Adam was an incredible guy. Got a flat tire in Michigan. He made my towing easy and relaxing. I was worried I was stuck in the middle of a highway with no close exits. I also had my puppy with me. He towed the car, and helped me and my puppy get home in good timing. Best damn towing guy on the planet!!!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst roadside assistance experiences I have ever had. The driver assigned to my service, Hashem, was extremely unprofessional from the beginning. Communication was difficult, and when I calmly explained that I could not clearly understand him, he began yelling and repeatedly hung up on me. When I contacted the company directly, I was told it was “just a language barrier.” A language barrier does not excuse aggressive behavior, disrespect, or hanging up on a customer multiple times. The situation escalated further when the driver claimed he had been waiting and implied I would need to pay him additional money, even though the service was arranged through Hertz. At one point, he drove off while I was approaching my vehicle and had to be contacted again before returning. The most alarming part of this experience was the way he drove once I was in the truck. He was speeding, cutting people off, swerving, and driving in two lanes while towing my vehicle. Around 1:30 PM during school hours, he ran a red light in what was clearly marked as a school zone. This was reckless and completely unacceptable. I felt unsafe the entire time. Professionalism, communication, and safety should be the bare minimum for a towing company. Instead, this experience was aggressive, disorganized, and dangerous. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct. I was told the driver was approximately 30 minutes away, yet I ended up waiting over three hours. During that time, I repeatedly called for updates and was given misleading information. After waiting all that time, I was informed that the driver had been reassigned to another customer. Leaving a customer stranded for hours and then redirecting the driver elsewhere without notice is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This company does not value customers’ time, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent performance and helpfulness from Red Line towing! Rick was super professional, efficient and didn’t waste no time. He safely and securely transported my vehicle to the Audi dealership. Amazing service highly recommend.

Horrible service. Their point of contact told me and the IL State Trooper that their driver was on the way. We waited on the interstate for hours for their tow truck in 18-degree weather. We called back twice to confirm they had the correct location and I was told the driver was on his way, only to find out that the driver was towing another vehicle to drop off somewhere else. On third call the person said that he didn’t know where his driver was and told me to just wait or that I could cancel the service. The person was rude, unprofessional and vague when providing any answers. My insurance company canceled Red Line, Inc. and found me another service which showed up in under twenty minutes.

Scheduled car to be picked up at 8 am was almost 3 hrs late! Missed my appointment twice at the shop! Horrible communication. Kept saying there 20 min away. Everytime I called! Also Progressive Insurance uses them. Had waaayyyy better experience with State Farm.

I needed to have my car towed 1.2 miles to my garage and through USAA received an estimated range of 10:05 and 10:35 AM from Redline Towing. Not bad I was was thinking since my request was sent at 8:43 AM. Redline management kept moving to ETA back 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes (through updates from USAA). I called them directly and the dispatcher was rude, arrogant and had no regard for the customer experience. He flat out lied to me twice regarding when the truck would arrive. The second time he even indicated, "I guarantee it" about the truck being there 30 minutes later. After 40 minutes and no truck I called back and said so much for your guarantee. He was again rude, didn't even consider apologizing. The truck came about 15 minutes later. The driver was fine and the tow went without incident. Had I known that these guys couldn't fulfil the order, I would have used my garage's recommended tow team and would just have to file paperwork to get the cost reimbursed through my insurance. As a result of the delays, my garage wasn't able to get to my car today and I'll have to wait another day with no car. I also had to cancel an appointment for my dog at the vet from late morning to 4:00 PM today as a result of being held captive. My whole day was shot because of the people (being nice here). Advice to Redline, next time you accept an job for a USAA customer that you willingly know that you can't complete timely, think about the collateral damage that you could be costing USAA's customers before you think about the money you'll make. I'm sure there are many more customer' like me, maybe just not enough have vocalized.

Rick saved the day. His timing was perfect. Did a great job hooking up and getting my van on board. Communication was great. He let me know when it has been delivered. Top notch!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Rick. He is a calm and professional man. I was highly stressed and so the way he was able to keep a calm demeanor over the phone while I felt so neurotically scattered- really felt grounding to me. He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived a bit earlier than the estimated time I was originally given by my insurance agent. I watched him load up my car (named Ravina) and it was sad to see my hurting car go on the ambulance (as I call the tow truck) but it made me feel very glad to see Rick taking great care to make sure my car was safe and secure and loading up properly. I felt very comfortable asking questions and communicating with Rick. And after he dropped off my car at the mechanic- he even sent me a picture of my cute car all safe , and gave me all the details I needed about drop off. It was a pleasant surprise I was not expecting, that put me at ease. If you are stuck on side of the road , Rick’s the one you want to help you.

I had an excellent experience with Redline Towing. The service was fast, professional, and stress-free. Juan F, the driver, was amazing — he arrived quickly, was very friendly, and handled my vehicle with great care. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.

Fast service and got me back on the road in minutes with the jump . Hussein did great work ! Highly recommend

I am extremely happy with the service. My car died 35 minutes away from my house and I was waiting in the cold. The arriving time was as told, and the young guy Alawe turned the heat on to warm me up he made feel comfortable and I really recommend this service. Alawe thank you my friend!!

I want to just go bananas Karen on them. Communication stunk - the hang ups when verifying - the almost 2 hours late notice after waiting 2.5 already. - I was on freakout level 12 but seeing Rick pull up and put my car on the tow- pure relief. The panic that the roadside company got the destination wrong and Rick made it work. Not a pleasant experience by any means but they got it done and ya know I can’t fault them for being off the side of the road but damn I never want to have to call them again.

