I've brought all of my cars to Brandon for the past several years and can't say enough great things about this place. Brandon and his team are the best! My car wouldn’t start this morning and had to have my car towed to his shop. He updated me as they worked on it, asked if I wanted anything additional done while he had it and had everything completed and done by the time I got off of work! Thanks Brandon!!
Brandon worked me into the schedule quick to have a lower control arm replaced on my Forester. Not only did he and his team do a wonderful job, but he was honest, reasonably priced, and got me fixed up even quicker than expected. Rakers Automotive has NEVER steered my Family or myself wrong! They’re Honest, Reasonable, Trustworthy and stand behind their work. I don’t have to take my car’s there very often(Thanks to Rakers), but only for periodic maintenance, oil changes, etc… When I do, there’s always a 2 week wait… THAT tells you how Good they are!!!

I got a flat tire warning on the way out of town. After calling 3 tire places around the area, someone at Rakers picked up and told me to come on in. When I got there, the staff was out to lunch. Brandon took great care of me on his lunch break, checked all my tires and sensors and got me back on the road. He was so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the peace of mind he gave me getting back on a long road trip!

These guys are highly knowledgeable, honest, and have very competitive, fair prices. Brandon was great and kept me posted throughout the process. Unfortunately due to surgery I was unable to do the work myself this time like I normally do and was dreading talking to a car shop as they often charge a premium price for sub par work and try to swindle you into paying for work you don't need. But fortunately I got ahold of Brandon and what a pleasant process this was, I had a lot of things to get done and complications arose more than once my(my or my vehicles fault), but throughout the process Brandon handled things swiftly and got me taken care of and at a price hundreds lower than their competition in Highland, which is a larger chain auto shop. If I do have to get work done at a shop, they will be who I go to from now on, period.
We are so blessed to have this business so close to us. Honest, professional service! Mr. Rakers, the owner/operator, is always there and will be the man you get to talk to. I have used him since his opening and can say from first hand experience he is a man of integrity. Prices are service far better than any shop or dealer I've ever dealt with. You owe it to yourself to give this company your hard-earned dollar. Brandon and his company are the real deal, would give 10 stars out of the 5 available! I recently had my car checked out here. They diagnosed the problem quickly, were fair in their price, and the customer service was great. They got me in right away and had my car fixed quickly. I would definitely come back if I have another problem.

This is a great please to take your vehicle, they are trustworthy, honest, and they know their customer and their vehicle. Price is comparable to other pleases. Friendly and you know when u get your vehicle you have no worries because you received quality work, great customer service we have been taking our vehicles to them for 4 yrs and will continue.
Brandon is an excellent businessperson with a clean, organized shop. Rakers Automotive is a hidden gem for tires, brakes, alignments, belts, and other automotive repairs.
Recently I had an issue surrounding a blown head gasket on my 2008 Chevy Equinox and contacted Rakers to see if they could do the work of replacing the gaskets. Brandon immediately asked how many miles were on the car and I responded saying nearly 220,000. Brandon then told me that they could do the job and gave me an estimated cost. He also suggested that since there were so many miles on the car I might consider installing a used and guaranteed engine with far fewer miles on it. I was open to that and we struck the deal. What to me is amazing in this day and age and a great credit to Brandon and his team is that instead of taking my money for head gaskets and running, he thought of me, the customer, and suggested something much better. I have my car back now and am thoroughly pleased with it, the service I received and the price too!!! Rakers has become my go to for my automotive needs.
My wife and I were passing through and our tire blew out, i told him we were from out of state and we had 15 dollars to our name.we dont know anyone and asked him if he had a bolt lug for my car and he said he could get them off. I was willing to do the work myself all i needed was the tool,he took the lug nuts off of the car I will bet anything with the least amount of work possible.he took my last 15$ and still had top put the messed up tire back on my car and sent me down the road.I'm literally sitting next to the iga grocery store about 6 doors down from his shop stranded,no money and no one to call.so I'm not sure that's such a great guy if you ask me.what happened to southern hospitality these days. I'm a hard working man and would give the shirt off of my back to ANYONE i just feel like he could've at least charge me like 5 or 10 bucks at most and left me sonething to get something to eat. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Exceptional. The quality, skill, professionalism, timely service, honesty, and reliability provided by Rakers Automotive is unmatched. We had always used the service department at the car dealership for all vehicle maintenance and repairs. We had believed that was our “safest” option. After several horrible experiences (costly mistakes for which the dealership made and charged us for), we explored our options. Rakers was highly recommended by several friends. We’ve been loyal Rakers Automotive customers for one year! My favorite part of the experience as a customer is how Brandon takes time to listen, discuss options, and explain. We’ll be lifelong customers!
This is a great place to bring your vehicle The owner is a complete gear head that knows everything about automobiles and treats my vehicle as if it were his own. I feel completely comfortable knowing that I will never get ripped off at Rakers Automotive. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to bring my vehicles to Rakers. That is how much I think about the service that I receive from them. Also, there is a great restaurant called the Trenton House that you can visit while you wait. If that's not open, their is also a greasy spoon inside the bowling alley that is also very good.
I can't say enough good about Rakers! We were on a long trip, making an extended stop in Trenton, so were so grateful when they took us - so pleasantly- for an oil change and long trip check-up! Great place. Clean and neat, too.
