Chris was so great and informative about my car. Went in for a tire repair but he noticed my shock absorbers were leaking (and I had just been to the dealership for a major tuneup). Stephens, and Chris really helped me out in a bind and very quickly. My daughters KIA had gotten broken into - an attempted car theft in Chicago - and in 2 days these guys fixed everything. Glass replaced, parts ordered and put back together like nothing ever happened. It's a beautiful thing. Plus they fit in an oil change on top of it. Thank you Stephens! The work you did was awesome!

My check engine light came on and then went off. I was told that I would fail my emissions test by autozone. So I took my car to Stephen's and they were so helpful! They ran a full emissions testing cycle on it and found out that I would NOT fail my emissions test. They did this all for free! Very nice and friendly staff. Thank you for your help!
I have been in the auto industry for many years and i have not seen or experinced a better shop then stephens sutomotive. The customer service was excellent and the repairs performed we exceptional. I've taken my car to Stephens a few times now, and I probably won't go anywhere else as long as I'm in the area. They've been more honest with me than other repair shops, and after I recently had several repairs done by them over a couple of sessions, they patched my noisy exhaust at no extra cost. They're fair, and they do good work, quickly.
