When I ask for a part please do not hand me a sticky note. I do not wish to go on an Easter egg hunt in your store. Please get the part, scan it and allow me to pay so I can get on my way. You send me for a part that you knew was sold out. I do not wish to lose my place in line while I'm doing your job. I do not wish to search for stuff myself that's why I asked your help. Hell no.
Firstly they were open an hour longer than any other store so helped me out in an emergency situation. Secondly the staff was just great. Especially Juan. Helped me with the parts I needed and gave the best service. I used to go to a different store and just because of Juans service I would prefer to come to Orileys store now. Definitely a recommend from me.
Great store,kind of disappointing they never carry the cheapest replacement parts always need to order them if you want the lowest price! But always pretty well stocked on the moderately priced parts!!!!
I ordered a part and was charged $16.50 and $5 service fee so it could be in the next morning before10am. I was told that if its not there by 10am i would be refunded. The part didn't come so I canceled. They still charged me the delivery and service fee even though it was not my fault they they didn't get it in on time. How is this right???
Scott the manager here sold me the incorrect oil filter, incorrect brake pads, rotors, and calipers for my 2002 trail blazer. I would recommend going anywhere else besides here for parts since the manager can’t get it right I assume the people he trained can’t get it right.
Best auto parts store! My car was in an accident that left the hood pushed in so it could not open. I won't be able to get it in to the body shop until next week so Im such with it until then. Well all the rain from last 2 days caused my headlights to short out. Not a big deal. . . Until you but the bulbs and then realize you can't open the hood ... And its nighttime. The 2 guys working last night were so amazing. They were trying to help me un-jam the hood and when that didn't work, one of them was able to slip his arms underneath just enough to get to the headlight housing. They very easily could have said sorry we can't help you but they spent nearly an hour to help me. And they were able to get my headlight switched out!
I am not sure if they’re even open any longer. They had air filters at good prices compared to other places. I often bought blades, cleaners, and other stuff there! Good place to find what you needed!
Had a horrible experience today. I was looking for a 12 v charger fuse which was blown on my gti . I asked him can you you help me locate the item , he said he can't do that and that I have to Google myself . I found the fuse on my own. I went to pay they don't have any wireless pay/ apple/ google pay option . It's almost 2021 almost every store has wireless pay by now. So I left without the fuse.. please update your card readers to have NFC .
I took my power inverter for my car and thought the fuse was out on it but Scott checked it, tested it and said it's the fuse ok the car. You don't get this kind of help by purchasing from Amazon, so support them by purchasing from them.
Came in early morning for a battery test... The manager Scott quickly tested and determined it was bad... had a replacement in stock, competitive pricing, excellent customer service... thanks.

They have all the parts, accessories and supplies you need to keep your car running smoothly, keep it clean and even upgrade it! The sale people are helpful and fairly knowledgeable about fixing car problems, too.
There was a female employee here that was so helpful. She was very patience with testing my battery and explained the whole process while it was charging. Thank you for your help!
Terrible experience and it all starts from the top. I called about a part that shows as special order online. The manager Matt told me that he would check and call me back. Friday morning he calls me back, gives me a price and tells me how long it would take for the part to arrive. But I had to go in to pay for it before he can place the order. I went in Saturday to pay and my information was nowhere to be found. The lady in charge at the store texted him and he said to wait until Monday and they will call me back. Monday comes and no one is calling me, so I call around 11:30. I speak with Matt again who said that he will check again and call me back in about 20 minutes. 2 hours go by and I decide to call. He then tells me that the part is not available and he cannot help me. Will never go there again. They don't know what they are doing and don't seem to care about the customer.
Yesterday I called O'Reilly Autoparts on Barrington road and was greeted by Matt. I told him I was in the market for a new car battery and he said "well come right in, my name is Matt and I will be glad to help you out with that."
When I arrived he assured me of the quality of product, that it was American-made, and did not try to "up-sell" in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.
The installation was free and quick for my car battery - and Matt thoughtfully explained the process whenever I asked questions.
I seriously was in and out within less than ten minutes. I would recommend this facility to any one in the area. Thanks Matt! You've definitely made an O'Reilly believer out of me!
