On 11/30 my husband went to the Richton Park Auto zone and got windshield wipers. He asked the guy if he could put them on. The guy said give him a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later he went back in and asked the cashier about the guy who said he'd put them on. She said he was in the back and would let him know. He never came out. Had to leave and asked a family member for help. Usually this store is very responsive. Was disappointed this time.

Yesterday I went to AutoZone thinking I needed coolant for my car, and Natasha helped me get the right one. Today, my car wouldn’t start, so I called AutoZone—and luckily, she was there and remembered me. She went above and beyond by coming to where I was stranded, checking everything, and quickly figuring out that my battery was the problem. She was patient, knowledgeable, and explained what I needed in a way I could understand. I’m so grateful for her help—it saved me a lot of stress and got me back on the road fast. Excellent customer service!

Walked in today and the staff greeted me as I walked in. Erica looked up what I needed and got everything I needed. Natasha is always very helpful as well. This store is always my go to when in need.

The worst part experience with staff here. Going to head over to a store that realizes it exists for the customers needs. Tall guy with a crooked hat, starting to grow facial hair. Light complexion

Will never visit this autozone again! Took my grandfather to get some brakes and your associate Rolanda(if that's even her name) was so rude and impatient with a 67 year old man it was ridiculous. I asked to be helped by somebody else which than another associate Erica came to help but didn't know anything about the store and walked away from us. If a gentleman didn't stop us when we were leaving my grandfather would've never got those breaks with how rude your staff was. I won't be back!

I went into store as wrong brakes and rotors were ordered for my car. It was an online order so I was looking to exchange items and pay difference. I worked with a manager named Tasha and she was great. She was very patient and kind and got my order together and I was able to pay the difference. My phone even died and she let me use charger while in store. That kind of service is what I would like to see everywhere. Good job Autozone with hiring her she is making your business great!

I'll start off first with this, I'm pretty sure the whole explanation will be taken out of context but after this experience I don't care. Sunday, Sept 9th 1015 am day of visit. My gf n I came to store looking for 4 items, brake fluid, bleeder stems, bleeder kit and hose to remove old fluid, now website said pick up in store available so we took the 15 min walk to Auto Zone. Now we walk in and 2 store employees behind counter, mad we eye contact but not a hello or what can we help you with. So we proceeded to look in area that we thought they be in, found fluid but having trouble with other items, so here were it gets interesting, we at that time ONLY ones in store, now I at one time went to go ask for help and the female made eye contact and jolted and the male apparently saw a BUDDY pull up and went outside, so we kept looking, still no luck, then 10min later 5 to 6 people came into your store and well, here goes, each and every one of them were created with a HELLO, HOWS IT GOING, WHATS UP AND EVEN HAND PUMPS AND LAUGHS. All the time we are still looking for items, so being in customer service 22 yrs I told gf I wanna try something, she knew. Now after both employees came in from outside or done chatting w other people I made it where they had no choice other than "look" n "talk" to us. So we went to counter and here what we created with...........(hear that?) We didn't either so I asked female, Hi, do you have these items in your store, and her reaction was, I DONT KNOW, turns to male and says we got some kinda brake bleed kit? Dude literally said, nope and that it, not a let me look it up for ya nothing, now 2 ladies walk in and again, Hey how's it going and next thing I know female says 12.04. So keeping a cool head I very kindly said, Thank you and have a great day n picked my receipt off counter and their reaction was........ (hear that?) Yeah silence again. Now, I will say this, I'm not nor is my gf people that throw a "race card" never will and will never. But being in customer service for 22 years for a very very large company, we were taught through work and by my parents n her parents that EVERYONE should be treated fairly, and yes, I know times have changed and I do understand the difficulties in this world. BUT...we came in as a CUSTOMER and nothing else, and to show us what some would consider disrespect as a "certain" skin color cause that is their way, and they have that right, by all means, but do not make it so apparent my gf weren't welcome. That is how we actually felt, but we let it go but when there is 5 cars in lot and both employees have no issue helping them after the fact we were there 15-17 min before them then yes I have issue. Maybe they woke up bad mood cause they had to work Sunday, maybe they busy, lolol, I can understand. But as a COMPANY all people that walk through your doors should be treated fairly. Now I'm sure all is reading this laughing and saying just a pissed off guy cause he wasn't spoken to or helped, boo hoo, and my question will be, IF THIS WAS OTHER WAY AROUND, 8/10 THERES GONNA BE A BLOW UP. SO that's it, just needed stuff to bleed brakes, n well Amazon delivered 1 hr later and as for returning, absolutely not. Best to travel 2.3 miles for Auto Supplies and to the 2 employees, sorry but I'm sure your both very nice people.

My battery died, luckily auto zone was nearby. The staff was excellent very knowledgeable and professional gave me the correct battery and even tested my alternator for me. and they did it all in about 15min. great stores and staff. I will always get my parts at AutoZone from now on.. couldn't be happier with them..

I received great service today. I went in for a refund. They have a practice of charging you for lubricant whenever you purchase any bulb for your car. So watch your receipt for the extra $1.99. They shouldn't automatically add this purchase without asking the customer.

