I recently had contacted Master Hitch to have a Curt hitch installed on my 2013 BMW X5, along with a wiring harness, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience!
The team at Master Hitch are experts and know their stuff. They listened to what I wanted and gave their best and honest advice. On the phone, they knew what questions to ask and gave me a quote right away that was very satisfactory. Told me it was first come-first-served basis and they got me in right away.
I hung around during installation and even had a chance to take a nice walk in the adjacent neighborhood while I waited.
The technician was kind enough to let me go out in the shop to see how the wiring was going to be done. I was nervous about possible damage to rear valance or wheel wells but they are true pros! Even put in better rivets than came with the kit.
When completed, everything was perfectly aligned and securely attached. They had tested the wiring harness to make sure it was functioning flawlessly before I left. They even let me know the total price was a little less now that we had decided on a different way to run the wires.
They gave me a lesson plus a guide sheet for when I got home so I could test that the lights worked with my trailer – and they did immediately!
I feel confident knowing that it was installed by experienced pros. Master Hitch exceeded my expectations in customer service, professionalism and technical expertise.

I am a few years late to write this, but these lovely folks were life savers! The day before a cross-country move with a haul trailer, I needed to replace my hitch. No one was able to help until we came to Master Hitch! They saved the day in a pinch and made sure we were all set to hit the road!
Master Hitch is kinda like Cheers...everyone will know your name and you'll feel right at home. Every employee, from Susie answering the phones to the owner, manager, and technicians, is personable, knowledgeable, and hilarious! Felt like I was leaving family by the time I walked out. Oh, and they'll teach you loads, too!

I went here to get a Draw-Tite hitch on my GTI (for a bike rack), and I couldn't be happier with the service. Honestly, the hitch looks like it came from the factory. The ordering process was easy, the install process was fast, and the price was great. I would absolutely return here to get a hitch put on another car.
A couple of years ago they installed a new BOSS plow and did a great job. I was passing by today and remembered I needed a poly blade for my new concrete parking lot. They had one in stock! The owner and I'm guessing his son the new owner told me the tricks to install it myself. Did it myself in under an hour! Took longer to find my tools!! Highly recommend this biz.
Wanted a tow hitch and bike rack installed on my vehicle. Was recommended to Master Hitch. As someone with very little experience, I was happy to talk with the staff of Master Hitch. They provided guidance and advice on what would work for me, which I appreciated. I even shopped them around for price and found their product costs at or below market even compared with online retailers. Although I think you can have installation done a bit cheaper I believe my overall experience was worth the extra money.
The customer service on the phone and during installation was excellent. I came in on a very busy Friday before Memorial Day weekend for installation. They don't take appointments and do first come, first serve. They set realistic expectations of when I could be seen and got me out in time. They also gave me a tutorial of how to use my bike rack. Would recommend this place highly although you may spend a little more, I think the experience was worth the one time cost.

Great service! We were leaving for vacation when the boat trailer lights crapped out. They fit us into their schedule and we were back on the road in 90 minutes. They’ve done quite a bit of work for us in the past. Highly recommend them!!
We needed our Toyota Highlander setup to attach to our RV, and Master Hitch got us in on short notice and performed the necessary work in one work day. They were very respectful and friendly and informative.

Even with an extremely busy schedule, my vehicle had a hitch installed same day as my appointment and communication was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend over any local hitch insulation expert.
Very satisfied with the whole experience on having a hitch installed on a 2003 Matrix that had rusted and or stripped weld nuts and also on the wiring harness installation. I waited for what seemed like a couple of hours but that is to be expected when a shop does honest work and is filled with customers also wanting to have work done on their vehicles. I cancelled an appointment with another big place because after taking to them over the phone I did not feel confident that they would be able to install the hitch properly because of the rusted and stripped weld nuts under the frame. Fantastic place. Family owned and run. They are honest and hard working. Treated me fantastically. I got a hitch and bike rack installed on my BMW 328. Not the easiest car to work on.
