I had a tire blow out on the interstate, and tow-guy Derek went above and beyond to help me take my tire off the rim and replace it, without his help, I wouldn't have got as far as I did, if you read this Derek, thank you.
You would think paying almost $700 you would atleast get good communication. I feel robbed of my whole paycheck. I am a mother with bills to pay and children to take care of. Had to make 6 trips today clear across town and back due to poor communication. You should explain everything in detail when asked. I called ahead of time and asked about everything I needed to bring in order to get my car well before going there and went there this morning to have to make multiple trips back and forth and deal with someone who was unprofessional. Sure didn’t have to make a stressful situation more stressful than it already was. If I could give zero stars I would. $700 for this kind of service I am disgusted.

Joe came by to tow our classic mustang to the shop for some work. He called ahead, showed up right on time, was super-careful with the car, was friendly, and followed up with a call once all was finished. Expectations exceeded!
Went to recover a loaded trl, the wrecker driver was very polite, professional and friendly. He helped me with everything and then took me to the office so I could get the bill paid. The lady in the office was the same way. This is a company that has manners and they are personal, yet professional. I would highly recommend using them.
I called roadside assistance, and Feldkamps was dispatched right away. Derek arrived quickly and was incredibly efficient, professional, and helpful. I was upset about my circumstances, but he was so kind and understanding. Great service all around, I highly recommend!

I had an extremely negative experience with this towing company. My truck was held for 7 days just to replace one wheel, hub, seal, and spindle—a job that should have taken far less time. To make matters worse, I was charged $5,000, which I believe is an outrageous and unjustified price for the work performed.
Communication was poor, and the service provided did not align with what was promised. I felt taken advantage of and strongly urge others to be cautious before doing business with this company.
Don’t call this company you will only get ripped!!!!!!

I recently had to change a tire for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process went. I called Feldkamps and they sent someone over within 20 minutes.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and walked me through each step of the process. He made sure my car was safely secured before starting the job.
The tire change itself took about 15 minutes, and Jeremy even checked my other tires to make sure they were properly inflated!!
Overall, I'm so impressed with the service I received. The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend Feldkamps to anyone who needs help with a flat tire!

Excellent & very friendly!!!!!!! Phone answered by a person. Got our location and dispatched help right away. We needed a tire changed. Feldkamps was at our aid when AAA had finally found some one to do the job 3 hours later.

We got a flat tire on the way to church. We called for assistance and a repairman promptly showed up and changed our tire. We are very pleased with our service from the initial phone call to completed job. Highly recommend.
Just a word of warning - DO NOT LET THE POLICE CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOU. I called the first time and was quoted $129. I decided to try to shop around and when the police arrived, I hadn't found a cheaper place yet. So they police called for me and requested a tow "at owners request". When the tow truck got there, the price was suddenly $389. I didn't have a debit card on me and the tow driver didn't have the proper equipment for me to use "tap to pay" so I had no choice but to have it impounded for the night. When I called the next morning, my total had jumped up to $410! And then I had to pay for another tow. Part of my receipt was a $70 clean up fee when all the driver did was sprinkle some powder on the road.
The police officer who called for me was just as shocked at the price difference as I was. He was unaware that there was such a difference between them calling and myself calling.
They also wouldn't let me get my son's car seat out of the car until I paid. Stay FAR away from this company.
Highly recommend! Super nice and dispatch definitely helped remove some of the stress from our first RV blowout. Calvin showed up and saved the day! Kept us updated on timing and once he arrived, was very nice and surprisingly fast! Had us back on the road in no time! Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Calvin and Feldkamps!!

Huge thank you to Feldkamps Towing, Sam, the wrecker operator, and his boss for the fast, professional, experienced and courteous service. This was a very stressful situation for us and they made the whole process seem effortless which eased our minds as this was the first time having our rv towed.
Yesterday I had a blow-out on my truck while pulling a GN horse trailer. With little shoulder to safely pull over, I was blocking the east bound portion of the busy 2 lane road. After calling several area towing/tire businesses, none could help me. Numerous Good Samaritans came along and tried to help, 3 of which stayed nearby and looked out for my safety. Luckily, after 40 minutes of trying to find a service, someone suggested Feldkamp's. They sent Sean right away, and he was equipped to do the job. He was professional and very understanding of my plight. I'm thankful to Feldkamp's for getting me and my horse safely back on the road! A+ service!
