The guy, Waylon, that works here, honestly the most helpful person ive ever met. Not only helped me in a tight pinch. Sat there for 40 min after the store had closed and helped me replace both of my taillights. Ran home to grab a few tools AND came back and everything. Talk about going above and beyond. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Hands down wonderful and best service! Holden and Jason were great in making sure all our needs were met. We came from TX traveling to MI at 8:10 pm. They helped us quickly get parts and helped us with a few tools. Holden helped us even put the parts on quickly and wouldn't even take any tips. We went from thinking we were stranded for the night to taking off in 30 minutes. Best care ever!! Extra thanks to you guys!!
Stopped last night due to a wheel bearing going out on my trailer as I was traveling through Joe and the gentleman working with him stayed open late to ensure I had what I needed to get back on the road. Awesome customer service!!
Guy on a ladder incapable of ringing me out for a single bottle of washer fluid. Climbs off the ladder picks it up and disappears. Only employee in the store and obviously not a very bright one either. I know it is a rarity these days, however, common sense would dictate you get off the ladder immediately and take 60 seconds to provide service to a customer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR SWEET TIME!! IT IS YOUR JOB...DO IT EXPEDITIOUSLY OR QUIT!!
Online said parts in stock but not in the store. Had to upgrade at almost double the price. O well. Still will shop here a pice adjustment would have been nice.
If you like explaining car parts to people who sell car parts but have no clue what that part does, where it goes, or what it's made out of, well have I got a store for you. And as always, I can have it for you by 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
Great service, they actually checked my problem, found out it was my battery and changed it out for me, so thankful that I didn't have to pay a mechanic 👍
They're always ready and willing to help there consumers in anyway that can...the manager Crystal and her sidekick Chris is always there to help their customers get what they need keep up the good work
The prices r way Beyond ridiculous. I get the exact same part from exact same manufacturer at less than a third of the cost Friendly good service on most the workers but there’s always a few bad apples. More worried about being on their cell phone playing games keeping up with there Social life then helping customers especially the ones at trying to get help when they don’t have any clue on how to fix things.
We had travelled through 8 states pulling a trailer and were on our way home when our alternator went bad. We pulled into O’Reilly and waited for them to open. Crystal was so friendly and helpful, even finding us a mechanic that was willing to get us right in. So grateful for her time and extra effort on our behalf.
We had the best experience here.We were on our way from Missouri to Ohio and my check engine light was blinking, so we stopped at the a Marshall O'Reilly's and they were very courteous and professional. They determined what was wrong and helped us find someone to fix our car on a Saturday when no one was open! They went above and beyond and helped a family with 3 kids get on their way. Shout out to Susan and Zack who helped us with kindness and efficiency.
Christopher offered fast friendly service and is knowledgeable . Store is clean and orderly. Plenty of parking and easy in and out right on route 1 Marshall ILL. I purchased transmission fluid and wanted to know capacity and how should I check level, he gave me the information.
The people are nice but they do not know automotive parts. I was looking for a distributor cap for a sbc and they didn't know what MSD was. Waited there for about 30 minutes so they could have way figure out what part they needed only to find out they had to order. So I ordered it online from advanced Auto parts with free shipping and a discount.
Went in the first day it was open and was not disappointed! Great assistance, plenty of parts, great stock, and even got some compliments on my bronco✌🏼
