Great customer serviceI had a battery issue they were a huge help in fixing the problem. I highly recommend this location. I wish I would have got the gentleman's name who helped me I'll be going to this location only from now on.
Went to this location on Ogden and Pulaski and I was very surprised at the customer experience. The gentleman who rang us out was personable and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised. We joked while he rang us up and talked about house music. Today Saturday June 28 the mechanic let us know we didn't need front pads so off we went back to Auto Zone on Ogden. As we entered the store Mr. Wonderful remembered us and ask what happened did we buy the wrong ones. We were next in line and was called to the register to process our return. ARGH I forgot the darn receipt and because Mr Wonderful had us create an account upon our purchase the day before the gentleman was able to find the purchase and apply it back to my card. I love GREAT customer service and this location rocks thank you both for the experience.

I want to share how pleasant and helpful Richard was today. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted warmly and professionally. The best part is that he was able to install the bulbs I just purchased. I've been coming to this location for years, and this, by far, has been my best experience.
Definitely want to give this young lady Yahminah credit. She's a hard working young lady that take pride in pleasing the customers. I returned a core today after buying a battery yesterday. Her energy level was the same as yesterday. I asked to speak with her manager, she looked in concerned but never got an attitude. She will go very far with that customer service skill.
Aric I believe this evening was being very childish. I came in for two idler pulleys and described my issue was that the products and boxes were mismatched. They said they had two left in stock and lo and behold one of them was a different size even though it was the same part number. He tried to tell me that that was my fault somehow, and started cursing me out. Very childish behavior from an employee much less a full grown man.
Everything was exceptional with this store. Richard and his crew are definitely great people to work with! Thanks for all the continued amazing customer service. You guys rock!!!!
I visited the Auto Zone at 3939 W. Ogden for car mats, but also decided to really prepare my car for the winter . Richard the Store Manager was incredibly helpful with helping me pick out my car mats and my wiper blades...and also installed them! Hector, one of the Service Agents, helped me choose the right de-icer. Great staff, great customer service! I've been coming to this specific location for years and always receive top-notch service.

Employee “AP” was very great with assisting me with finding my the correct light for my backplate, even helped me make sure it was the correct bulb for the model car and when he was free came outside and instructed me on the steps to install it. Great service and experience!

My expirence was great at this location. Fast service and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. He made sure I didn't forget anything. Enjoyed not having to make double trips.
Came in looking for for a tool to help me take out the extra transmission fluid I had put into my vehicle before I destroyed my transmission, it was easy to find and reasonably priced I got both but I will say the one with the pump was the 1 I chose to use 8 out of 10 easy and was able to do it myself this autozone is A decent location better than most I've seen will return
