The product itself is good, but the price is significantly higher than in other stores. I was disappointed by the price difference. Overpriced. I paid + tax $36.29 for this item.
Jorge did a great job of removing both my brake light bulbs. (That weren’t working) seeing they were burnt out and quickly replaced them. ( All week thought it was something with a fuse since they were both out) Only cost me a mere $10 for the bulbs.
Just prior I went to AutoZone across Dundee Rd and they were NOT Helpful.
A Couple months ago they replaced my disintegrated Windshield Wipers.. and I believe it was also Jorge.

Jen was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I stopped in close to closing in need of a new blub. Jen was helpful, kind, and delivered the highest standard of customer service!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I thought I needed a new battery for my summer car. Called in to the store confirm it was in stock. A very helpful employee named Eric picked up the phone. He went to confirm availability by actually putting his hands on it. He said he had it and told him I would be in later. Came in the store 30 minutes later and the battery was sitting on the counter ready to go. Did the transaction for the battery and he came out to install for me. Upon further examination he stated that it was most likely a bad connection with one of the terminals. He tested the old battery itself and it checked out OK. He fixed the terminal connection. He also convinced me that if it was him he would probably just go with the old battery until it officially went bad. Then promptly returned the new battery for a full refund. It is so rare to find employees (and organizations) that are honest enough to actually recommend against buying a new part from their store that was already purchased. That is now the reason for any auto parts related purchases I will go to them first. Keep up the good work Eric and Amber (store manager)!!!
Alvero is THE BEST. I came in today to purchase new headlights and he was kind enough to change them for me! He was super friendly and helpful and had AMAZING customer service skills. ALVERO IS THE MVP OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
Needed to have my battery tested. They worked with me to find out the battery was bad. Within minutes I had a brand new battery and was on my way. Service was great and the price was very reasonable.
At every location I've been to we've found friendly, helpful service. They may not have a lot of variety in some things, but you'll be able to get what you're looking for.
This place just saved my bacon ! I needed a critical part for my old beater and they had the only part in the Chicago area..... Shipped to Buffalo Grove on time and it fit......She even let me help her order in computer....and they called me when part arrived
I want to specifically mention a store associate Alvaro, (a.k.a. Angel), who works here, in this particular store.
He's been an exceptional helper with all of my automotive parts needs. He was indispensable during my recent visit to the store, when I had problems with manufacturing defects of the brake pads that I have lifetime warranty for.
He went out of his way to help me with my problem, get a new set of pads, and gave me a good general advice on the technical issues of the topic.

Went here for replacement headlight bulbs for my 2014 Acura RDX after going to unhelpful Auto***e across the street. Ernesto here was super helpful, helped me pick out the suitable light bulbs and even taught/help me the correct way to change the light bulbs on my Acura (I was doing it wrong and couldn’t twist off the lightbulb holders). Excellent service and beyond here at Oreilly’s!
The employee that helped was super nice and helpful. Customer service seemed to be his priority. The actual store had trash in the parking lot but that wasn't their fault... More a reflection of a customer with poor judgment. I would suggest this place just for the sheer customer service I received.
Really helpful and friendly staffs. Great place to get accessories for car. They have this device near front desk which helps you check your car key battery and it’s really cool. Also the knowledgeable staffs are great in giving advice and help you with the best tips.
Regilio was outstanding had a question on a part text him a picture and the rest was just perfect thank you. He needs to be a store manager. With his can do attitude and knowledge, there is nothing stopping him from getting promoted soon.
Staff is very friendly and is not shy to look up things that they do not know to help you out. They will also let you use a tool in the parking lot if you bring it back in.
Needed a new battery for an SUV. They didn't have the drop in replacement I was looking for, but cross referenced to the OEM part they had. They also offered to find one at another location. Staff was friendly. JR has done a great job turning that place around.
Bought a new car battery from this store. One of the employees, Bill, even came outside to swap the battery for me (even though it was a very cold evening). Bill went above and beyond what was expected of him. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you!
Dropped off rotors on Saturday to be cut and picked them up Tuesday unfinished because they weren't able to get to them. I was told they were too busy. I should have just went to Lee Auto to begin with. Headed there now!
Went there to check my battery as they advertise free battery check. Guy hooked up all the cables and said it needs to be charged in order to check it. Told me to start the vehicle and i couldn't. Went in to grab a booster to start the vehicle and their booster was EMPTY so it couldn't start the vehicle. I said at this point I'm just gonna buy a new battery from them but he said that they can't replace it for me cause it's at the back of my car not at the front (!?) and that right now I'm pretty stuck. He didn't even offer me to jumpstart my car with his. His level of service to the customer was "Now you're stuck"! I was shopping here for years but after this I'll never lay my foot here again.
Eric Bailey at this location was SO helpful. My oil pressure indicator light went on so I needed oil in my car immediately. I had never added oil before, but he helped me choose the right oil and explained what I needed to do, all without making me feel like an idiot. I really appreciated his help!
Bob at this oreilly is an amazing associate, went completely out of his way to find out if the store carried a certain part, which was hard to find and not showing up on the computer, but he took my number and went and tracked the part down without an item number, and called me back with the information I needed. I was shocked because I don't ever experience customer service this good almost anywhere I go.
