I recently purchased a 45 ton National Crane from Runnion. The whole purchase experience with the salesperson, Mike, was exceptional. When I got it home, I had some problems with an outrigger. One of their mechanics, Chad Rupp, drove down with a service truck to help repair the issues. Chad’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of the crane helped identify and fix the issues accurately. Chad drove 4 hours to pick up parts and stayed on the job until it was completed. His attention to detail and willingness to work with me bring great credit on himself and Runnion Crane. My dad and I had been searching for the right crane for years, and after making the long trip from Kansas to see this one, Chad Rupp gave us the confidence to buy an expensive piece of equipment far from home. When we ran into hydraulic issues after getting it back home, Chad was at our shop within a few days and fixed not only the new crane, but several of our others as well.
He turned a frustrating situation into a great one and truly went above and beyond. We were sad to see him go, but incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. This is the type of guy you want representing your company. Truly a stand up guy!

If you are looking to rent a crane do not look any further. Joe Block has assisted us on various occasions. They provide the most affordable rates. The entire rental process is quick and painless! They are not open on the weekends but we can always pick up the equipment on Friday and either return it on the weekend through their very easy return after hours instructions or wait until Monday.

I have been trusting this second family of mine with my cranes for well over a decade now. Everything from the service and osha inspections to buying two brand spanking new NBT30H-2 cranes. Great Rental Company! Always answer their phones. Always get back to you with any requests you have and do everything they can to accommodate you when you need them and will do everything they can to keep you running before, during, and after the rental. Very easy to deal with and offers competitive prices. Any time I need to rent a bucket truck, I just send an email or call up Joe and he gets me all set up seamlessly.