Terrible experience. Rude on the phone. Especially rude to my elderly mother. Text messages saying they will arrive in 30 minutes. Never show. Then frequent texts saying they will arrive, and they keep changing it. It’s sad. If you have road side assistance with progressive insurance in suburbs of Chicago, they use this company and they are awful. 7 hours and still waiting…

Great experience with Herchem. He picked up my 1968 impala and towed it to the shop. From the start of the conversation he very respectful and energetic. He took his time and took care of the car. I would use them again.

We had to get our oversized vehicle towed after crankshaft sensor went out on the highway, and even though it took a while for the tow truck to arrive (it was arranged through our insurance company, 1.5h thru insurance was actually not that bad), the experience turned out great thanks to the driver - unfortunately forgot your Name :/ He was extremely professional and cool the entire time. He hooked up the winch exactly how it was supposed to be done, secured the vehicle perfectly - i’ve been driving tow truck for a few months before, He made sure all our tools and equipment on our truck were safe and organized before hitting the road. The way he handled everything showed real skill and experience - he drove super carefully. When we arrived, he dropped the truck off exactly where we wanted it, no damage, no stress, just a smooth and professional job from start to finish. We’re really happy with the help we received and definitely appreciate the care and attention the driver gave to our situation. Highly recommend regardless of any other reviews.

I would give no starts if possible, worst experience I’ve ever had with a tow company driver was rude and aggressive and fought with me the whole time and this is how he leaves my car at the end of it after holding my car hostage and charging me for a tow that’s included in my insurance. I will be contacting the better business bureau and I have a lawyer cause this was unacceptable.

My car battery or alternator died today, and I have Allstate insurance. They work with redline towing company. Which is fine, but the problem is when I requested the tow the drop off address was wrong, and the only way to change it was through Allstate, so I did. The other problem was Allstate only cover 10 miles for tow and I have to pay the difference. Which was fine. The thing is I was 1 Mile over and the tow truck company wanted to charge be $80. Am like dam for 1 Mile. Then they said $10 I told them I need to talk to my insurance company about the price difference and change the drop off location on my truck. Allstate told me it would be $2.25 Am not sure why the tow company wanted more money, but they did. Not only did the want more money. They cancelled my tow over $7.75. They lied and said the insurance company cancelled, but they cancelled and said they was not able to fine me. When I was just talking to them. They even tried to jump start my truck before they tow it. I called for a tow at 9:00 pm they came around10:50 pm. When they cancelled I had to get back in contact with the insurance company to get another tow with a different tow company Yaffo towing LLC. Now Am not going to get a tow until 2:00 Am. I even tried to asked them to come back and they told me I had to go through my insurance company; because my tow was cancelled. It's 50 degrees outside. I had to wait 5 hours for a tow and the cold; because my truck died They are the ones who cancelled it. They have ruined my day and the start of my morning. All of this was over $7.75 when I told them I would pay either way, and they still cancelled. If people would get out of there personal feelings and just be ethical and do their job. The world would be a better place. Wow 2:00 Am came and they never showed up. I thinking it was the same company that cancelled in the first place. I called them and they told me. It's going to be another 45 minutes, and to leave my keys and the truck if I don't want to wait. I have my personal items and my truck and Am not just going to leave my truck alone with the keys inside. For someone to steal my truck and my things. These two companies are trouble and I don't recommend them at all

Redline was dispatched thru insurance roadside assistance. Quick response, driver took great care of the vehicle. Courteous and a clean truck cab.

I had my car towed by Redline Towing after a wreck, through Progressive Insurance. The driver — a young, unprofessional guy — kept blowing up my phone while I was at work demanding my truck keys. When I finally saw the messages, he had already texted “NVM” and said he took my truck without my permission and before I could remove my personal belongings. Now, I’ve just been informed by the repair shop that the tow company caused over $40,000 in additional damage to my brand new 2025 truck. That’s absolutely unacceptable. After looking into their reviews, I see I’m not the only one — their 3.6 rating says it all. Horrible customer service, zero professionalism, and serious negligence. This company needs to be held accountable for the damage and their careless behavior. -Zero stars.

We broke down after a relaxing spa day. Our driver Yousef was so very nice. He looked at our car to see if he could possibly tell us the problem. He could not. He drove us to drop off the car at our mechanic which was almost 40 miles from where we were. Then he graciously drove us to our front door. He was so pleasant and fun to talk to on the long drive!

I used Redline Towing Inc today and was serviced by Steve. The service was extremely quick and professional by all means. I am having difficulty with starting my car and shifting but my tow service guy knew exactly what to do and was able to get my vehicle to my dealership with no issues. I thank the guys at Redline Inc and my guy Steve for a efficient service! I will def use them again if ever needed. Cost was also reasonable.

If I could this business no star I would. I’m an Allstate customer and requested roadside assistance to take my car to Schaumburg from Will county to get my battery replaced. I’m use to paying a few dollars over my allocated allowance but this time Redline strikes again. Calling and demanding more money than what was listed. After I declined they told me to cancel the rescue. Gladly, only to request another tow and they accepted it. Came to my home, took my car without my permission and played with me for hours. Damaged my car and dropped it off to dealer like nothing happened. Stole personal property from my car and proceeded to lied to Allstate about extra service never rendered. This is horrible business practices and I filed a police report. DO NOT USE THEM.

The first driver sounded foreign and kept changing the eta for 2 hours with 5 different etas so I canceled. Next driving was the complete opposite experience young gentlemen who was a car enthusiast himself and did an amazing job showing up very quickly and getting my extremely low car up on his tow truck. Very thankful to this man and the companies services because of this/ went from having a terrible experience to an amazing experience. The driver does matter!!
