I recently had my BMW x7 repaired at KNB Motors after a minor fender bender, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As someone who is particular about my vehicles, I was initially nervous about trusting anyone with a car like this—but they completely exceeded every expectation. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, provided a detailed estimate upfront with no hidden surprises, and even worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make everything stress-free. The craftsmanship is on another level. The paint match is flawless—perfect color, perfect finish, no orange peel or overspray anywhere. The bodywork is seamless; you’d never know there was damage. They detailed the entire car inside and out before returning it. It honestly looks better than when I dropped it off. Communication was outstanding throughout—regular updates via text and phone, and they delivered the car exactly when promised. The facility itself is clean, modern, and clearly built for handling high-end vehicles. Best body shop in Chicago area. Such great specialists, they did their job fast and very professionally. Everything was done with attention to details. If there is anything less than a ZERO star, i would give this company. This is by far the worst auto company to deal with, they lie to customers about the condition of car. They sent my car to me filthy, full of trash, charged to have navigation system installed in car, never did, I called severally and when they are not hanging up on you or shutting the conversations down , they promise a manager will call back which of course never do, apparently the sales man who sold me a car quit his job according to them. Do not put your money into this establishment, they are crooks. Buy at your own risk

My wife decided to start looking to purchase a midsized SUV, preferably a Jaguar FPace. We viewed several online and found interest in one particular at KNB Motors. This one had the mileage, price range, options and features that peaked my wife's interest most. We decided to go view and test drive the vehicle. The dealership seemed to be a prominent looking business with solid inventory. The sales staff at the time came off to be friendly, warm and helpful. After viewing the vehicle we went on a test drive and everything seemed to check out fine overall. Myself being a decent car mechanic and 30 year professional truck mechanic felt confident about comforting my wife with approval to proceed with purchasing the vehicle, which took place on a Saturday late afternoon. We went thru the process and made it home safe and sound and parked the vehicle. Afterwards the vehicle would not start. We had to jump start the vehicle and returned to the dealer first thing Monday morning. They looked into the issue and claimed because of the weather, which it was really cold this past mid January, and by it sitting, it just needed the battery charged or whatever, so after a day or so we got the vehicle back and the same thing occurred twice over. This time they claimed they replaced the battery. Immediately after the check engine light came on along with the SOS light. I had the vehicle scanned before returning it back to the dealer so I could have an idea of what's going on. There were active codes relating to the thermostat and cooling system. They claimed they looked into it and resolved the issue. Immediately after that the windshield washer fluid was not working. We took the vehicle to a Jaguar dealer and that turned out to be a $1200 repair. The reservoir was cracked and the washer pumps needed replacing. Immediately after that the check engine light returned. We again took it back to the dealer we purchased from and they claimed they were going to replace the thermostat and water pump. Ok fine. Several days after picking the vehicle up once again the check engine light returned. We took the vehicle to Jaguar yet again and the same issue pertaining to the thermostat and water pump was still an issue. $1400 dollars later we picked the vehicle up from Jaguar. Mind you a month later this vehicle had not been able to be driven a full day since purchasing. Immediately after that, the vehicle was having shifting issues. The purchasing dealer claimed once again they would take care of it once the warranty kicked in at no cost, I'm like wow they think we are really slow. We yet again took the vehicle back to Jaguar for a diagnosis and turns out the transfer case was bad and would cost $12,000 to replace. This dealership and experience has been the worse ever. They lie to your face, take your money and keep it moving. We currently have a lawyer working this matter and intend on suing KNB Motors. I advise staying far away from this dealer at all cost! They are very negligent and full of fraud , lies and problematic inventory. If I wasn't a law abiding citizen I would of handled things a different way if you get drift!!! STAY AWAY FROM KNB MOTORS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DON'T WANT TO CATCH A CASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys at KnB are second to none, from sales, service, and the owner all class act guys, no bs, no pushing warranties or unwanted services. Easy to work with, happy to help with any issues or questions, and trustworthy. Previous owner of my audi had forgotten to leave my wheel lock key, George and the guys had my car in the next day to swap all all four locked lugs, and super apologetic for letting that slip by. 10/10 experience with KnB.

