This place is terrible. Bought a color matched fender and it’s totally not even close. Customer service is a nightmare. They literally ignore you and give you the run around. They tell you to submit a claim online. Did that and no response. They say 48 to 72 hours for response. It’s been over 2 weeks and now they ignore my phone calls. Constantly saying management has to get back to me. Their paint match was way off, their packaging is trash, and their service is trash. Still no resolution or response from them. Update: they finally respond then say they are going to send me a replacement and will take 3-4 days. I waited 2 weeks and decided to reach back out asking what is going on and they are back to not responding to me. It’s coming on 2 months now since I originally ordered and below Maria responds to this complaint on here to email her. I forward her the emails and still no response and that was 4 days ago. Stay away from this place. They are literally impossible to deal with. Voice mail boxes are always full so you cannot even leave a message and the operator will just forward you to another line and nobody ever answers

Do NOT buy from them!!! I ordered a front fender. It came damaged. I attempted to contact customer service by phone. Left mesege. Never responded. Emailed them multiple times. I got a messege and I quote "...", I contacted them the day I received the part . Here's the pics to show how they ship thier parts. Seriously buy from anyone else. Also they have such bad reviews they keep changing thier company name and website.

If I could give them negative stars I would! I ordered a fender that came bent, they didn't respond to my claim but did respond via email. They sent me a replacement that was also damaged with bubbles in the paint! I submitted another claim that went unanswered and they are now not answering any of my attempts to get my money back. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau at this point in hopes to get some resolve as they could care less to make it right. Don't buy from this company!! They are complete trash!

Here's a great example of a horrible company who ships fenders out via USPS that arrive damaged and don't follow up on claims, lie to customers about filing a damage ticket that will get a response but never do. I ordered two fenders that both arrived damaged and was scanned by USPS as "delivered with visible damage" so I called and spoke to two employees who both told me not to return to sender which I had the option to do even after receiving it because the packages and contents were indeed visibly damaged. They both told me if I did, I would not receive a full refund and if I wanted a full refund, I must file a claim for which I did. Never heard from them. STAY AWAY. There's many other options for body parts that are just as cheap! UPDATE... It gets worse. They finally responded to my claim and emailed me return labels after I filed a dispute with my bank. 3 months later and AFTER I threw their junk fenders away exactly where they belong.... THE TRASH JUST LIKE THIS COMPANY! Do mind and heart a favor and stay away because if you decide to take a chance with them, your taking a chance on a stroke or heart attack with all the stress and time wasted with their terrible customer service and parts.

My wife's 2011 Lexus had some bumps and bruises from 14 years of city driving. A few months ago, she hit a deer and viola!, the entire front end is repainted. That was nice (not for the deer), but now the back end looked really terrible. I ordered a painted bumper from your company, and it arrived in a box with a hole in the side. I was worried at first, but it didn't damage the bumper cover. The installation was quick - 6 bolts and maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. The paint matches the "Cerulian Blue" factory paint exactly. If I didn't know the bumper had been replaced, I would never have known. (See the before and after photos below) I detailed the car, put a ceramic wax on the car and it looks almost like new. One caveat - the factory bumper has plugs that cover the bolts and they did not come with the bumper. You will need to have the plugs on the car, or reach out to the seller in advance to make sure they can include them.

Horrible service at its best. They don't contact you at all. When you call, they tell you go on they website find information there. My package came in damage, im trying to file a damage claim now it's been two weeks and haven't heard nothing from them yet. I wouldn't recommend buying from them they don't care about they're customers at all. I'm still here waiting for damage claim for two weeks.

Shipping was slow, but that was to be expected by reading other reviews. I was not impressed with the quality of the paint job. The fender has many bubbles in it however the color matching was accurate. Packaging was decent. Wrapped in bubble wrap however box looked destroyed. Fender arrived with a small dent in it. The fit was mediocre. Did not line up perfectly with existing panels. Really disappointed when spending so much money for a fender to have this many mistakes and issues. Definitely do not feel the product I received was worth the money I spent. For the $500 I spent I was expecting a lot better quality and not a damaged product. Would be more than willing to leave a better review if these issues were resolved or made right.

