My car was brought in for a routine oil change. Steven Fermandi suggested the Oil Guard Package that appealed to me. The car was ready as promised. Steve updated me on what was done and suggested what needs to be done shortly. Overall, a pleasant experience! Steve exemplifies impeccable service.

I had a flat tire, I called in the morning and asked to bring the car in for a repair. I was accomadated in the afternoon. My tire was covered under warrenty and I was able to have an oil change . A 4 wheel alignment was recomended and done.

Came in for a recall notice and some new tires - service was amazing! Daisy was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated on the whole process. Excellent service!
My mom had her car serviced here and she is literally raving about this guy. His name is Anthony Kim and she said he was the best person to work with and I believe he spoke Korean which helped a lot too. If you have any car trouble, ask for Anthony Kim and he will take good care of you and the car. You know when Asian mom talk good about something, you know it’s real.
Mark Neitzke refused to fix the wobbly driver seat despite acknowledging that it was an issue and despite me repeatedly voicing my concerns around safety. He claimed it was not covered under my bumper to bumper two year warranty which was a lie. The seat is still wobbly. He also claimed to have fixed the phone charging pad and this was also a lie. It still does not work.he then pressured me to return the loaner vehicle. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and both issues remain unresolved. I would like to know if Acura will commit to making this right.
My service advisor was Daisy, and she was very friendly and helpful! The loaner vehicle I requested was available and the recall services were performed the same day. I am very happy with my experience today!
I am very satisfied with your company’s service. I live in Schaumburg, only 2 minutes away from another Acura, but I drove 28 minutes to choose your company! You should know that your team provides very professional and trustworthy service.

The service department at Arlington Acura is what keeps me driving an Acura. Though I do love the cars, I can’t imagine letting anyone else take care of my car. They are honest and I never feel like they are trying to get me to do more than I need to regarding service on my car.

Bought my car here 20+ years ago and have been bringing it back since as my car is still running strong with 286K+ miles on it. Mark Nietzke in the Service Department is the best and is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Thanks to the mechanics as well for keeping my car running.
Excellent job on the car wash! The recall work on the tail lights appears to be okay too. I wasn’t satisfied with the answer regarding the brakes though so we opened the hood and I was shown the brake fluid cap. I pointed out that they removed the gasket and did not replace it. If I hadn’t checked, I would be driving around without one. I was then told that the brakes would work fine even without the cap, but that’s not what I experienced when I was driving with it open. They became very squishy. I had to push the pedal to the floor to stop.
This experience did not help to build trust in the dealership’s knowledge and expertise.

After experiencing some unpleasant news from Honda Motors regarding maintenance service on my Acura, Rohrman covered it. I appreciated their understanding. I am now using Arlington Acura’s Service Department because of Roger Blanton. Roger was the Service Manager at Pauly Acura where I had bought cars for over thirty years, and greatly appreciated Roger’s exceptional attitude and service for those many years. With the change of ownership at Pauly I was not happy with the quality or attitude of the service department. I tracked down Roger and found him at Arlington Acura, and now Arlington has an outstanding Service Advisor and a new customer.
Mark and Jeremy were amazing! I brought my car in for routine service which was completed VERY quickly, but then they also found some necessary recalls that needed to be done and took care of those for me. Had I gone to some little independent mechanic, the recalls would never have been mentioned. THANK YOU Mark and Jeremy for doing such a great job, all of my business will always go to Arlington Acura!!
Brought my car in for service and had a great experience. The Mark and other staff were friendly, professional, and clearly explained everything. Service was completed on time, with no surprises. Had to take my car in for recall work. First time ever taking my car to a dealership for work. Second time ever not doing the work myself in 16 years of driving. Got the work done faster than promised. I came in with a bad attitude about hearing the horror stories of dealerships before this and walked away with an awesome experience. My car isn’t even close to stock, pieces are cut, missing interior panels, warning lights on the dash, etc. Not only didn’t they not hassle me but they understood what my car was and had a brief conversation about maintenance and that was that. Definitely going back if I need recalls done again. If you just want your car serviced though I would recommend Arlington Acura as well. Everyone was super nice. Even the sales people were super cool and didn’t hassle me to buy a new car as I was just looking at them while my car was getting serviced.
Great bunch of guys being in the automotive service industry trusting someone else to work on my car is always a hard pill to digest, but I just bought brand new vehicle from here and had some accessories installed and I could’ve been pleased. I would definitely trust the service department to fulfill all your service needs, rather be routine maintenance or repairs or accessories they even washed my car it out for me, which was a plus
