Huge thank you to Jeremy Hardman at Arlington Acura in Palatine! I brought my son’s TLX in for a tire rotation, and I was honestly impressed by how quick and smooth the entire visit was.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years - overall really fair pricing and not what you’d expect from a dealership (even great deals on tires). Extremely impressed with how Jeremy leads his team - have had wonderful experiences with Daisy, Mark, Steve, Roger and Nathan. Extremely professional, kind, and they’ve made things beyond right the couple times I had recurring issues. Daisy has an award displayed - I can’t remember the name of it, but she 1000% deserves it - she is absolutely excellent. I’ve referred friends here and noticed they also have 5 star reviews - not surprised at all.

I came in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond. They handled a recall for free, topped off my fluids, and even gave my salt-covered car a full wash and detail. While it took a bit of time, they dropped me off at a nearby restaurant and picked us up after. I’m beyond pleased—best service ever!

I scheduled my oil change after seeing the advertised $59.95 full synthetic oil change coupon. I didn’t have the physical coupon with me, but the service advisor told me that $95 was the price with the coupon applied, so I trusted that information.
When I got home and looked up the coupon, I realized the advertised price was $59.95, not $95. The service itself was fine, but the pricing explanation was misleading. I expect clearer and more accurate communication, especially when customers are relying on what they’re told.Jan 26, 2026 -

Very pleased with Service Advisors Mike & Roger when my 2013 Acura RDX was towed into the Service Dept. On 01/20/2026. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. Valet came and picked me when service was done. Always very pleased with the service I receive at Arlington Acura.

Couldn’t speak higher of Arlington Acura and especially their entire team from service to the front. Everybody has been absolutely spectacular in all of the years that we’ve been coming here. Today I came in with Mark for routine maintenance on my Integra. They were quick, attentive, and couldn’t be more helpful with any questions that I had. From Roger to Mark to Jeremy, everybody is spectacular. On the front end of things, Victor is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and if you’re looking to come in for a newer used ACURA, this is the person to follow up with. His entire team is great and my family and I have been coming to Arlington Acura in PALATINE for years and I know I will be continuing to follow the tradition with my next car with them as well. Thank you for all your continued help.

We leased an Acura ZDX EV from Acura Palatine and have had issues since day one with a repeated high-voltage system fault. The car also loses cabin heat in below-zero temperatures, making it unsafe and unusable in winter. We scheduled a service appointment on January 19 for January 20 at 8:00 AM and were told a loaner vehicle would be available. When we arrived on time, we were informed there were no loaners and that nothing could be done because this is s manufacturer defect.The service department also admitted they currently have six Acura ZDX EVs sitting in their shop with similar
issues, so this is clearly a known and widespread problem.
Promising a loaner and then denying it is unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time. Leaving people without transportation for a leased vehicle under warranty-especially with a safety issue like loss of heat in freezing temperatures-is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend staying away from the Acura ZDX EV and avoiding Acura Palatine.Jan 20, 2026 -
Purchased my new vehicle here in October 2024, have returned twice for oil changes/routine maintenance covered under my maintenance plan. Great experience both times from Roger. I also appreciate the clean & plentiful waiting area sofa/chair/table/desk spaces, & a nod to the complimentary Kirkland waters and beverages available.

I've been going to this dealership for years for service/maintenance and I always find the people to be very nice and reasonable. Yes it is a dealership so you will pay higher prices for genuine parts and repairs, but I do feel like they are honest and straightforward when it comes down to whether a service is needed now or can wait until the next appointment (or maybe not needed at all). I appreciate this very much as a mother of two who needs a safe, reliable vehicle but also needs to manage costs. Dealership is clean with nice amenities and I always appreciate being able to get a loaner vehicle for service that needs more time.

So expensive just for basic service. Said they checked all the fluids, including windshield wiper fluid. As soon as I left, I tried the windshield wiper fluid, and it sprayed a tiny bit then was empty. So obviously they’re not really checking everything out. Lane keep assist isn’t working so asked them to check it out. Said they would have charge hundreds of dollars just for that. Been loyally going there for 10 years and that’s the service I get. Poor experience!