Bought with a broken windshield squirter now assistance after buying got the mats token out of it when bought and has glue residue all over it not to count the countless ad on the car and the pressure of them to give a good review. Absolutely terrible I have to buy and fix this all on my own and recall are still an issue they did not fix. Also bought a warrant and the told the odometer was 500miles back than it actually was so my warranty lasts 500miles less than what I actually drove.

My experience at KNB ( Krappy N Bogus) motors was horrible. I purchased a car on 1/17/2026 and less than 10 hours the service engine light was on and the car wouldn’t start AT ALL. Took car to a certified mechanic several codes came up and was told that dealer cleared the codes as if vehicle had been serviced and it had not. Brought the vehicle back to the KNB and was told that it was a miscommunication by Management (Eugene) and that it would be taken care of as he literally waved me off and went on about his day. Picked the car up the next night and drove it home. Got up for work the next morning and Jesus Christ it wouldn’t start again. At that moment I knew these ppl were crooked. So we called up there several times and got the run around constantly was told they’d have to call back to see what they could do about this because it wasn’t they’re call to make because Eugene has to tell them what to do. I didn’t receive a call back for hours so I decided to go up there in person with my daughter and they wouldn’t even great us. Mat instantly looked at us with irritation and talked down to me saying that the car is a big piece of metal and he can’t predict when it’ll have problems. He also threatened to call the police on me because I was yelling and upset about purchasing a now 3 day old truck from them that doesn’t run and hasn’t even been driven a 100mi.Finally Lambert in finance agreed to take the keys after 3 days I was told the car was ready . The check engine light is off however the other issues remain the vehicle still doesn’t start and there are lights that still comes up on the dash. I’ve left several messages and have yet to hear a reply back. These ppl sell cars under false pretenses and with horrible car history they don’t even give you paperwork for the work or services done to the car. The lie sneak and hide… just a rotten business. They promised the car was a solid car and had been well inspected prior to my purchase but that was a habitual lie. And they push a warranty for you to purchase because they know them cars raggedy and it’s gonna break down soon as you pull off. Avoid this place at all costs do your research on google the the Bbb yelp and their website. They are real these people are frauds and need to be stopped. I don’t see how they sleep at night taking peoples hard earned money just to sell them a piece of crap.

I was honestly surprised to read some of the negative reviews, because my experience with KNB was nothing but pleasant and positive from start to finish. This is a family-owned business, and it truly feels like one. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in. I did not experience any rudeness or prejudice whatsoever- only professionalism, respect, and care. One of the best parts of working with KNB is their impressive variety of vehicles and price points. Every car they sell is considered luxury, and the team was refreshingly transparent about what ownership would look like long-term. They clearly explained upkeep and maintenance expectations based on the age and mileage of different cars, which helped us make a confident and informed decision. Our car-buying experience with the sales team was excellent, especially working with George (sales) and Mike (finance). Because of how positive that experience was, we later brought in our 2020 Volvo for service after receiving a costly repair recommendation from the Volvo dealership. Eugene in the service department was excellent. He took the time to walk me through what the car truly needed- and just as importantly, what it did not need- based on the dealership’s recommendations. He provided photos and videos to clearly show the issues and explain the repairs. Not only was the service honest and thorough, but the labor charges were literally half the cost of the dealership. Now I can confidently say I’ve found not only a great place to purchase used luxury cars, but also a trusted place to service my vehicle. Thank you, KNB!

I had an awesome experience purchasing a vehicle back in late October of 2025. I worked with Lambard he was a great salesman very honest, informative, and very knowledgeable on the cars he’s selling, he also has awesome communication he literally did everything he could to get me out driving with a nice vehicle with a great affordable monthly payment .. Mike in finance is very great as well they are both really good people to work with and I would highly recommend doing business with them

Kind and straightforward dealer with lots of good cars in stock. Mike is an amazing manager and helped my friend to get a nice car. Bought a vehicle at the beginning of April…started out with having way more miles than it said that it had, while inside doing paperwork they said that would detail my car, however instead they stole all of the floor mats and took all the guts out of the second keyless entry remote. It’s now October and after at least 50 calls/messages for the managers/title clerk (Anna)/and the salesperson (Matt) that sold me the car and me having to file a case with the city police against the dealership I finally received my plates (which were wrong), also they never titled my car correctly so it was still titled in Florida! Any and all buyers stay away!

