  Hello, Niko, thank you for your review. As with any of our clients that purchase any of our motors or transmissions, my mechanic always checks the motors/transmissions to see if they are running and or in good condition, which we then sell. There absolutely could have been a human error on our part. As said in person, receipt, and or through messages, my company does offer a free 30 day warranty for such events or should it not fit in to the vehicle you were looking to insert the engine in, we would have absolutely no problem refunded the $700. You purchased the engine on June 4th, 2024 and had the time to check/inspect before inserting in to the vehicle and appropriately utilize the free 30 day warranty to check the engine if it was up to par and if there was any human error on our end to come to us, as you had the motor in your possession. You reached out to me on August 7th which was well over 30 days, due to that fact, I was unable to give you the refund and answer you were looking for, as anything could have happened between then and now, as well as warranty well over expired. As far as ignoring your texts, that is not true. I promptly responded to you within the hour and gave you multiple, respectful responses that correlate with your issue. I apologize again, if the answer I gave you did not see fit. I gave you a respectful statement from my company to conclude and you said your statement to conclude. Thank you again for taking the time to write this, moving forward, we will now make various and considerable amounts of inspections to avoid this from happening again in the future and heavily convey and express the warranty to future clients on our company warranty.   Bought an engine off the company and they claimed it was checked and should be running, when trying to put it in the car that it was supposed to go in it was clear the engine was seized, upon further inspection it turned out 2 of the cylinder walls were scored and the engine was unusable. Just like that 700 dollars down the drain and when we reached out to them all they could say that the warranty was null and then they just started ignoring the texts.
