This place is full of unprofessional people . The rental and lease department is a joke . A bunch of layers. Don’t ever deal with John from rental. That representative is a joke. I hope the owner one day is going to realize he hired a bunch of crooks!!! The rating here shows how professional they are.

Avoid this place. They always lying at this location. Will promise one price but you will get a different one just before rent. You will have to wait for a rental for months. They have hidden fees in rentals bills.

they lease out awful equipment . they never fix things right the first time and they lease out trucks that arent roadworthy i had an air tank fall off my truck less then 10 miles out of their shop...it was there "loaner truck' since they couldnt fix mine properly...on top of that they either stole or threw away all my winter clothes i had. unproffesional scumbags.

This place doesn't do a total inspection on their return vehicles because I was able to leave with a pigtail that didn't work. The staff was old fashion Friendly to me except for one lady in the front office, but she wasn't rude, just seems like a New Yorker.

I would say that they are priced fair and have good equipment. Had a few breakdowns which were handled a little bit slower than expected, but otherwise I was satisfied with their service.

Bad customer service, overpromising and underachieving. Trucks not maintaned good and they blame you that you do not know how to activate a windshield washer and things like that
