This shop was recommended to me by my insurance adjuster. Unfortunately the positive reviews that I saw here did not reflect my experience. Initially I was told repairs would take about a week. It ended up being about 2.5 weeks which I was ok with, however the only time I got an update is when I called. On the day the car was ready, i received a call stating it was leaking oil & their mechanic saw no indication it was caused by the accident so id need to take it elsewhere to be investigated. There was never any mention of an oil leak to me the entire time they had the car. This was upsetting considering the amount of time they had the car and the fact that 8k in work charged. I cooperated even though I knew this sounded wrong as the car had maintenance just a few weeks prior and never had leaking issues. I drove to my mechanic & they confirmed no oil leaks but trans fluid was leaking from the new axle install. I called Turis and informed them. I was told they were “busy” but could look at the car the following week. I brought the car back along with the mechanic report. They had the car several days & said their mechanic found no leaks at all. At this point I knew something was wrong here. Needless to say, the car was visibly leaking within a few hours of me bringing it home. After bringing it to another shop, it was quickly discovered Turis put in the wrong axle which was causing the leak & more repairs had to be done. But it didn’t stop there. Shortly after, a strut they replaced went bad and later a part of the bumper popped out of place. The car never made a full recovery & this experience caused us much stress, money, and time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I highly recommend this shop!! Turi’s shop is absolutely amazing!! They’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuine! They do such beautiful work. If anyone’s looking for an honest, professional, and hard working group of guys this is your shop!! Before you pick up your car they give you the run down on what they fixed!! Outstanding experience! I had anminor "fender-bender" with damage to the rear bumper. Turi's came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. On top of that I was on a time limit for repair. Jerry the Assistant Manager listened to my concerns and he got the ball rolling right away. My vehicle was repaired in one day(few hours) after dropping off. They even made sure I had a ride home(live locally). Outstanding work, Outstanding customer service. I can't say enough about the treatment and customer service I received. They are insurance approved by most major carriers. I highly recommend.

Turi’s is awesome from the front office to the back, they excel in customer service. I picked my car up today and it was much better than it was before I dropped it off; from the inside out, they had my car looking and smelling good.

I had an incident where my car was keyed and I was referred to Turi’s Auto Body. They were very knowledgeable about the fastest route through my car insurance company. I was originally told 2 weeks to complete the repair but they did not disappoint when they called me just ONE week later to let me know my car was ready to pickup! Not to mention they are able to take my car the next business day after calling them over the weekend to discuss my repair options. The whole team was great to work with and made sure to call me every few days for updates. I’m so glad I went with them. My car looks brand new again ? I will definitely be back in the future if I have any other car repair needs.

Had a snafu with my Volvo S60 and a gas pump protector and badly scraped my passenger rear door. I found Turi's from the list of Volvo certified body shops. They had very good reviews, so I took my car over for an estimate. They ordered the parts, worked with my insurance company, and didn't have me drop off my car until all of the parts had arrived. They did a beautiful repair job. Highly recommended.

First vehicle 2014 corolla and now my 2021 bronco they absolutely did a excellent work on my vehicle that looks the same when it was purchased. Nino Turi, the Manager, is a true professional. I came in with a cracked rocker arm. He provided a reasonable estimate that I was able to pay without having to involve my insurance company.. He suggested the part be ordered and prepped prior to bringing in my car. Total down time for my car was: 3-hours. Outstanding! Kudos to him and the team for an outstanding job. #ROCKSTARS They also gave me a superb detailing job. The finishing touch was adding deodorizers to the air vents. I went through my Volvo dealer when my car was recently hit while parked. The dealer works with Volvo certified body shops, like Turi's, to complete the work. The end result is astonishing. There is no sign in the paint, or metal that indicates that there was any damage. Their explanation of how they do the repair that goes beyond what most other body shops do, like extending the clear coat to an end point rather than half way up the C-pillar, will ensure that it won't chip and damage over time. I highly recommend Turi's for quality results in damage/paint repair!
