Got a flat tire on Lake Cook thanks to a massive pothole. Called for a tow truck. They were there in 10 mins and towed me to the local Discount Tire. Tow Truck driver was a great guy and made me forget about how bad of a time I was having.

Today I planned on having my vintage 1987 Cadillac Eldorado with only 41000 miles and rarer than rare purple paint with purple interior with a white carriage top towed to a repair shop. All I told Towne towing was “I GOT A CAR TO PICK UP AND BRING TO A SHOP” from beginning to end my wife and I felt like this company treated my car like it was a rare 1964 Rolls Royce! The amount of care, the friendliest attitude and the amazing amount of professionalism and knowledge blew us away. Best part it was all done with a smile. My shop will NEVER use anyone other than Towne towing. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Thank you Towne towing for making a move of a rare car very easy!!!

John, the technician who handled the job took very special care of my vehicle and my building’s parking garage. He worked very hard to ensure my vehicle was moved safely and efficiently.
I do not recommend towne towing whatsoever. Not only did they charge my card for more than what they quoted without my knowledge. also they took 5 days to charge my card after i osid initialy. The day I had it towed, they took their money out of my account. All good right? Wrong. With no notice or explanation it took them 5 days to run my card for the tow causing me to go negative, after I already thought it was paid. Very shady.
Arrived super quick, much faster than 5 other companies nearby I called. Except be warned that they will give you a quote over the phone, but they NEVER mentioned all the HIDDEN FEES. Therefore, took some stars away.
Wonderful service and a great price! The driver that came to help us out was so nice and personable, he is also a navy vet and was just amazing. Hopefully we don't need their services again, but if we do we will definitely go with them.

if I could give 10 stars I would, we had a bad experience with another towing company and after hours decided to call this place - so glad we did! We were stuck on side of highway during the middle of the night and the person over the phone was so helpful in trying to locate us, the tow driver came so quickly and was incredibly sweet to talk to! They had very reasonable prices. We would 10/10 use this company again for their service. :) if either of the men see this I was the one with the fiat & thank you so much for all of your help

Towne Towing provided amazing service & were so easy to work with! One of our company vehicles was hit from behind in an accident. Another towing company was dispatched to us and took the car to a different location than they were supposed to and then were extremely difficult to work with and didn't want to release our vehicle. We were recommended Towne Towing from our mechanic and they were superstars from the get go! They helped navigate the situation with the other terrible company, & picked up our vehicle and brought it to the correct location. They were easy to work with, Clear and straightforward with communication and pricing, & I can not explain how grateful I am to them for helping navigate the situation with the other company, and the recommendations they provided through the process. I would highly recommend Towne Towing to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward & transparent towing company. From now on they will be who we call first with any towing needs!
They have towed my vehicles twice for a reasonable price. First time I was stuck in a ditch, it has just snowed and they came within an hour ! People were teling me they couldnt come out for 2-3 hours!The second time was for a car that had an engine blown out and we had made an appointment to get it towed. He was on time and very communicative. He delivered it in a narrow alley in city of Chicago and even helped me push it into my garage. Honest people, you can trust your vehicles with them. Both cars towed were BMW 335i.
John towed my car after an accident, in The dead of night. After police called 4 other companies and they all denied service saying 39+ minutes! John was at the scene in 20 minutes! The fees were extremely low and he helped me with my insurance company! I recommend this company 100%
Amazing service! Super friendly, flexible, professional, and very reasonable prices. I initially called out Speedy G (first company I saw on google) and they were going to charge me $295. I was stuck on the highway on the median side and I truly believe the other towing company was taking advantage of the situation. Towne came out fast, totally understood the awful situation I was in and charged me LESS THAN HALF of what speedy g was asking for. I will definitely be calling towne now if needed in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow and other vehicle services they provide.
John was so personable and professional when towing our car that had stalled out in the rain. He even gave us a jump! I will definitely call on these guys again! they came in 15 minutes and are very reliable! so happy with this service! you have gained a customer for life!
Outstanding service from Towne towing. My C5 Corvette was stranded on the 4th of July. The first tow company said they could not flatbed my car. I was shocked and called Towne towing. They said they could come out and tow it. Ron came out with the flatbed and very carefully and slowly got the car up without scraping the front end. He was awesome! I cannot thank Ron and the Towne towing team enough. They saved me and took excellent care of my car! Very happy and will recommend a Towne towing to all my Corvette friends.
These guys were great. I had a very stressful situation regarding one of my cars while I was far from home and John was very transparent about all of the options and kept me up to date on how the tow was going. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to customer service.
I think the guys name was Johnny , awesome guy he definitely went out of his way for me, 2 other tow company’s told me sorry can’t help u, I had rims on my car, I blew out a tire,so In order to get the bolts off you need a certain lug wrench, most of people/ tow truck drivers all carry the same one with the 4side , and that would not do the job , so he actually went back to the shop to see if he could find a certain socket to fit and he came back, don’t forget 2 other tow company’s near them said sorry nothing we can do except tow you, he saved me! Awesome guy!!
We had our tire blow out on the tollway. Mark couldn't have done a better job. He arrived very quickly and was very helpful. He even helped us get my 92 year old grandfather into his tow truck. 5 star service and very reasonable rates.
