Got some minor repairs done thru state farm after car backed into me. Super easy and pleasant experience. Estimate was done same day. Scheduled repairs to replace hood/grill and repaint and work was done in a few days. Car looks better than before the accident. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The communication throughout was nonexistent and horrible. They do the body work and ignore any mechanical issues the vehicle may have because they’re going to get paid from
The insurance company regardless. The work they do, is far from quality as well. It took them 3 months to finish my vehicle, when i showed up to get it, the mud flaps were hanging in the wheel wells, the splash guard underneath was hanging and bearly connected, the brand new hood they put on, had foot prints all over it. The gaps between the hood, and fenders were clearly different from side to side. All around horrible work. When I confronted them abkut it, they tried playing the ignorant card saying “they don’t know much about certain parts of vehicles”. When I opened the door, they decided to leave me all the “extra” screws and bolts they didn’t feel like they needed. I recently had to remove my
Bumper, which is supposed to be held
On by 6 bolts. They decided 2 outta the 6 was good enough. Unless u personally know them, I don’t think they care to do quality work. Stay clear and find another body shop

I will always choose Fullers! I was rear ended by a cab in Chicago and had significant damage to my car. Fullers got me in asap, helped me talk to insurance & went above and beyond making sure my car was safe & fixed for my family. Special shout out to Scott & Tom, they made me feel like family & even took my kids inside the office so I could re-install a car seat! I will always recommend this amazing shop!
Brought in a 2018 Volkswagen atlas a while back and parts weren’t properly placed back on to the vehicle, also been dealing with headlight issue ever since they fixed it as well. Their excuse was that it was like that already, when me and wife knew it wasn’t! it was a hassle constantly repeating the same issues so I just gave up and accepted that they couldn’t fix it to our liking

Tom and his team will work with your insurance company and get the most out them as possible while keeping your out of pocket costs to a minimum. They do a tremendous job and their customer service is first class. I would highly recommend Fuller's to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

This place does outstanding work. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me better than before. They even cleaned it inside and out. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, friendly, and super professional. I cannot recommend this place any more. If you need body work, take your vehicle here
I hit a tree, and Fullers made my car like new. This is the third time I've had body work done with Fullers and have been happy with the results each time. They are honest and do great work. The last two times, the jobs came in under estimate.

Fuller’s Autobody is undoubtedly top notch in their car body work, quick and communicative and simply put: excellent service and care. Great people, honest service and fantastic results! I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have had all my cars taken care of here. Went her to get some damage to the door of my vehicle repaired, and was sent by the Insurance Company. They did a fantastic job, the door looks brand new. Great people to work with! Highly recommended!
This shop is excellent. Great service, great work and prices are also excellent. First time I took my car was on my insurance, second I paid out of pocket, so yes they do excellent work.
I brought my car into Fullers to get repaired after an accident. The employees were beyond kind, had great communication, and were very respectful. They were able to get my car into the shop within weeks (other auto body shops told me MONTHS) and had my car done in 1 week. The work they did is fantastic and I highly recommend this shop to anyone/everyone!
Scott knows his stuff... Heck I'd stop by just to see the memorabilia. Amazing collection of items from the 50's 60's 70's some of these things ACTUALLY WORK!!!
One of the nicest group of people I have dealt with, for any type of business. They were professional, responsive, and did high quality work on time. They made everything easy and transparent with insurance company.
They have excellent customer service. I highly recommend as my first visit. Bumper bracket right rear with a wheel align ment made the car feel like brand new. Correction Castle Buick did the alignment that's how I met these guys.

Made my car look brand new!! Did several quotes and Fuller's Autobody worked my insurance directly and made this experience easy. Dropped the keys and car off and they took care of the rest. Very friendly staff. Not that I want to be back anytime soon but I know who to recommend

Great friendly staff. Quality repair work. They take care of communication with insurance companies to make your life easier. Also reasonable cash prices for non-insured repairs. Paint job is always perfect, you can't tell there was ever any damage. Highly recommend this shop!
