This place is by far the biggest rip offs i have ever encountered. I walked out of there with a third of the money that Wellburns would have given me. I will never ever give this place another piece of my scrap. That's my final a answer and I wouldn't waste my time saying it if it wasn't the 100% truth. I give them -5 stars.
Joe Coleman himself was frivolously hired to inspect an outbuilding that I was part owner of. He claimed to have inspected it and stated that the building was found to be unsafe. He also stated that this building would need to be demolished. Of which I later had this building inspected again by another demolition specialist. This building was found to be in good shape with no structural damages what so ever. Joe Coleman is not someone you want to hire for any kind of services. His inspection reports was far from the truth. He caused me to loose a business that I have had for approximately 9 years. So if you are looking for a good honest contractor you should keep scrolling bc this man is a crook!
So I look up on Google the value of a water heater and it automatically thells me it's worth at least 5-7 dollars and I'm not the kind of person who writes bad reviews. My Lord How do you guys live with y'all selves? You guys trying to make yourself rich off our community!? NEVER AGAIN. Good luck
I have always super friendly service from the front desk to the salvage yard. Also, it's fair to note that this company has given back to the community in every way I can imagine since I was child.
