Was referred to him by somebody went to the shop and it completely smell of marijuana as him and Another man was sitting there just using the worst possible language ( as a women I don’t need to hear men using I feel it’s disrespectful) not like I have not heard the language before, but while they’re smoking and talking I sat there for about seven minutes before ken even came to the lobby. I told him that I thought it was unprofessional to be walking into a business with that just reeking Of marijuana and I was iffy about doing work there because if I wanted a Jenke Work I could go to 63rd. He told me that he was good at what he does $500 later for one coil that was not even put on with the seal We tried to take the car back to him, called him multiple times told us that he will get back to us to set up a time that we could come in since he is busy never called back just literally spoke to him and he said why you sitting by the phone all day waiting for my phone call you would’ve called me back He’s very unprofessional very rude. If anyone wants to get any work done with warranty on it go to auto clinic on Halstead in Chicago Heights., he also tried to charge me $450 for back brakes pad and rotors on a 2001 Toyota Highlander. When I went to go bring the car to him for the brakes, the shop wasn’t even open when I dropped The car off at open hours I called him to find out what was going on since we had an appointment. He told me that he was in route on the way. I went back to go get the vehicle because I just did not have a good feeling about the situation. It took me about 20 minutes to get back to the vehicle and the shop still wasn’t open very very unprofessional.

Great service! My car was misfiring and Ken got it fixed the same day! The price was reasonable and the service was preeminent strongly recommend this business!!!

I heard there was free pop in the waiting area so I went to go check it out since I needed my oil changed anyway. I love pop. There was in fact, free pop. I had a sprite, it was amazing.

I recommend this shop to every one. The staff is very friendly and professional, The Quality of their work is impeccable and inexpensive, cheaper than the dealership. Will return for any other work needed on my car.

I needed my sway bar links replaced on my jeep. They was able to get me in and get it done, also noticed I needed a oil change. Matched my original quotefrom other shops. Now it's running s great again.

Ken repaired my 2014 Mazda. What stood out the most to me was not only the clear explanation of the problem but also what I needed to do to maintain my car to prevent other issues. I will definitely come back and have already referred others to him that were pleased!

Mr Ware was very professional. He really knows his business and his prices are very reasonable. I went to him for breaks and an oil change and he was cheaper than anyone that I had asked thank you for being so knowledgeable and for helping me understand everything that you were doing.

We always talking about support our own and it be our own that be shady and scamming people. This place had my daughter bring her jeep in to see if her brakes need replacing, had her pay to replace brakes that he then said didn’t need to be replaced because the noice she was hearing was something else. She asked him why did he replace the brakes if it wasn’t needed and could he give her back her money and he said he already put the parts on her jeep. An honest mechanic would’ve told her that the brakes were not the problem. This place is still a ripoff as previously mentioned and will be reported to the better business bureau. This is what make you not want to support your own people!!!!

Horrible experience. Charged me to fix brakes and told me afterwards that the brakes did not need fixing. Could not give information on actual issue with my Jeep and refused to refund me for the brakes. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent customer service. Great mechanic. I took my Volkswagen Passat to have my oil panel fixed, get a tune up, and oil change. Great price and work! I will definitely recommend Ware Auto LLC.

TERRIBLE attitude. He’s rude. Told him multiple times what my car needed. Then he told me he would call me back with an estimate and NEVER did. I had to call him twice and both times he acted like I was inconveniencing him. He sits and posts videos online all day about work that he does. Which clearly takes up his time to call potential customers back. He’s for sure one to avoid. Take your business to a place they actually care about helping you.

I just got my car back from the dealership, after it was there for almost a week, and my girlfriend gets pulled over because one of the headlights was off. Another auto shop was gonna have me leave the car overnight, while my dealership was going to have me wait until Friday. I show up here, and the fix was just reconnecting a wire that got disconnected.

I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this business; in a time when that type of service is lacking. Where I could have been lied to and ripped off, Ken was very honest and provided sound advice. I'll definitely take my vehicle back to him in the future.

Very unprofessional and rude. I came in Saturday to get my brakes and exhaust done and the owner was very rude and told me he hopes my brakes fall off because he didn’t do them correctly and had a whole attitude problem when I came to pay for his services I’ll never come to this place again! I had to go to a different location for them to tell me my brakes were put on incorrectly smh wow what a waste of time and money!

This is a great shop to take your vehicle. They are very transparent and let you know everything that needs to be fixed. They call you and get approval before fixing things so you have the option to get it fixed or not there are no surprise Repairs that will cost you an arm and a leg. They are quick and professional when it came to fixing our vehicles. I think I have finally found my auto repair home.will definitely be telling my friends and family about them!
