Drove 2.5 hours to see a car they were asking a good amount for, but after a short test drive, it was clear it had serious issues. The transmission was slipping, there were multiple front suspension problems, miss firing, and need tires. Make sure to take any vehicle here to a trusted mechanic for a full inspection before buying.

If I could give them a zero I would stay away!!!! My husband got a car out that leaked oil and burned it without knowing he took it to their mechanic 3xs with them always telling him it was fixed he paid the car for 2 years always on time never missed he went to trade it in because he could not take changing the oil every month they told him he only qualified for something he did not want after paying on time for 2 years. 2months in the car has a huge oil leave we got stuck with 2 lemons huge headache and money wasted do not go here they give u what they want they don’t try and satisfy their customers.

Be very careful. I won't ever do business with these people again. We live in Wisconsin. Here is my story. 1. After we were approved and brought the care home, they called and told us that the financing didn't go through. We ha to reapply using both me and my husband. 2. We took the car in to get a tire aired up. You can't air up tires that have no tread and the cords are sticking out. $900 for new tires. We were told we would be repaid for them. We Were NOT. Safety issue number ONE. 3. It started to snow and the car would not stop. When we checked it , the rear sub-frame was not attached to the car. Safety issue number TWO. I had it towed home. We were not repaid as promised. They came and got it to fix. After 2 weeks, we drove back to Illinois to get it because the delivery people didn't show up. 3. About a month later there was a loud snap under the car. Their 'fix', we were told it was replaced, of the sub-frame broke, it was spot welded. We took it to a Mercedes dealer to have it looked at. They replaced the sub-frame for free, it was an issue that Mercedes was replacing. 4. Now I get a letter from the State of Wisconsin that the sales tax was not paid. The dealer is responsible for doing that since I paid it to them we I bought the car. 5. Now they won't answer our phone calls or return our calls. This car had an inspection certification and a 45 day warranty. The first two things happened in less that 2 weeks. We have had to take care of it all ourselves and now it looks like I have to pay sales tax a second time. I am putting 1 star because it won't post with out one. I think it should be a negative 3. Response to your message. I have not seen a discount since the amount I financed has not changed. I don't know how a discount would work when we aren't paying you and I need something to show the state that this has been paid. They are still sending me a bill.

Let me tell y'all about Tom and Joe when I say excellent customer service I mean top tier they got us in when we had no hope on getting a car and got us out with a beautiful 2015 GMC Acadia. They explained everything thoroughly and make sure that we were happy with our purchase I would recommend to anyone looking to get into a good running car good credit bad credit no credit they're going to try and make sure you get out of there with the car. I was disappointed that between the time I first saw and test drove the vehicle and purchasing it a few days later someone keyed the passenger side. After spending Saturday driving around to different auto dealerships and cars lots? I found myself driving pass this dealership, it was After 6:30pm, I wasn't sure if they weee still opened but I turned around anyway and drove to see if they were open. I spoke with the salesman "Joseph" and he is the nicest sales I've ever met. He checked over my paperwork ( check stubs, proof of residence and credit history ). My credit was challenged at best and he still offered to help me with purchasing a car, where as other major dealership wouldn't or charged extremely high interest rates. Joseph is helping me basically start over my life with credit opportunities with taking a chance on me and I truly appreciate everything he's doing with his willingness to get me a better interest rate and helping to get it lowered within the next year with making on time payments.. Joseph is not only providing me help with purchasing a new car with a new credit life of opportunities and that's something rare for someone to do especially just meeting him Saturday...
