DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE STRANDED FOR 3 HOURS! They were dispatched by my insurance company. They came without a flatbed after 1 hour 30 minutes and I told them I needed a flat bed. They told me someone else would be there in an hour. After another hour and a half, they told me my insurance company cancelled the request. After contacting my insurance company, they informed me that they never cancelled the request. They then stopped answering the insurance and my phone calls after trying to reach them to see what’s going on. A joke of a towing company and complete disregard for all parties involved.
A genuinely grateful thank you to Brian for helping us out unsolicited while we were changing our tire at a gas station. While getting his own gas, he noticed we were trying to reinstall our tire and offered to help and was very kind. It’s been a weird road trip and Brian became the third person to help us get home safely. Thank you!
Great experience! Motaz kept in communication throughout my wait while I was stuck in Chicago’s morning rush hour. He arrived as soon as he could, was very helpful, and got both me and my Jeep to my local shop safely. Really appreciated the communication and professionalism.
The tow truck driver was extremely nice and even backed my car in the driveway where I had the flat tire. He definitely went above and beyond. Everytime I asked him something he was very attentive and very polite
Trash towing company. My insurance company assigned me them at noon today. Joe the dispatcher/supervisor/owner kind of gave me the most fabricated ETAs throughout the day whenever I could get in touch with him by phone until eventually, 1 hour before the business where my car is at closes he says they likely won't get to my car tonight. What a bum company! I've escalated within my insurance company, one of the largest and the most respected in the industry, to never deal with them again. A manager agreed with me and let me know he'd put me in touch further up the chain to ensure my complaint is heard 💯
Two experiences with this company.
First: driver brought a dead jump pack for a jump start and just left when it didnt work
Second: waited for 6 hours after requesting a tow at 9:30am. Specified at time of tow request that car manual required a flatbed and confirmed to dispatcher that car could be placed in neutral and was able to be transported on a flatbed.
Received ~5 notices that a driver was dispatched and an ETA, but no driver showed. After repeated calls to dispatcher, driver eventually showed up about 7 hours after initial request. Was waiting at roadside the entire time. Truck that was eventually dispatched was not a flatbed as originally requested.
Driver (Mohammed) was very helpful but the overall experience with this company was very poor.
If your roadside assistance provider assigns this company, I would advise refusing their service and call someone who can actually dispatch a driver in less than one working day who will bring the correct (and functional) equipment with them.
Worst tow experience ever.
This company was dispatched by my insurance company. It was initially a 30-65 min wait which turned into 3hrs 45min while waiting in 14deg weather. We called 5x and each time received a different answer on when they would be there. 20min turned into another 45min before we placed another call. This happened several times... never a straight answer. They even said "he is really close... like 15min away" then it ended up being another 2hrs. Absolutely the worst tow company. If I ever have to use this service then insurance again then I will call my own tow and then get reimbursed.
They towed my car to my shop and they left my car on the side of the street with the keys inside. They did not try to let my shop know the car arrived. During the tow they damaged my rear bumper and created a hole with scratches.
They completely destroyed my car from towing it incorrectly and are refusing to pay for any damages. They hire drivers who don’t speak English at all and look like it’s their first time towing. This happened on 11/1/2025 and the work order is 62727819.
My car was towed by Yaffo after experiencing engine issues making it inoperable. The guy taking care of me was very nice and worked quickly to get my car loaded. I really appreciated being able to get a ride with the tow to where we were dropping my car off, the truck cab was clean and smelled fresh. I’ve seen Yaffo around town so it was a pleasant experience getting to use them and would recommend to anyone else stuck on the side of the road.
Usama the driver was very quick and easy to communicate when it came to troubleshoot some directions. Dolly lift toes don’t start until 8 am which added a bit of a wait in my case but wasn’t a problem something to be aware of. Also their main number may show up as toll free so I appreciate them calling and leaving voicemails so I don’t miss any communication. Appreciate the help!
Bryan was extremely helpful and kind while I was stranded on the highway with 2 flat tires. Several cars were affected by a pothole and he assisted me after handling his 1st assigned vehicle. Was great with communication and came back quickly to help. Good pricing.
