Horrible customer service! They would not let me speak kept cutting me off. Very Rude... Had me on hold for a long time. So i am trying to purchase a part and they are bothered. Make it sense pls
I’ve bought 2 automatic transmissions from these guys and they both slipped out and broke 2 and a half years later I went back for a door with my girlfriend. I asked for a silver door and they said they have it, it’ll be ready in about 2 days (they were closed Monday or Sunday). I came to receive my door but we waited an hour and it seems that the front end customer service had some miscommunication with the scrapping team so there was a back and forth trying to figure out where my door was as I saw a flux of customers in and out. They came with my door in the wrong color and slightly dented so I just took it and left. I’ll honestly probably just shop here for less important items like headlights or taillights, mirrors and things of that sort.
Best salvage yard in the city, the guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable, aside from that Robbins has stock on a lot of parts since Robbins is connected to 4 different locations. They are very fast on delivery their parts, as it only took them 1 day to get me an engine that I needed. I definitely recommend coming to Robbins as they are very good at delivering parts that have very good quality.

Answered my call the first time and responded to all my questions. I bought a 3.8L engine for my jeep and works amazing after installing it. Best prices in town for parts! Friendly staffing and very helpful. Would recommend 10/10. Thanks Nuke and Pedro. Give this junkyard a try won’t disappoint
The guy NUKE is the absolute worse! He gave me one price for an engine, then I get there it’s 160.00 more. He told me the engine would be delivered at 11:30am the following morning. Then I had to call him about a delivery time to be told, they couldn’t locate the engine it was lost. Then right before closing they “found” the engine. Two days later my mechanic still have no engine for my truck. Now he’s talking about a 4pm delivery when his shop closes at 3:30pm. Then he gets smart because I ask him why wasn’t I made a priority delivery when he lost my engine two days ago. Just so unorganized and not very professional. I should’ve knew walking in and seeing him plus side, I got a full refund with no hassle. No engine but oh well.

These post must be from employees or friends. These are probly the most rude mfkers you can meet. If you call for a question they hang up before you can ask a second question. If your don't know what your talking about they are rude. If you do know what your talking about they are rude. Never give you a call back. Always have you waiting way longer than they day. And parts usually have broken tabs or are forcefully taken off. I always try to avoid this place. And I'm pretty well known at most junkyards in the city. Ftp
They usually have the part you need and if they dont they'll find it for you but the last piece iv bought wasnt that gud and i cant afford to pay sum1 to reremove the part over and over an when i called to ask if they gonna replace it they said they didnt have anyore and cant find it at the moment so im stuck but they were good everyother time i went to them
Nuke is the man ! You need any used parts for cars you are fixing or for your own ? This is the place to visit , great prices and excellent quality! Wont be disappointed..
I cannot express how grateful I am that these people are in business. I had trouble finding a trans for my car. They had it. I'm huge on customer service and this place definitely gets 5/5. I needed the harness off my old trans. They refused to let me take it off. Instead, they unburied my core from the pile it was in, and removed the entire harness for me(no easy task) Overall everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Highly highly recommend.
Nice staff and very easy going not that bad of a wait they will work with you on part prices easy in and out like Bing! Sam was very helpful and made my visit a A 1 Visit not my first time ive been here before for parts for my Lincoln navigators and have never went wrong and always have what i need and if not they can get it visit or call and get your part iiii lovvvvvve me some Robins...
This is by far the worst junkyard I have been to... The first two times I’ve visited I had to go back and exchange the parts because they kept giving me the wrong parts to my car knowingly just to get my business. Now that I just visited a third time recently I am having the same issue. One of the guys that work there name Romados faked like he was ordering me a part and then the next day when I called he said the Part was in but when I got there it was not. I have wasted so much gas traveling back-and-forth to this place it is ridiculous. I do not recommend you go there unless you Are bringing in the old part that you are looking for. I can’t stand this place
Called on phone talked to Sam he asked what I needed checked to see if it was in stock and gave me a price. I picked it up and was on my way done deal.
