Dennis and his team are extraordinary. Admittedly, I know next to nothing about cars or how they operate, yet the AutoTek crew never took advantage of that fact like 99% of other mechanic shops might have. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.
I have been going to Autotek for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I’ve taken my car to the dealership that I purchased it from and when they can’t find it, he always finds the problem so I stop going to the dealership., go straight to Autotek. Dennis looks out for his customers he give you the best parts give you his best advice. I am completely satisfied and I would recommend him not just a five star, but 10 star and above great place to take your car you treated like a family.

Was told by the dealer my oil pan needed to be replaced and it would cost $1500.
Autotrek said it was a stripped oil plug done during the last oil change (at the dealership ?). Cost $200 to re-thread the plug and new oil. I will be taking my car here from now on. Thank you for honest service.

I have been taking my car to Dennis at Autotek for the last 8 years now. Autotek has been in business for the last 32 years and his place is always busy with customers coming and going. The staff is incredibly friendly and explained the issues with my throttle body gasket and exhaust gas recirculation valve. Both were fixed and engine light is now off. The attention to detail and making sure the job is done correctly is how Dennis operates. The repair took about a half of a day, which was what they estimated, and the price is within market and exactly as quoted. My car has been running perfectly since the repair. The waiting area was clean and had free coffee, which was a nice touch. Should you need a used car or truck, his son, Dimitri, handles this through Chicago Max Motorsport that is on premises while you wait for your car to be serviced. Having worked with Dimitri, his communication, professionalism and timeliness with the overall experience is just quality overall! In today's challenged economy and prices of cars and repairs significantly increasing, Autotek is the place to take your vehicle for repairs and overall comprehensive service!

No shop was available to do work. Owner said bring it by he’ll see what he can do. Needed specialty hose they got the part in the next day an had me back on the road. Great customer service, & great work. My new shop…

I got into my car and heard some rumbling, pulled over to find that my tire had exploded! I pulled into the gas station, asking random people if they knew how to change a tire??♀️I decided to call my insurance to get roadside, and walked to find a bathroom. Walked right into AutoTek! 2 streets away. He put on my spare and offered to fix my tire. Had it ready 1-1/2 days later??Courteous and quick. Thank you!
They service everything! My father been going here since 2015 and so have i. He is honest and prices are reasonable. I Trust Dennis word and his service. He may take a little longer but he takes his time and does his job sufficiently.

Great mechanic. Yes very busy but would you go to someone with no business or someone with allot of business? I choose allot which means a good mechanic that I would trust my car to. He does great work and stand behind his work. Been going there since 1992 when Dennis was an employee before buying it.
