I want to share how pleasant and helpful Richard was today. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted warmly and professionally. The best part is that he was able to install the bulbs I just purchased. I've been coming to this location for years, and this, by far, has been my best experience.
Definitely want to give this young lady Yahminah credit. She's a hard working young lady that take pride in pleasing the customers. I returned a core today after buying a battery yesterday. Her energy level was the same as yesterday. I asked to speak with her manager, she looked in concerned but never got an attitude. She will go very far with that customer service skill.

Employee “AP” was very great with assisting me with finding my the correct light for my backplate, even helped me make sure it was the correct bulb for the model car and when he was free came outside and instructed me on the steps to install it. Great service and experience!

Came in looking for for a tool to help me take out the extra transmission fluid I had put into my vehicle before I destroyed my transmission, it was easy to find and reasonably priced I got both but I will say the one with the pump was the 1 I chose to use 8 out of 10 easy and was able to do it myself this autozone is A decent location better than most I've seen will return
