Unfortunately, I had a close encounter with a wildlife representative, and I believe it was a fox or little coyote. It was so fast and dark I couldn't say for sure. Anyway, I have known Stan Auto from the past. It is one of the best body shops you can dream of. Stan the owner, and his son Daniel- Assistant - are very easy to work with people. I came for an estimate on damages. I got instructed about procedures involving the insurance company. I decided to leave my ES300H for repair. We had to wait for the insurance adjuster to approve the initial estimate. He came the next day - very friendly and he gave ok to repair. During the disassembly appeared, there were more parts damaged. (almost $3000 damages) No problem - adjustor approved and now just waiting for the car. So far, so good. Oh, one more detail I got the loaner vehicle. This was awesome . Don't tell everybody because there is not enough for everyone There is more... I will post after getting my vehicle.
I took my car here after a deer accident. They forgot to fill the coolant which left me stuck on route 20. Upon further inspection they left wax residue on the exterior of the car that does not come off even after professional car detail. - pictures attached.
We purchase vehicles from this place all the time and we recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2015 with 62,000 miles and love how it turned out. It came from an accident but the only damage was front left bumper. Barely any damage and it gave us a clean title on it. They take there jobs very seriously and help people to fix there cars. Hit a deer in Wisconsin a couple weeks back in my Toyota Tundra. Bull bar saved my truck but there was damage to the bumper, radiator, headlights, hood and fenders non the less. Brought it to Stan's auto and let me tell you, they did a FANTASTIC job on my truck! The whole front end looks as if it came straight from the dealer. They were polite, honest and did an amazing job on my truck. The owner explained the process and in the end went through and actually showed me what was done. Not a lot of shops do that, usually you just pick up your keys and leave but they were very thorough with everything. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your autobody needs here. I dont usually take time to review places but, they deserve it.
Best auto body shop in Schaumburg! I would never consider using anyone else! Shop is immaculate! Screw Gerber Collision & Glass. They tried very hard to rip us off. Stan does great work at fair prices. Nothing but the best primers and paints used on your vehicle!
