out of pocket after when it was confirmed by our insurance that isn't the way it worked.
Took my car in for body repair & i loved the outcome. My car looks brand new. Affordable prices & very pleasant people to work with. Always get my oil changes and brakes replaced here. Never dissappoint. Deff reccomend

I came in to fix a minor dent on the front side of my car. I was worried that with it being payed by insurance that it would be difficult to do. The person up front helped me and made everything very easy. They were able to fit me in and work with my schedule which I appreciate. Everything was done quick and they made the experience for me very stress free. The dent is fixed and I’m happy with the overall service !

Yo he visitado este lugar desde hace 9 meses y siempre me a gustado regresar porque te dan un buen trato y te atienden a tiempo y no te hacen esperar mucho depende de la reparación siempre son muy profesionales y son muy limpios desde que entras luego te das cuenta que estás tratando con personas profesionales y que hablen tu idioma estoy satisfecha con el servicio es muy raro encontrar un lugar donde te traten con profesionalismo y si yo lo recomendaría mil veces si fuera necesario.
This is the only place I trust with my car and knowing that my car is in good hands. Over all my experience here with Victor and Pablo have been amazing and I will continue to come here with any car issues that I may have. Definitely very trustworthy place to come get your car checked and very welcoming people.
Customer service was beyond great. I’m not a car kinda guy but any problem I brought up they knew exactly what I was talking about, definitely would recommend.
I went in for an oil change the first week the shop opened and they even put air in my tires without me asking them to. Very honest work from Victor. I am most definitely going to be returning. Very clean shop, and very affordable.