By far a miserable experience. I know what I am doing...the question is do they know how much they fail at every aspect of business. This is a verified purchase for my wife 2016 Malibu a few years after the Painted part was installed. The rust is a testament to the corrosive customer experience they excelled at. I know what I am doing. All of my vehicles have an unlimited car wash Membership. Pay more elsewhere and leave these clowns in the dust or rust.

I recently ordered a car hood and front bumper with the "paint to match" option. The entire process, from placing the order to receiving the parts, took less than three weeks, which was quite efficient. As I live in the Chicago area, I was able to pick up the parts locally, which was convenient. The only issue I encountered was some dust bubbles in the clear coat. When I called the body parts shop, the lady advised that I should buff the surface to remove these defects. Overall, I'm happy with my order. The color is an exact match, and the parts are of good quality and fit perfectly with zero issues. Despite being skeptical at first due to some negative reviews, my experience was positive. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

I am happy with the bumper cover I bought from Painted Auto Body Parts. Communication was good throughout the process. I had a concern early on with a color match that was addressed fast and correct with no hassle. The cover is of very nice quality. I had to move some parts from the old bumper to the new one and everything fit perfectly. The color match with the rest of the car is great even though the car is 16 years old. The finish quality is very good. During installation, the new bumper lined up perfectly with the fastener holes and it looks great. I don’t know exactly how much I saved over the cost of a body shop repair but I’m very pleased with the results. Attached are pics of the old, damaged bumper and the new Painted Auto Body version. I ordered parts last month and it took 3 weeks to receive and they were not special order nor a painted part, just fender liners!! Once received they were very low quality stapled together with a regular staple not industrial need I add, mechanic installed one side and notified me it would not hold up to rd conditions so I reached out asap to them by email, phone calls, and did the return order as well per the email reply back... while stalling on the other liner being installed... I finally spoke to someone this monday and was told manager was out and would give me a call after looking over all my emails and return order, well 4 days later still no resolution!!! This is unacceptable I've been very patient and understanding for the past 2 weeks on waiting to get answers so I had no choice but to hopefully draw attention to my order this way, never like to leave bad reviews on a business but seems to me its a habitual issue with this company with not taken care of their customers!!!!

You will get a good result if you have patience. The quality of the painting was excellent but the color was slightly different, I returned the parts and they repainted them for free and I was happy with the result. You'd better send a sample of the part so they can pick the right color.

BUYER BEWARE. After ordering my parts my car was rear ended and deemed a total loss. I contacted the company to ask what I needed to do, but before they responded I got a notification that my items had shipped. Mind you it came to a grand total of $1500. They then informed me that my paths had shipped and I could reject the shipment and could not return the painted part and my shipping would not be refunded and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I was fine with that but the packages arrived while I was at work and did not require a signature. I contacted the company again and they told me to put in a claim. After some back and forth I was given good directions on where to go. I was advised it would be 24-28 hours for a response and that was 6 days ago. I am very displeased with this whole process. I can’t use these parts through no fault of my own and I was willing to take the hit on the shipping and restocking but now I am stuck with parts I can’t use and no way to return them. DO NOT Use them unless you are sure nothing will happen to where you won’t need the parts anymore. Poor customer service and lack of responses have made this whole thing a nightmare on top of dealing with my accident and injuries that have resulted from it.

I ordered a top and bottom rear bumper for a 2021 Honda Pilot. The bumpers took a long time to arrive, over a month after originally ordering them. I discovered they had shipped me 2 top rear bumpers instead of a top and bottom and both bumpers were damaged upon arrival. Their customers support was non responsive to multiple inquiries. I would not recommend this business as a whole.

