Zack at the front desk was very helpful. The first part he found us didn't work but he was quick to find us another one. It took a week to get here but he kept me informed on when it would arrive. Zach and Kaleb were very helpful in finding the part within 24 hours for my 2009 Pontiac G6. I really appreciate the service and the price!! I need to edit this post as I ordered a 2009 G6 ignition cylinder and after 4 days at the repair center found out it was to a Chevy Malibu.New Keys needed to be cut and dash disassembled to put it. Now it went from a $200 fix to a $900 fix. I do not appreciate this!! Never again will I use this place!!

Have always had a great experience at bill smith auto. Had to replace roof glass recently, do to foul ball. I was helped by Steve. Steve was very professional and got my correct part ordered fast. We have used Bill Smith Auto to buy and repair our cars for 30 years and trust them to give us a great used car at an excellent price. We only get our cars at Bill Smith’s. For example, we bought our current 2012 Subaru in 2013 from them. We have had virtually no problems and it is still on the road with 165,000 miles. This location is great with customer service and the services they provide! The workers were very polite and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure what size rim I needed and was able to text them a picture.
