I needed an oil change and they got me in immediately. They are very professional and personable. I asked to inspect my vehicle while it was up on the lift and they escorted to my vehicle without any problem. Thank you for the quick service and great price.

I recently visited Christian Brothers Automotive - Barrington. Oh My Gosh!! My experience was Fabulous - Marvelous!! They offered a free courtesy inspection on the vehicle. Their hospitality was Warm & welcoming! They offered us something to drink and eat. Steve the Manager, said it would take 1 1/2 hours and it did. The discussion and print out were detailed, priced right and explained. You have to go see Dustin/Steve there!!

If ten stars were possible we'd give it. Steve and the team have been great to work with. Long story short, we caught the dealership that was working on our car in a lie. I thought we'd give Christian Brothers a try. Friendly, honest and professional are just a few quick thoughts about working with them. Can't say enough great things about them. They've gained a new customer for life. Thank you for all your help.

Dustin and Steve are easy to work with, and their Advertising coupons are great I just had my 2025 Honda Civic SI in for an oil change and tire rotation they were ok with me bringing my own Mobile 1 OW 20 oil and K & N oil filter took the 39.99 coupon and rotated my tires. They give my car TLC They will even drop you off and pick you up if it’s a big fix. Best Jim. Barrington

After a months time, I had a leak under the engine. Steve said bring it in right now. They kept it overnight and replaced a leaking seal. No charge. Very good business?

The shop personnel are very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! The shop is also very neat, tidy and orderly. I especially appreciated a clean bathroom! They tell you straight up about what your car needs and I appreciated a "worse case scenario" as far as costs go, then if it was less, I'd feel better!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! This has been the first automotive place that I have been to in a long time that was honest with me. They educated me with what needed to be done and never once pressured me to make a decision on the spot to get the work done. Staff is extremely friendly. After buying our daughter a 15 year old used car, we have needed to bring it in for several different reasons over the last years and a half. Christian Brothers Automotive in Barrington has always gone above and beyond to help guide us on what reasonable and imperative repairs are needed now or optional repairs for the future. They also accommodate to get us in the same day and at our convenience of timing. They are also polite and go out of their way to help us when we’re in a bind such as meeting us to jump start the car when it broke down at school. We have four drivers in the house so far and we will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend if you want to be treated respectfully and compassionately and with quality service and pricing.

What an amazing company! This staff really goes above and beyond. I had the most wonderful expiernce at their barrington location recently. I highly recommend them to use for your car servicing needs, especially females, as they aren't there to scam you or make you pay for things you are unsure about. A truly wonderful honest company.

April 15, 2025 Barrington, IL HIGH! My experience from the warm welcome, attentive waiting and friendly goodbye was both very positive and reassuring. Steve and Cody and the young mechanic were a very knowledgeable and professional team who I felt very comfortable with and, unlike many automobile shops where I have had my cars serviced over the years, I felt they genuinely cared about me, their new customer. I couldn’t wait to get home in order to share my very positive experience with my wife, especially insofar as she had been v e r y worried about the “Maintenance Light” that had been glowing on the dashboard. I shared with her your very winning “2023 Impact Report,” which, without my having even asked, Cody had been kind enough to make a copy of for me to take home. Great experience meeting Cody and Steve. They took care of me in a tight spot. It may have been effectively the most expensive oil change of my life, but that was a product of circumstance and no fault of their caring, thorough, and personable work. They even picked me up! Would recommend to a friend.

I HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Barrington! I had originally gone to my 'regular' mechanic and was charged over $1,000.00 for some work that was required. I was immediately disturbed by the 'driving' results as it was difficult to steer. I called the next day and expressed my concerns and drove my car BACK to remedy what should have been done originally. When I returned to get me vehicle...it was not fixed!!! I complained and their response was unbelievable...anyhow I knew I could trust Christian Brothers to remedy this. I called and Steve informed me I could bring my car in ASAP. He drove the car , had it inspected and he AGREED!! There was a problem! He gave me an affordable quote and my car was fixed and now driving with PERFECTION!! I then returned to the original mechanic and was reimbursed for their error, not to mention all the time I wasted going back and forth. TRUST ME,,,,I found out too late..its better to have a reliable, professional,affordable auto repair company-CHRISTIAN BROTHERS-than to put your trust in any other competitor!!!