I ordered a painted bumper, front fender and fender liners for my 2014 Honda Accord. After 2 weeks I received the wrong liners. I sent a couple of emails, with no response, but was finally able to speak to someone on the phone and they apologized and said they would send the correct ones and to just keep the wrong ones. I started looking at their reviews. I know that I should have done my research on them before placing my order but I am so glad I didn't, because with the reviews that I've read I would have never bought from this company. Needless to say I was very worried about what my parts would look like when or if I got them. I was worried and stressed and thought that I had just wasted $700. It took almost a full month for the parts to come in and arrived in a very damaged box. Luckily the parts were not damaged and the paint job was perfect. You cannot tell the difference between the new parts and the old, it's a perfect match. They did an excellent job for a fraction of the price of what other companies wanted. Yes the shipping is a little slow and they're not very good at answering emails or phone calls, but the work they do is worth the wait. Apparently this is a very small company and they are extremely busy which explains why everything takes longer than what we feel it should. People are much more likely to write a bad review than a good one, which is why I wanted to write a mostly positive review for them. I know everybody has different experiences but I am so glad I chose to go with this company and if I am ever in need of car parts I will definitely be using them again.

Painted Auto Body Parts was amazing. I needed a mirror painted for a 2005 Buick. They communicated clearly with me via email so I knew where in the process they were and when my mirror was ready. The mirror came in a reasonable amount of time and it looked beautiful. However, I made a mistake with the color, and they were great! I explained the problem to them, sent back the mirror and they corrected the mistake at a totally fair price to me. Overall, they were just a great company to work with. They were trustworthy, had fair pricing, and did quality work. I would use them again in a hot minute for any other auto painting I needed done. Wonderful company! Rick

I ordered a passenger fender and front bumper cover and they arrived and turned out great. I noticed recently that the paint on the bumper cover is flaking off. I've tried countless times to contact them to get this resolved but they keep blowing me off. I would pay extra next time and go with a different company since they won't stand by their work. UPDATE: No one has responded to my request so I'll lower my rating to one star. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a fender for son's truck- they shipped it thru the Post office! - of course it came with multiple dents and a crease- Customer service here is a joke- they want you to try and fix the dent they caused by not shipping it correctly- now they wont even respond to emails - I had to get my credit card company involved as they will not give me a return shipping label to send it back

I strongly suggest you do not order from this company online and have the painted parts shipped. It took almost twice as long to get the part than what was stated online. I ordered a hood from this company that was supposed to be painted to the paint code that I provided. Every time I reached out to find out when my hood would ship the response I got for over a week was the hood was being painted and would ship in the next day or two. It took 10 days after that to get a tracking number. The part was delivered in the middle of the day to my house. I didn't sign for it or could inspect it. The box was pretty beat up when I inspected it that night but didn't see any damage. When I went to install it under the foam corner bumpers was damage on both rear corners. I had to install the hood so my wife could drive the car. Once installed I could see how horrible the paint mismatch was. I sent them pictures and the paint code as they requested. After I sent this information I haven't had a response in over a month. I have emailed them many times and never get a response. I found a number for them on the BBB website and when you call they can't help you, you have to email the claims department. When I told them I don't get a response from emails to the claims department I was told "I am just a salesman." This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I guess they figure if they ignore you eventually you will go away. I have filed a claim with the BBB and am filing a claim with the AG office as well. Look at the pictures, paint isn't close to the right color. Don't waste your hard earned money buying from this scamming company!

Sent me the wrong paint code and had endless cuts on the bumper, dust in the paint and just an overall bad job. They sent a broken box and wouldn’t ship another one to return it. Overall bad customer service and bad work for a high price.

Horrible company, make it impossible to cancel order. And then charge restocking fee’s do not use this company. They order the parts. They are a middle man. You cannot pick the items up in a timely fashion as they imply. I ordered a radiator for in store pick up and was told up to 5 days delivery. I did not have the time for 5 day delivery if I did I would have ordered from Amazon, or rock auto. Or any other well known company.

I am in the same boat as many others. I ordered a front bumper cover for my 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 months ago. I was assured they would match the VIN to make sure they had the correct part. I instead received what appears to be a bumper for a GT-Line. A completely different body line than my GT2. I have been attempting to return it for the last month. I call everyday. I have gotten through twice. The first time was immediately upon opening the package and realizing it didn’t fit my car. I was advised to file a claim online. I did. The second was now over a week ago and I was told the manager would contact me. Idk what is going on there, but you guys need to answer your phones. Validate claims and correspond with your customers.

