My car battery died due to the cold. The staff did a wonderful job working in the cold to get my new battery in. Coronado was friendly and did a great job.
Sales person was very courteous and informative.. The Tech did a good job installing the battery however they were not able put the battery cover back on. I wasn’t too happy about that.
Peter Delroy is an amazing asset to your store. He went on and beyond in assisting me in trying to remove caps from my tire... the whole 10 yards! Thank you so much! You are awesome!!! 10 stars if I could!!!
The staff seemed nice but out of 4 or 5 ? people (two females) (approx 2 or 3 males ) no one offered to help me while they were having some random conversation about something that seemed to have nothing to do with auto parts while laughing and joking. After about 5 minutes of the staff taking turns to look me in the face and not offer any help. I finally took it upon myself to interrupt their team huddle (conversation) and just asked one of the workers If they had the item that I was looking for. One employee said he would look it up and walked off and didn’t return. I just casually walked out the door. This place used to be a bit more responsive to the customer needs. Maybe it’s me but I have a problem giving places my business that don’t seem to deserve it. I’ll just order what I need from Amazon.
This AutoZone location is by far the best AutoZone in Illinois customer service is behind Great monitor Marcus Peter Is such an amazing person customer service is truly amazing This location is my top location in Illinois Keep up the great work guys
I had the best experience at this Auto Zone. Muhammad was the best Auto Zone associate that I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle, and made me feel comfortable. His coworker was friendly as well. Whenever I need anything for my vehicle, I know which Auto Zone I will be going to.

So relieved I came here instead of taking my car to any other car place! Moses helped me replace my car battery in 5 minutes right in the parking lot while i chased my toddler. something that could’ve easily taken hours somewhere else and i would’ve had to Uber home or something to wait with my baby. But Moses and AutoZone handled it perfectly! Definitely don’t sleep on AutoZone on 95th!!

Little boy tonight who closed the store with the man with the glasses overly stared at me and was very rude checking my check engine light. I usually always get great service from you guys.
This was my first time going to this location and I can say I am pleased with my visit. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was neatly organized and the store was clean overall. I came for a cabin air filter and a few other items; Lonnie and Kenyatta both had pleasant demeanors and were quick to offer assistance. Keep up the awesome work!
Had to get new battery for car and the guy help me to find to see if I had a warranty and I did so I got it for free and he remove the old battery out and put the new in it took him only 10 mints do go to the one on 95 if yall read this one in chicago they will help u and make sure the other employees take care of the other customers.

Yesterday me and my friend walked into the store to look for lightbulbs for his headlights, the lady at the counter showed him RGB headlights when he just wanted a brighter bulb for his headlights, she clearly doesn’t know what she was looking for, plus she was very rude. Then when we go outside to there parking lot to install them which we did, we had to go back inside to buy brights because we just bought the headlight not the brights so we spent about around $100 then, I couldn’t get his headlight out because I don’t have my tools to pull it out so I saw there company deliver vehicle had a bungee cord so I used that. I put all 4 light bulbs in then the rude employee comes out calling us disrespectful and taking pictures of me and just trying to cause a problem, then telling us we need to leave when we literally bought stuff from there store and we’re installing them I put the bungee cord back and later they say on the phone there is no manager there that day. Then say we both are banned, when the store doesn’t even get you the right parts. Last time I came in the store about a year ago I needed spark plugs and they didn’t even know where to find them and they needed to search it up which I just left and went to O’Rileys located on 91st and Weatern. I highly suggest never going to this autozone they treat you poorly and can never give you the correct things you are asking for. 1/10 poor service and really banning us from such a run down store I’m from now on sticking to O’Rileys much better service. It’s just sad me and my friend live right around the corner from this autozone.
Wonderful experience with manager/salesperson Darius. She even gave me a recipe for chicken chili. Wow how's that for service. This store gives me a belief that they love their customers.
The lady tried to teach me how to put a battery in instead of trying to do her job if I wanted to learn Id go to YouTube not pay for yall services not only did the manager allow this nor did she intervene poor customer service poor management wouldn’t recommend service trash not to mention I was the only customer that’s just makes it sadder won’t be given them a penny from now on and it’s right around the corner from me I’ll be going else where
This autozone is my top three I deal with. Today I was let down by staffing. I was simply going to get a battery replacement & was told today that they’re not installing batteries due to management instructing them not to . Not sure it it was bad timing or negligence of work. This is very unfortunate and was a big inconvenience. I never heard from any auto zones if you purchase battery it couldn’t be installed. Do better guys you’ve lost a loyal customer at this location. I don’t recommend nobody to go if it’s anything involving a battery replacement.

I usually just go to the dealership for all of my vehicles needs but this time I decided to try and do things myself. I’m not sure on the guys name but he is a manager and he has dreadlocks.Knowledgeable and patient qualities that many retail workers lack is what he overflowed with. He gave me the insight and assurance I needed to confidently make my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Very disappointed with the service. My husband and I walked in and as soon as we walked in one of the guys checked his watch (it was around closing time- 20 mins before). They didn’t greet us. The other guy lazily walked up to us saying “what do you need man?” He proceeded to “help” but was very unhelpful. My husband showed him the part that he needed and he asked “what even is this?” But he didn’t even attempt to look at the part or anything.
Came on to get products for a scuff on my car. Ray helped me find the right products, THEN helped me get the scuff out. Excellent service!!! Thank you!
