Received a replacement windshield. Arrived in a few days, installed it, found a defect. Contacted customer support and within a few days they sent me a new one, shipped it to me overnight. Thanks so much National Cycle!!!

"I would not recommend their windshield. It is made of cheap plastic and cracked within a week of installation. While their response time for ordering was fast, I received no response when reporting a problem with the product. Overall, I do not recommend this product unless you don't mind wasting your money."

I like their product. I left a 4 star review with a little constructive criticism about the product on their website and they never posted it. To me that is basically lying. Other than that I reccomend them.

Just picked up a Switch Blade by National Cycle. Paul, sales manager was able to help with the correct mounting Kit. Thx again, Paul.

Customer service is excellent. But the quality of fit is a zero. You have to put very hard 7/8 " clamps on 1" handlebars. VERY DIFFICULT and poor fit overall on the clamps. I will not buy again.

I bought Tenere700 carsh bars. I dropped it at 10 mph on the dirt. The crash bar bent where it mounted to the engine/frame. Then the bolt completely backed out on the ride home. This happened on the left hand side. I dropped it on right hand side on slick rock. The aluminum threads completely ripped out of the engine. The bolts are not long enough that thread into the engine. My local yamaha dealer even said these bolts should be longer. To compensate the thickness of the crash bar.

Ordered replacement windshield for BMW and although haven't received it yet so can't review product yet but got notice that on top of the product and shipping there is a $95.00 Duty fee that's now attached to the product. This is a deal breaker since this fee has nothing to do with Canada Custom's rates. UPS is the shipping. So for Calgary this site is now off limits for shopping. Never again. . .ever!

Went the medium for my 2021 Fjr1300 with a light tint. Fantastic quality and functionality and very easy to fit. What I'm surprised about is that no one talks about the extra weight these screens are over the standard screen because of their extra thickness. This then gives you a lot more screen wobble on the road especially over rough surfaces. The other thing is it would be nice for the mounting screws to be slightly longer and hex. Who uses Philips head any more? You can't complain about the quality of this product.

I spoke to a local BMW specialist shop about some things for my 1977 R75/7 including a fairing or windscreen. As luck would have it, he had a used National Cycle Plexistar 2. When he bought it out from storage, it was filthy. I hesitated, but it cleaned up like new! The windscreen is now mounted on the bike and works as it should. Now I have to see if I can purchase a fairing lower mounting assembly since now it uses something permanent and I'd like to be able to remove it in the future.

Charlie at national cycle/ztecknik was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the front crash bars and a touring windscreen for a 2017 bmw r1200rtw. Motoworks in Barrington recommended them for the windscreen and since I was there and they had 10% off I purchased the crash bars too. Look forward to the installation and enjoyment. I have ordered twice from this company now and have been really happy with their windshields. I have waited for a full riding season to pass before leaving a review. Both screens look the same as the day I received them. Definitely will order from them again.

I ordered a F-15 touring windshield for my '91 Honda CB750 Nighthawk. It is supposed to fit but doesn't. There is probably a half inch gap on both sides of the headlight housing. You would have to go to a hardware store to get a stack of washers to fill that space so it will tighten up. Also the bolts that mount in the bracket so the windshield can move forward and backwards we're not long enough and would not fit. The most frustrating part is when i inquired about returning it, there was no offer to make it right or find a windshield that would work and also i had to pay $20 to ship something back that obviously didn't fit. so essentially i paid $40 to have it shipped and then ship it back and received no product.

Ordered a motorcycle fairing. Box came damaged with the mounting hardware missing. Don't know if it was left out or came out due to the box being damaged. Was told by customer support at National Cycle that I had to make a claim with UPS. I ordered and paid for new fairing and have no intentions of making a claim with UPS. I will return and order a fairing from a different manufacture. Just know if you order a product from National Cycle and have a problem with the shipment, this is what you can expect from them.

When I started searching for a windscreen for my 2016 BMW R1200R, there were slim pickin's out there. National Cycle was in the process of creating the V-Stream for my bike, and when Ian emailed me a picture of their V-Stream line up, I was SOLD! I pre-ordered one on the spot! The only tough decision was the choice between the short dark, and the med light tint. Easily resolved, I got both! The screen looks like it was designed straight from the factory. Right down to the gorgeous brackets! UPDATE 12/28/2016 If you read my review on my horrific experience with Irv Seaver BMW, it will put more context into this review. Irv Seavers denied my warranty for a defective instrument cluster. They claimed that my "aftermarket" V Stream windshield caused the problem! Which is really strange since National Cycle makes factory screens FOR BMW! What happened next was unbelievable! They bought back all 3 of the windshields, and gave me a FULL refund! Their customer service is nothing short of AWESOME! I have since bought a 4th V Stream for my BMW K1600GTL! Thanks again Ian for all your help Steve

I got the 24" V-Stream for my R1200R. It works great. Installation was spot on. I did have to move the headlight back to it's original position to align the bracket since it had "sprung" a bit when the original bracket was removed. The fit AND finish of the brackets was perfect with all the right hardware. The directions were easily followed. There were no torque values given for the screws but tried not to over-tighten them since the original bracket you had to remove was not too tight. Thought the 24" might be too tall for me (5' 8") but turned out to be perfect. I could recommend this product without reservation.