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I purchased a painted OEM Dodge charger SRT8 front bumper. Terms and conditions of shipment is to inspect the part for damage upon delivery and sign to accept if the part is in good condition. If the part is in bad condition you are supposed to deny delivery and contact the company. The day of delivery I was notified by text that a part was being delivered and did Not need a signature. I was not notified from the shipper that my part had shipped. So I thought it was just hardware that I had ordered. When I got home I found the bumper on my front porch. Not inspected or signed for. When I checked my email I seen a shipping notice from the merchant that was exactly one hour before it arrived at my doorstep. I opened the package and immediately noticed that the bumper was not OEM. I also noticed the paint is the worst quality I have ever seen from a “professional” company. I immediately contacted the company. They deny misleading customers into buying aftermarket parts disguised on the website as OEM. They also will not acknowledge the fact that they shipped the part to me with a no signature needed shipping option. On top of all of that they want me to pay a restocking fee and shipping fees to send the part back. If you enjoy your sanity, do not shop with this company. I should have listened to the countless others that complained about this company.

PLEASE BE AWARE! After placing my order I waited 20+ days and began asking questions about when I should be expecting my Bumper. For the next 3+ weeks I was told that it's painted and drying. They where lying in my face. After almost 2 months of wailing I sent a frustrating email, again asking for what is going on and why I still don't have a tracking number. I received a reply saying that they did not had the item in stock but now it's for sure in stock and getting painted. Now almost 2 months went by .At this point I was very frustrated with them and asked for a compensation for Waiting, at first I was offered $100, I replied that it only be fair if I don't get charged for painting at this point. But next day they made a decision to give me $150. When I asked that It would only be fair if I'm not to be charged for painting, I wasn't realizing that I'll get a bumper that is completely different color. That is with the sapmle that I send over to them (See pictures) I gave them on option to fix it at their shop or refund $200 so I can have it repainted here at my local Professional Body Shop. But instead of acknowledging the screw up they said we all ready give you $150 here is $85 more and it's your problem. Quote from customer service (The world is not perfect you know) guys I encourage you to be smart, and stay away from this place! It's not worth dealing with this company, I promise you that. At the end you'll lose more money and have more gray hair. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

We ordered a hitch cover for our 2021 Platinum Armada because Nissan stopped making the part. We ordered it on March 27th. By the 20th of April, it was still sitting in Illinois. So, my husband called Painted Auto Body Parts to ask why it wasn't moving and what the issue was. The lady that he spoke to was extremely rude and she told him, "You just don't have any patience!" Excuse me, what!?!?! Who says that to a customer...especially when it's been almost a month that they've been waiting on their order? Anyway, my husband went to our post office and they did a missing order locator and a week later the part started moving again, finally. Then, it stopped again. He called Painted Auto Parts back and they were rude again and he said at this point you should just refund me, because it looks like we'll never get it. They refused...literally didn't care if we got the part or not. Fast forward, we finally received the part yesterday on May 2nd. It came bubble wrapped NOT IN A BOX. We knew it probably wasn't going to be good. When we unwrapped it it looked like someone had thrown it off a cliff and it hit rocks on the way down. Also, the paint job was horrible. So, he called them back to tell them what it looked like and she said, "So would you like to file a claim!?" He said no because when you send me over there no one ever answers the phone and the voice-mail is full. So, he told her that he would just have his credit card company take care of it. She said okay! She literally could care less if we got our money back or not. But, we wanted the part more than anything. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company! Not only are they sending out crap products, their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Purchase from them at your own risk. You've been warned.

Please stay away from this place. I bought a hood for my 2008 335i e93 bmw. They did a good job on the paint, but the aftermarket hood was complete junk. Espically for the price, priced the same as oem from bmw dealership. Also when I came to pickup the hood, the guy that brought it out was dragging it on the floor to me. I tried contacting their customer service and all they kept blaming it on my bumper and making random excuses about my cars Hood hinges being bent and etc. Nothing on my car is damaged. I put my old damaged hood back on and it fits just fine with my bumper, I even put my old oem bumper with the new hood and still doesn’t fit. Asked to bring my hood back for a refund or an exchange for a new one or even a partial refund. Horrible customer service didn’t resolve anything.