Went in to get a battery that part went very smoothly I've gotten at least 5 batteries in the past and had them installed no charge. I asked about installation they said they had a mechanic that could do it if I didn't mind going to him he was working on a car and was right down the street which turned out to be 2 blocks away I said fine he knocked it out in about 10mins I said thanks started to get into my SUV and he said no you got to pay me I said no I didn't how much he said $30 they didn't tell you I said if I had known that I live less than a mile away and have a garage full of tools I could have done it myself I was beyond hot. Paid the man took the old battery back to get my deposit back and told them I didn't know there was a charge and they said he doesn't work for the store but he normally doesn't charge. I let them know that I wasn't happy and I got no response from them. Very unprofessional.

If I could go lower than one star I would. They tested my battery and told me it was bad, and sold me a new one. They also said they would change it out for me, but because of the rain I would have to wait. So I sat around for about an hour only to find out they're not gonna do it and tell me they'll give me the tools and I can do it myself. Only because they don't wanna get wet. This is obviously a poorly run store cuz they don't know there own policy

Every time I visit this store something happens they sell me parts that aren’t the right ones, i try returning them they say it’s not in the computer. obviously the guy who did my sale is stealing or something I’m a auto shop owner they have no respect for the money i spend at this location the customer service is always horrible store manager going right along whit this nonsense. I won’t be returning here ever! If u rent a tool and don’t have the receipt they act like u stole it or something. This place is hardly worth the money i spent whit autozone. I’m calling everyone u can think of tomorrow.

Employees didn't appear too knowledgeable. I asked questions about the account number for an rewards account that I was made aware of when attempting to open an account in the app. I was informed that I already had an existing account. The employee pointed to my phone number and stated that was the account number. I clarified what I needed and said the system generated an awards account that I would like to ensure my purchase was acknowledged towards the account. I was not given a resolve.

I would like to give props to the store manager Erica and her complete staff that worked this morning. Every last one of them welcomed me in the store when I came in. I really liked that because I felt the positive energy. I came in to get my battery and alternator tested. The employee that was helping me was a new employee and wasn’t completely sure on how to test the alternator but Erica stopped what she was doing and came outside not only to help me but show her employee how to test it. I ended up needing a new battery. They went above and beyond to help change my battery because it wasn’t a easy change. It took 3 different employees but They made it happen. I would definitely be returning back to this location for my car part needs. Erica also, suggested I put some fuel cleaner in my car so I took her advice. Overall, I applaud this team just watching them with the customers and helping or acknowledging each individual that walked in this location. I give credit when credit is due. Thanks Richton Park autozone for making a sour day turn out good.

This is easily the worse Autozone I have ever been to. The staff was difficult in every way from the manager on duty on down to the rest of the staff. I called to see if they had a specific part, the staffer who answered the phone was so distracted talking to the other staff members she made me repeat myself a number of times, she would start talking in the middle of my answer, not to me but someone else. When I went into the store the complete my transaction to order the part, (can’t do that over the phone because autozone won’t trust the staff not to steal), when a different staffer is entering my order (and being more focused than the rest of the staff, the manger on duty interrupted and ask that person go do something else. Wow wouldn’t let him complete the sale, even when I objected. Manager should be fired. The part didn’t show up as promised I had to go back to get my card refunded, again because autozone can’t trust employees to not steal. Don’t go here ever.

Came to AutoZone today 02/24 to get a new battery,the guy i met couldn't tight my battery terminal and he unprofessional asked me to go without fixing my battery terminal. He told me there was nothing he could do about it. I had my 3 kids in the car and it was rainy and very cold outside,spent 1 hour 30 minutes. I appreciate the lady that came to fix the terminal, she was professional. Please teach the guy on duty tonight good customer service. He was really arrogant and unprofessional.

Not good the young lady needs to learn customer service. Was not helpful and nasty with customers. Over heard her using profanity and had customers waiting to check out while the other Male employee was helping clients she was doing inventory.

I found what I was looking for quickly but when it came time to pay for it, that's another story. They appeared to have 5 or 6 employees on duty but 3 of them were outside in the parking lot yucking it up with a guy who had the hood of his car up. They didn't appear to be doing any work on his car. I stood at one of the registers for 2 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. Finally an older gentleman came and scanned my item, but the credit card reader didn't work. He stood there staring at the monitor with the mouse in his hand. Every now and then he asked me to try my card again, but it still wasn't being read. After the fourth failed attempt I asked if we could try another register & card reader. He looked around and mumbled something I couldn't understand. Then a young lady who I assume was the manager came to his rescue. He told her that it wasn't working. Then it was her turn to give it a try, which of course didn't work. Again I asked if we could use another register. Without answering me she walked away towards the older gentleman who was now fiddling with another register, so I walked over to them. She scanned my item again. I was looking at the screen of the card reader and it said to insert my card, so I did. When I did that she scolded me saying that I was supposed to wait until she told me to insert the card because I could mess up the process again. I told her the reader said insert card so I did. Then the reader asked for my PIN # and the sale finally went through. 10 minutes to pay for one item! Needless to say, I won't be spending any more of my time and money at this Auto Zone location again!
