This location is absolutely amazing. Customer service was top tier. The store manager Tony assisted me with my battery and did phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this location for all your auto necessities.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kevin, the manager, for the truly outstanding customer service he provided. At 65 years old, it isn’t always easy to manage car maintenance, but Kevin stepped up without a moment's hesitation. Despite the freezing temperatures, he went right outside to help me install my car battery and ensured I had exactly what I needed for my tune-up. His immense car knowledge is impressive, but it’s his wonderful personality and tireless work ethic that truly set him apart. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and kind; Kevin is a genuine credit to your team, and I couldn't be more thankful for his help! I have been living here in Bellwood for 50 years now, I’ve visited this location many times, and never I had experienced such willing, and charismatic young man to help me out without hesitation.

Curtis was very helpful in helping me look up parts. Additionally, he was able to give me a hassle-free refund. I'd like to personally thank him and I'll be back at this location over the other Autozones. Customer service is what it's all about and he's on top of it.

I had my second experience yesterday at this location and It was not great. This is the second time that I've felt like a nuisance at this location. The staff is unprofessional and clearly unhappy with their jobs. I walked up to the register and the associate said "what's up?"--clearly slightly annoyed. I told him that I need a brake light for my Kia Sorento and he said inner or outer? I said I didn't know. I'm pretty sure he was supposed to go outside so he could check out my car and see which one I needed. Instead, he looked at me with frustration and just went to grab a pack with both. This is the second time their staff made me feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's because I am a woman--perhaps a black women, but their employees need customer service training immediately. It is the closest location to my house. I shouldn't have to drive further just because you all choose to hire just anybody. Very disappointed!

Tony gave me all star treatment. I went in for oil and filters . I asked him about good wipers . Ended up getting some beautiful wiper blades . He was so kind and happily installed them in seconds. I am beyond grateful for genuine, helpful , hardworking, caring people. Tony is exceptional. Thank you ✨??✨Tony!!!?????✨??✨

Yesterday I visited your Bellwood store, amazing experience!! I walked in feeling overwhelmed due to having a bad battery. Fortunately because of the help I received from Tony, I left feeling calm. Not only did he help get the right battery but also put the battery in my car. The terminals needed cleaning and he assisted me with that. It’s nice to know that I can walk into the store not knowing anything about a car and finding someone who cares enough to make sure my car is in safe condition to drive. Kudos to Tony and to your store for exceptional customer service.

Tony has great customer service and very professional

The customer service at this location was very disappointing. I came in to purchase a back wiper for my vehicle, and they sold me the wrong one. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, a man named David approached me with, “What you want?” — which I found rude and unprofessional. Yes, this spot is convenient because it’s close to home, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given proper assistance. It’s clear this location could benefit from stronger training on professionalism and customer care.

I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to Kalijah! We came in with an intermittent issue with a headlight not working, and Kalijah quickly diagnosed the problem and helped us get it fixed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we left with everything working perfectly. It’s rare to get that level of care and customer service — Kalijah truly made our day. Their associate Kevin was of great help! He installed my broken headlights and was patient with the inconvenience of my hood not wanting to open up.

This isn't the first time, this Guy Tony made me feel like a friend, not some old customer just to get money from. It people like him that keeps me coming back and not going to O'Reilly's. Also it's custom service like he provided that make me refer my friends

March 26, 2025 4:30pm I recently visited this AutoZone location and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I encountered two employees, a short Hispanic man and older short Hispanic woman, who appeared to be disinterested and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they lacked the motivation to assist customers. They seemed unwilling to engage, were visibly rude, and provided no effort to offer useful information or guidance. Their lack of knowledge and general discontent was disappointing, as I was hoping to get some assistance with a part I needed. Rather than taking the time to help or find the right solution, they seemed more focused on avoiding work and displaying a negative attitude. If I cold put zero stars I would. Stop hiring people who clearly hate themselves and their jobs. Won’t ever take my business here because this location lacks everything.

EXCELLENT customer service from Tony the manager. He swapped out my battery with no hesitation in below freezing weather, i really appreciate that thank you Tony.

I didn’t expect to receive such exceptional service. It was cold and rainy and I ran in for new blades. Tony offered to install them in that weather. It really made my day. The service was phenomenal.

Chris V was extremely helpful! I had been told by another Autozone location they could not replace my headlight because it was too complicated but Chris was able to do it quickly and was very kind. Would highly recommend!
