The gentleman working today around 1030am on 12/2/25 just saved my friend and I! He recommended us to Leyden Auto and Tire (right down the road) for a flat, and without his knowledge and generosity we would still be stranded!!

I came in for some to replace a fuse for my car thinking that was the problem for my trunk no longer popping open. I was helped by the store manager Luis who have me great customer service. The problem was not the fuse rather a lock button in the inside glove box. The store manager Luis went the extra mile and trouble shooted the issue for me and got it resolved. Great service!

Great customer service! They were very attentive and explained how to use the cleaning products thoroughly. I had a good experience.

I didn't catch the persons name who helped me but he was very helpful with my order. I couldn't place an online order so he helped with that and also honored the online discount. I had a question about a part for another car and helped me figure that out, and lastly offered to carry heavy parts to my car without evening asking. I appreciate the customer service and the kindness he offered.

I love coming to this location , the manager Luis is super super helpful ! I went in for back brakes , and he convinced me to get the front ones as well, I mean might as well fix both things instead of just one ! I loved the service here, they made me feel welcomed and this location is really clean , unlike most auto zones I’ve been too! Thank you Luis !

Not very helpful manager on 12/12/24. Answers with curse words. Pretty rude. Had to call another Autozone where they helped me out with other options for my current warranty.

I’m giving them one star because our battery was reading bad we took it to a different autozone and it read good . They will sell u a new battery when it was right their machines are not accurate to read your system also the worker tried to do side work for 100$ witch luckily a friend did to it for free and in 10 minutes . So if they did that too us imagine how many customers get ripped off like that . And the parts are expensive always try a different store for a second opinion . Made them loose a good customer it should be reported to corporate but just here gonna share my experience with you guys . Smh at autozones computer readers or the workers .

Luis helped me today with my brake lights. He was very patient and very helpful. 100% going back if I need anything else.

Every time I stop by, the new young manager is always positive and helpful. I can see he gets along well with his staff and customers. He took his time to help me replace my car battery. Definitely recommend going here!

Best experience ever at this Auto Zone. Store manager Antonil went out of his way to help me install cabin filter and recommended my options so my vehicle will last for many years. We need more people like him to guide us in right direction there are many of us that are not car savvy. Bravo to this store and employees.

Other locations sold me wrong oil viscosity, stopped in to exchange it for the right viscosity. Even though the price was the same and it was part of the oil and filter combo price, they charged me 11+$ more to get the right viscosity instead of just switching it out.

Store manager Corena is awesome! She went above and beyond to replace my battery which was a few days out of warranty. I would highly recommend everyone to do business here. Great customer service. Thank you!!

Went to the autozone in Northlake on North ave, employees were very friendly and helped me out with some brake pads. Will go there again when I need more parts. 3/5/2022......Got some oil change stuff and an air filter and the lady working was very helpful. Looked in the book for the air filter and got the one the book called for just to find out later on it was the wrong one. Went back later that night and the guy working exchanged it no problems good staff.

Complete lack of any Customer Service! Went in to get a few things I needed, and being a customer of AutoZone I had earned a $20 “coupon”. After finding what I was looking for, I waited for over 10 minutes at the checkout register to be ignored. I finally ask the “manager” if someone was going to help me. He tells the other associate to assist me, and when she walks over she point to the point at the parts counter and asks who they can help next !! I dropped the merchandise right there and walked out!! Guess if your not speaking Spanish they don’t want to help you. Now I know why they are known as “VatoZone”!! Won’t shop here again!

I stopped in today Mike was great! He tested my battery, starter, and alternator. Edgardo was very helpful and kind! Excellent customer service guys! I will be back! Nice job hiring these two gentleman!

I went there to get a set of wiper blades, and some small lights for my brake lights. The guy at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous put my wiper blades on ask me if there's anything else you could do and I was a happy customer there you go

I bought a bulb for my brake light and Tony, the attendant offered to change it. It wasn't an easy thing to do but he was patient and skilfully did it. A very outstanding customer service experience.

They ran a free test when my check engine light came on, showed me the results and offered me solutions. Love that they offer free battery checks and will install a new one for free if you need it (and yes, I have been there for my battery and they told me it was fine). Also like that they do free wiper installs if you buy them there. I recommend the Bosch Icon blades. Yes, they are pricey, but you'll be amazed at how fantastic they are, and they outlast the cheapies. Discovered these at the recommendation of a friendly Auto Zone employee many years ago, and I've never purchased anything else.

I want to report a bad experience I had at the Northlake store. As I was leaving, I saw an AZ truck parked behind my vehicle. I proceeded to notify Eduardo (manager) that I was unable to back out, due to the truck. He told me I had to wait until the truck was done. I told him we have a vehicle to get to & that waiting was not an option, as we had just purchased a battery. He then ignored me & continued looking for a part. I told him it's not my issue that the customers were not advised to move their vehicles, or that the parking spots were not blocked off from customers. He ignored me again. My fathers a mechanic, who has shopped there for years. Numerous times he has mentioned that Eduardo was rude to him, yet my dad continued shopping there. Now, we'll be going to one of the other 3 AZ stores that are really close by. On a better note...I did appreciate Jorge's (manager) customer service. He was professional & answered my questions.

I was having the hardest time getting the two smallest lights fixed on my car. Everywhere I went NOBODY seemed to know what the lights were and how to fix them. I was even told by a different AutoZone to take my car to the dealer so they could remove the whole light! After taking it to this location BOOM problem fixed. Melissa was A M A Z I N G ! Best customer service. Thanks again Melissa for fixing my light! You're the best!

This location in northlake, has became the worst ever in years. They all are lazy and unprofessional workers even the managers (some). I purchase alot of parts through the years and for some reason now my warranties don't show up on system. I ended up opening a account with advance auto parts in area, better service and quality of parts. I purpode a radiator cap other day didn't need it at end do too a customer found his on splash shield of car at end. I go try return one I purchase other day still in box. The worker and manager didn't accept it due to wrong cap being in box and saying I placed it in box. Strongly recommend people buy parts elsewhere due to fact they told me cap from a different car in a box that calls for car I needed. Everytime I go in workers and even managers are lacking with laziness and rude attitudes. ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AND OREILLY'S BETTER PARTS AND SERVICE.

They had what I needed because the inventory doesn't really change. The old man who was working did not have a professional demeanor at all. He was saying stuff about other people who were obviously stupid, but you don't say things of that nature in front of customers.

Everybody sleeping here! No hello no nothing. A guy saw me didn't bother helping me out. After a while he finally helps me with A v......e.......r........y.......zzzzzz awww . Lazy lazy manner . I don't get it if they don't want to work where they have to deal with getting "bothered" why do they go work where they have to deal with customers ??? Even the manager I said thank you before I left .... she just walked away without saying anything . That is one lame LAME STORE

Very helpful, they keep asking me if I want to have my wiper blades put on. It's a nice little thing even though I just do it myself.
