First these folks speak so quickly that you can't understand them and always sound as if you're annoying them. Second, they lack professionalism and call everyone bro. Third, I called and spoke to three different people,about purchasing an engine and got three different responses. Not to keen on giving these guys more business.
I've had to use this store a couple few times because I'm a single mom and pretty handy so diy is a thing. They were very helpful each time I went including not having a taillight I needed which actually saved me almost $200 by finding it on eBay. Backward compliment but I can't say anything bad and the staff is very helpful.
I received stellar customer service from Daniel Sunday. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I truly appreciate his service during my time of need.
This place is very unprofessional and they is racist against black Americans waiting in lines for about 20 minutes it was two Hispanic guy on their phone chitchat and not helping the customer I literally had to say hey can someone help me I will be calling corporate.
That lady with the blue hair I believe her name is emeda? Or something ? She's kind of rude. My husband went in not too long ago and she had a nasty attitude when helping it's the second time this occurs. She doesn't seem to know what she's doing and throws it on the customers 0 stars if I could cause of her ??
Came into store Wed evening, 3.13.24 and nice young man ( didnt get his name, my apologies) since my older jetta died on way home from work. Even thought vehicle older, this never happened before. Gentemen was super helpful, able to read battery was at 100% and suggested faulty ground wire could be issue. Great service, very personable, need more employees like him. Thank you.
I went in here today to have my vehicle's battery, alternator, and starter tested and Daniel was very helpful and professional. He also helped me with a small minor work on my driver's side door panel. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I really appreciate employee like him.
This place lacks interpersonal skills. Stopped in to return an item with my receipt in hand. One guy is actually helping out a customer, the only other person is helping the other employee. I walked up to the counter, the guy completely ignored me, he continues to help out his buddy, no greeting, no we will be right with you, nothing. After he is done helping his co-worker he goes to the east side of the store and says “something I can help you with?” Guys name was Jose. Proper etiquette and training on interpersonal skills is a must to survive in retail. I’ll make sure to stay away from this store.

Excellent service, the store was very clean, the manager Julio was very kind and he checked my oil and recommended a gasoline additive. Very attentive and professional at all times
Good place for most auto parts,and prodocts. I have purchased my lifetime brakes from O'REILLY'S for years among many other auto parts. The prices are reasonable on most car parts. I always check around and compare at other auto parts stores, but always come back to O'REILLY'S most of the time. The only way I would go somewhere else is if they don't have the part in stock.
Carlos was a very helpful employee who went above and beyond to help me with replacement of light bulb that went out on the driver's side kudos to Carlos we need a lot more of employee like that.

I visited yesterday for something for my tire and the salesperson Deborah was the most helpful. Pleasant and outgoing service she helped me to learn more about the accessories that my auto needed and when I inquired about service providers she cordially provided me with two local professionals.
Parking is easy and location gives opportunity for complete other errands whether it be grabbing a bite to eat or grocery shop