I was very impressed that Acura extended the warranty for this repair on the transmission torque converter. I would have been slightly out of warranty otherwise. Also thanks for the loaner vehicle, that was very helpful.
The only sore spot, it’s painful that you charge a credit card fee. As consumers we want those CC Points!
It’s a bigger deal than you may realize, to the point of looking at other options than Acura in the future. Both for Service and new vehicle purchases. Please reconsider this pain point in your policy. THAT is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.Dec 20, 2025 -
What an amazing experience! Beginning with Roger, the communication was superb! From there on it just kept getting better with everyone from service to the wonderful cashier when I picked up my vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my automobile here to receive top notch service. Thank you!

Took car in for oil change and they identified the belts and water pump needed to be replaced. I always have Acura do those type of repairs. The actual cost was comparable to the competitor quote. Also needed two tires. I did a price compare and price close to discount tire place. So just did everything at Acura.
Acura was able to get me appointment same week plus the loaner car which is critical. They are open until 8 so could do drop off and pickup after work.
Daisy was my Service Consultant. She was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process.Dec 19, 2025 -
Made a reservation at 11:30 for a regular service expecting a quick 45 minute job. I ended up waiting there for almost 3 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation.

They kept me up to date on how my service was coming along and even spoke to my brother who has a service manager job at a different location as to what was recommended for my car. They washed my car inside and out and I was so happy have to spend my birthday morning at their dealership LOL

Excellent service and customer care. They got my car in the very next day, and a loaner vehicle was ready for me. My service concierge, Steve, was great—he kept me updated on what part was being ordered and when everything would be ready.

Normally the service I receive is extraordinary. Most of the service advisors go out of their way and have a high degree of expertise. Unfortunately, yesterday was the exception. The advisor I had gave me the wrong price for a service and it wasn't until I noticed an advisor I worked with in the past to ask to correct the price was it corrected. Before noticing this other advisor, she would just tell me no repeatedly. She also was generally dismissive of my concerns. Needless to say, I'll think twice before going back to Arlington Acura for tire service.
Additionally, to change the tires it's $80 at discount tire, whereas it's $120 at Arlington Acura.Nov 15, 2025 -
My car was brought in for a routine oil change. Steven Fermandi suggested the Oil Guard Package that appealed to me. The car was ready as promised. Steve updated me on what was done and suggested what needs to be done shortly. Overall, a pleasant experience! Steve exemplifies impeccable service.

Mark Neitzke refused to fix the wobbly driver seat despite acknowledging that it was an issue and despite me repeatedly voicing my concerns around safety. He claimed it was not covered under my bumper to bumper two year warranty which was a lie. The seat is still wobbly. He also claimed to have fixed the phone charging pad and this was also a lie. It still does not work.he then pressured me to return the loaner vehicle. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and both issues remain unresolved. I would like to know if Acura will commit to making this right.

Had to take my car in for recall work. First time ever taking my car to a dealership for work. Second time ever not doing the work myself in 16 years of driving. Got the work done faster than promised. I came in with a bad attitude about hearing the horror stories of dealerships before this and walked away with an awesome experience. My car isn’t even close to stock, pieces are cut, missing interior panels, warning lights on the dash, etc. Not only didn’t they not hassle me but they understood what my car was and had a brief conversation about maintenance and that was that. Definitely going back if I need recalls done again. If you just want your car serviced though I would recommend Arlington Acura as well. Everyone was super nice. Even the sales people were super cool and didn’t hassle me to buy a new car as I was just looking at them while my car was getting serviced.

Great bunch of guys being in the automotive service industry trusting someone else to work on my car is always a hard pill to digest, but I just bought brand new vehicle from here and had some accessories installed and I could’ve been pleased. I would definitely trust the service department to fulfill all your service needs, rather be routine maintenance or repairs or accessories they even washed my car it out for me, which was a plus
