Always find the parts I need

Last week I came into the store for help with my headlight. I tried to change it myself at home but it was a little difficult. Kevin (manager) came out with no hesitation and helped me change it. I appreciate him and all that he did!

I suspect this location does not charge and test batteries properly. Or they might not be honest about condition of batteries be careful with this location.

This location was very honest and recommended that I should have a diagnostic test done before purchasing any parts. They recommended a near by auto repair shop (JD Auto Repair) and it worked out just fine.

The staff members were able to get me the parts I needed and the service was good

Emilio and his team were friendly and very helpful. The store was busy and they still took the time to welcome everyone and provide excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Emilio quickly evaluated my dead battery, removed it and replaced it while still keeping a smile on his face even in the extra hot weather. You have earned five stars and a lifetime customer!

Emilio A was kind and polite. Kindly assisted and provided knowledge how to maintenance my vehicle. knowledgable and professional. I was able to do it all myself with his direction. I appreciate all workers at this location always willing to assist with a smile. Thank you

I was desperately in need of rear brakes, so I went to my local AutoZone store and the team (Akasha) got me exactly what I needed. Thank you for your great service!

Ask for Emilio when you come to this location ! I was stressed about my car battery and which one I needed specifically and he made sure I was good ! It was so early too! He was ready to help me and got the job done. Actually went out of his way and walked allll the way to my car , with the battery and put it in for me. 🤌🏾

Kevin was by far one of the best assistant in helping with my problems I only come to this Autozone when I need certain things and they always give me the best advice and or help highly recommend.!

Staff was awesome and extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable about everything I needed and actually cared about providing a great customer service review especially the Guy Orlando who helped every step of the way!

Very helpful staff. I need a replacement windshield wipers. The manager was able to help me get a good price on the wipers and even help me replace my old ones. I am very grateful. Store was clean and staff was nice.

Jose was so personable and helpful with my battery change. It was a BMW so unfortunately they couldn't perform the change for me but he was encouraging and helpful every step of the way!

I would like to give a shoutout to Orlando, the store manager. My dealer discovered I had the wrong size battery unbeknownst to me. Thankfully it was still under warranty and Orlando graciously researched my issue and replaced my battery with a upgrade. Amazing timing with these frigid temps. Thanks again Maywood Autozone!!!

Emilio was great, but Orlando was amazing! I went in to work only to find out when I was leaving my truck would not start. When I arrived at Auto Zone I was out at ease by these two gentlemen. I got a new battery and at an amazing. Thank you for coming out in the freezing cold to assist me Orlando! You rock!!!!!

I couldn't ask for better service. Came in for a replacement battery for my key fob and they got me the right battery and helped me get it working again. Thanks again, Orlando is the best!

I went to return a product and there was some confusion in regards of the funds going to a different card because the last four digits didn’t match and I didn’t have my receipt but the phone number worked so I’m going to assume he was the manager (Orlando) he took on the ownership of letting me know that he was going to take care of it personally to make sure the money went back on the correct card but before I left everything was ok thanks to Orlando and his team

I came to AutoZone for an oil change kit. Carl greeted me and took the information for my car. He offered me an air filter that he recommended be changed every 10,000 miles and after I told him I would grab the things I need myself, he still offered to get the parts for me. Thank You Carl for your excellent service and making my Auto Zone experience great!

Waited over 30 minutes to get a simple part that they said was in stock on the phone. Only to be told that they can’t find the part & they don’t have it. Go somewhere else. Wasted my gas, time and patience.

I usually don’t like to post negative review because I like to spread positivity. But in this case unfortunately I have to speak up for the employees. Stoped by to autozone to make a purchase the first thing I hear was their phone ringing and ringing employees were busy taking care of customers. Then I heard someone shouting in the back PICK UP THE DAMM PHONE LOUD!!! I’m sorry manager (Brianna) but that’s not how you’re supposed to talk to your team. Very disappointing to see that. Then to see the coworkers look at each other. Very sad to see this.

I came in here on a Sunday night to read the codes on my car - the woman working here was very nice, professional and friendly. She allowed me to borrow their code scanner for a few minutes and then printed me a report with the error codes after. Smooth fast friendly transaction. I recommend this Autozone

Chris Johnson is amazing! Chris not only was a great sales person but he was also very knowledgeable and so sweet with my mom. Chris went above and beyond he also had great conversation and he is a great match for Autozone.

The last few times we went to AutoZone we had been helped from the minute you walked into the store until we left. We bought new windshield wipers back and front and a new gas tank cover with a lock. I love this location because it's in and out with no issues.

I was on the freeway with miles to go and my A/C was blowing hot. I came to this Autozone and the service was awesome. They helped me pick out the right freon, and a great guy came out to my car and provided excellent customer service. I was back on the road in no time with A/C back on point.

I went in for replacement hub caps wheel covers there was only three to the box I really wanted to purchase them I had others that matched I was not allowed to buy them Mary was not willing to satisfy a customer in any way I selected another type I was willing to show her the same item sold by another store she told me she had to call the store of her choice I was met with another denial from her at this point I still went ahead to try to spend my money with auto zone the young man Luis was giving me ten percent off using a military discount she yelled at him asking several times what are you doing as he explained she told him not to saying I needed to provide identification he explained I was only trying to assist. Her stern behavior was not needed I walked out with out buying anything. I'm wondering was my treatment worth a bad review??? Yessss!
