He managed the winching process perfectly, ensuring no further issues, and then stayed on top of the trans-load to make sure the cargo was taken care of properly. Taylor and Rick got the job done even in 0 degree weather they laid on side of interstate and and found a way to support the axle on a car hauler that lost a set of wheels, then they followed me to their shop and fixed it in 8 hours and had me back on road to deliver my new cars to a dealership in St. Louis ! My company supplied the parts which a lot of shops don’t as they loose profits and put three guys on it! When I seen the final bill I thought they were very fair and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!!

Wayne was dispatched to my location 40+ minutes away. he was so kind and on time exactly as described Wonderful service. Called to make sure I was ok. helped me with a flat tire after 2 in the morning, I left work noticed a completely flat tire and no one but roadside assistance to give this dumb blonde a hand. Thankfully Wayne was there to help me get the spare put on I can't give enough appreciation for his time and help.
My wife and I had issues with her car, Tim came out and figured out the issues in no time. He was incredibly helpful and a super nice guy. We'll definitely call them again if needed.

Thank you guys for getting me off the road in a hurry! I was traveling from Indiana to Texas- had a blowout, called these guys and Wayne was there to help me in less than half an hour. They were my last call too... I called a handful of places before them who either only helped big rigs or were hours out.
We had slid on ice during a snowstorm. Tim Bruton was the driver who came out to help. There was a tow ban at the time he arrived. He drove us to the hotel we were staying at. He then went the extra mile by making calls to see if the tow ban had been lifted. The ban had been lifted and Tim took me back to my car. He was very professional and it only took him a few minutes to get me back on the road safely. He was pleasant, professional, and he went out of his way at every opportunity. I couldn’t have had a better saving grace than Tim when I was in a ditch that was quickly filling up with snow drift .
Jason was an excellent emlloyee who got my donut put on for me and come to my rescue in record time. Very helpful and fast service when i had a flat on I 74.

Alejandro C picked up my vehicle this morning to tow to a service center about 40 minutes away. He provided excellent communication and service and even followed up to share that the service center would provide Uber credit to get there when repairs were complete. Highly recommend!
My friend and I locked our keys out of our car and had to call roadside assistance. Feldkamps responded so fast. They sent Logan and he did an amazing job. It took him no time at all to get the door open! So blessed to have Logan help us!
You would think paying almost $700 you would atleast get good communication. I feel robbed of my whole paycheck. I am a mother with bills to pay and children to take care of. Had to make 6 trips today clear across town and back due to poor communication. You should explain everything in detail when asked. I called ahead of time and asked about everything I needed to bring in order to get my car well before going there and went there this morning to have to make multiple trips back and forth and deal with someone who was unprofessional. Sure didn’t have to make a stressful situation more stressful than it already was. If I could give zero stars I would. $700 for this kind of service I am disgusted.

Went to recover a loaded trl, the wrecker driver was very polite, professional and friendly. He helped me with everything and then took me to the office so I could get the bill paid. The lady in the office was the same way. This is a company that has manners and they are personal, yet professional. I would highly recommend using them.

He communicated well, and kept me informed of the Driver's arrival time. Upon arrival, the Tow Truck Driver, Adrian, greeted me, answered my questions, and went straight to work!
