My vehicle got involved into a collision, but roadside service is offered with my auto insurance. Little did I know that this was not reliable at all as the tow services they called canceled on me twice within a span of 4 hours. They were going to offer a third one, which is when I took matters into my own hands.
Roberto promptly answered the call and brought his truck to my location within 30 minutes. The car was loaded and onto his truck within 10-15 minutes and he was able to transport it to my preferred auto collision shop safely and effectively. He was courteous, helpful, and lent an ear to listen to my woes of the day.

Roberto was a HUGE lifesaver today! He got to my car FAST and got it dropped off FAST about 26 miles away from where I was picked up for a more than fair price. He was very communicative with me, gave me updates when he got my car and when he was close. Lol while I hope I never have to see him again, if I ever need a future tow he’s my guy I’m calling!