Horrible experience, my daughter purchased her first car and paid for it in full with her money she had been saving. She paid an extra $400 to have the car delivered and KNB didn’t pay the delivery company so she went ahead and paid it thinking it shouldn’t be a problem to get reimbursed. Little did she know that the manager Matt and Mike in finance would still be pushing off paying back the $400 3 months later. Don’t buy from this place before looking at all the bad reviews.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend Been an absolute train wreck since receiving the car . I bought the car without even seeing it partly my fault but I was okay with everything until it showed up with over 3500 miles than stated when I signed the contract scratches all over the car that you couldn’t see in the pictures, trunk tailgate misaligned, chip in the windshield, filthy interior, showed full tank of gas showed up empty, worn brakes that squeak, than I get it inspected and it has a oil leak from the pan and a rear differential leak, which is fine considering I have a 4000$ warranty but that don’t help when I can’t use it because I’m told to take it to the Buick dealership but than when I did the dealership said I need proof of purchase and some sort of paper work, I’ve been told for over a week straight they will send me the paper work for the purchase and yet everyday it’s another reason why they didn’t send it. 0/10 over 22,000$ spent with this dealership to receive this kind of customer service is beyond me. PLEASE avoid

Do NOT waste your time here. I called to purchase a vehicle, gave them everything they asked for, and got nothing in return—no follow-up, no effort, just silence. Mike in sales was rude and dismissive from the beginning, acting like I was an inconvenience. They lied about working with my bank, asked for unnecessary documents that were never required. I was already approved for the vehicle, so I knew they weren’t being honest. The next admitted they don’t even work with that bank. The worst part? They accidentally called me thinking I was another buyer for the same car. Suddenly, they were polite and eager—until I reminded them we’d already been talking for two days. Then they brushed it off and went right back to ignoring me. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and only cares if they think you’re “worth it.” If you value your time and integrity, look elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Lambert when buying my car. He was really nice, helpful, and super easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free no headaches at all. What I really appreciated was how honest and transparent he was, which made me feel confident about the purchase. The day after I got the car, he even called to check in and see how everything was going. That kind of follow-up shows he truly cares about his customers. Definitely recommend him if you want a calm and genuine salesman to work with!

I purchased a 2016 Jeep wrangler I like the vehicle very much. I think it is a good ride, but I was very displeased when the car showed up and the four-wheel-drive was broken and they would not help with anything for fixing it or they just sent me to the warranty on the vehicle, which also did not cover the foil Drive linkage part. I spent a considerable amount of money on this vehicle and for her to come broken into my house after they told me it was OK. It’s kind of bullshit if I could give them zero stars for service I would but I like the vehicle that is why they get a two star review

Terrible dealership, shady people. Was in contact with them for 5 days about a vehicle. We were told it was in excellent condition, we were sent videos of inside and outside. None of the videos showed close ups of the damage on the vehicle. (all 4 times extremely curbed, clips on back bumper broken, tires had chunks of rubber hanging off and the front seat had a large tear in the leather). We drove 3 1/2 hours there to be greeted with undisclosed damage on the vehicle. They dealer knew this was the only day we had to find a new vehicle as ours was totaled and our rental from insurance was up. Now we are out $200 from our loan origination fee, a whole day of being able to find a vehicle before dropping our rental off that evening, and now stuck trying to find a way to take our whole family to find a car to fit all of us. Do not recommend this dealer at all. They’ll tell you they’re extremely reliable on the phone but I promise you they are not. Also when we arrived, they handed us the keys but didn’t come outside with us to inspect the car, seemed like they knew that we were not going to be pleased with the condition of the vehicle. We were the only customers on the lot so there was no reason that they wouldn’t be able to come outside with us to look at the car. When confronted about the condition of the car they told us that they were going to speak with the salesman who sent us the videos and have him do a better job next time. The finance guy told us that this is what we can expect from a used luxury vehicle. Not much sympathy and horrible customer service.

If you are not careful and buy any car from these guys this is what you will end up paying for returning it back to their shop. If you live in Illinois too bad for you you will realize the car has problems after long long time. I was lucky to have driven this car over 100 miles and all dashboard lights came up. They started pushing it to me but l’m intelligent enough in business matters. They are sketchy very dishonest people. The car will look very attractive from outside but big mess inside. Don’t get into their trap, stay away from them I had to stop my bank from cashing their check, l’m sure if l had paid cash things would have taken a different turn. Their manager even tried to threaten me that it is illegal to cancel my check.