Be careful when hiring this company. One of their drivers was driving recklessly and crashed into my car. I can’t say for certain what the cause was, but his driving was completely out of control. After the accident, the driver and the manager/owner provided incorrect insurance information, which has made the situation much more difficult—even though the accident was not my fault. Based on my experience, this company handled the situation poorly and did not act transparently. I would not trust them.
I’ve made several attempts to get in touch, including leaving my information and voicemails. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response.
I give them the highest rating. They were so kind so wonderful. They came and rescued me in my destination. I had been waiting for other tow trucks for 8 hours, and these guys came from the Chicago area and got me and safely got me in my vehicle to my destination, wonderful wonderful people.
Mo provided Excellent tow service for us on a frigid afternoon! He arrived very quickly and was very careful with maneuvering our car onto the flatbed truck. Greatly appreciated the text and video updates after dropping off the car at the dealership. A fantastic job overall and we are very thankful for his superior service and customer care!
Great and professional service! From the call service woman who called initially to gather info to the kind and professional gentleman that came to tow my vehicle...they were wonderf and efficient as can be! They came very fast as well. Very communicative. If you have to get your car towed...I recommend them! I am sure they are great for other road side services as well.
The driver was very careful getting my van onto the towing bed and verified information. He made sure he dropped off the car in the right spot. Very courteous and prompt. I appreciated the text messages beforehand telling me he was coming.
They had great communication and the driver could not have been more thoughtful and lovely. He even sent a message to let us know. The car has been dropped off at the mechanic. Everyone went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. And on top of all the professionalism, they were very friendly and polite.
The driver (Mohamed) was on time, fast, extremely nice, and explained how the tow would work. I had never seen a car towed with rear wheel lifts and was concerned. He was very careful with my old girl and did a great job. Very happy to call them again if needed! This was ordered via my AAA membership, so there was no cost to me.
Had a scheduled pick up appointment at 6 AM. Got a phone call at 5 AM telling me driver would be there in an hour. Three hours later, a driver who hardly spoke English arrived. I would give you zero stars if I could and the only reason I used your service was because my roadside assistance picked you however I spoke with my insurance and they will be removing you from that list if you live in Kansas City, please do not use this tow truck service. There are better more reliable people.

I just had my Tesla towed to the closest Discount Tire and Mo from Yaffo Towing was absolutely extraordinary. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and kept great conversation throughout the ride, which made a stressful situation feel so much better. He also took amazing care of my Tesla. I was a little worried about how it would get towed, but he walked me through everything, explained what to do and when to do it, and made sure the car was handled the right way.
Overall, a really great experience. Mo is an awesome guy and truly made a tough moment so much easier. Highly recommend Yaffo Towing!

This man saved me! I was stuck in a parking garage with a clearance of 6ft 6in. Tow trucks were cancelling on me left and right because they were not low clearance trucks. My car was producing a malfunction which prevented me from turning it on. This made it impossible to even put in neutral to be towed without damaging my transmission. Idk his name but he WALKED up three levels of the parking garage and jumped my vehicle with a portable Jump starter! I was so thankful because I was stuck for hours!!!! instead of assuming that a tow was the only option, He was the only person who even cared enough to attempt to give me a jump… which resolved my dilemma. This is a kind and honest man. He/his business deserves all of the prosperity this life could possibly afford him. Do business with people that care about people! Yaffo towing is amazing!!!
driver awab helped me by unlocking my car that i left the keys inside AND providing me with an excellent tow service. he was super careful with my car both during lockout services and during the 65 mile tow. would recommend!
Great customer service! Both the company and the driver kept in contact with me throughout the wait. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and took the time to explain what to expect next. I really appreciated the communication and professionalism.
I was supposed to have a flatbed for my car. Told dispatch I would be home at 3 and the driver arrived with a wrecker at 240. My wife told him I would be home at 3. I raced home only and got there at 3 on the dot only to find the driver left. He did not tell my wife he was leaving and did not answer my call twice. Never received a call from the company so I called and they told me he was sent to an accident emergency. Told me I would have another driver in 30 minutes but it was about an hour and he showed up with another wrecker. The driver said I should have got a flatbed and I told him that's what we requested. . The driver was great and was very careful with the car and told me he was gonna drive slow because my front spoiler was about 2 inches off the ground. He got it there safe and sound but it was a little nerve wracking following it 😬
