I was charged 110$ for them to bring me a couple dollars of gas. If they would have towed me it would have been 115$. Someone please make it make sense!!
My only issue is that after 45 minutes of waiting for the wrecker to arrive, I called back to get an ETA. I was told then the wrecker was now en route, which took another 30 minutes. They had my number, could have notified me of the delay.
The price was better than anybody else that I called and checked With and they were very friendly down to earth and did exactly what they said they were going to do and Took the car exactly where we needed it to go. I appreciated them.
My daughter had a brake lock up in a bad place, and there was a tow truck within 15 minutes of my call. Fast hook and run, at a great price. Super nice driver. TBH I have only ever had great service. Y'all are my guys, every time I need a hook. Thank you
Horrible. They don't know what they are doing. They damaged my vehicle and when it was all said and done with, I was out over $20,000. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!!!!
I found an injured stray cat and got it in my car to take to the emergency vet. Cat got itself stuck up by the blower behind the glove box. All of the mechanic shops I called, although nice, were not able to get me in until next week. Which does not help when I have an injured kitten stuck in my car. Reynolds Tow Service came IMMEDIATELY, helped get some parts unscrewed so that animal control could get access to the cat, the gentleman even tried to help get the cat himself, and I was only charged $65! He was also insanely kind and patient about the whole situation, especially considering he was putting himself at risk of getting scratched or bitten by this injured cat.The cat is at the emergency vet currently and their name is Bartell Reynolds. Bartell after animal control, Reynolds after the tow company. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Reynolds Towing!!!
The driver was so patient and kind to our daughter. This is the first time she needed a car towed and she was worried that she wouldn't know what to do/say. Thank you for taking such good care of our student and her car.
I called Reynolds because my car would not start in my garage.The serviceman arrived quickly & the car started for him. He never looked under the hood. The next day my car would not start again in a store parking lot. I needed a new battery installed. I saw the battery & it was corroded and had pink foam all over the top. I was in that store lot for 3 hrs. waiting for someone to install a new battery. If your employee would have taken the time to look under the hood, it would have saved me time & money. I was not very happy.
Reynolds showed up within an hour of when I called. It was one of our frigid temp days so I thought they might be busy with other dead cars. Tim was super efficient and friendly! He even tried to do a quick troubleshooting so I could avoid the tow. It didn't work but I do appreciate his efforts and his fast, friendly service!

Alex was prompt and very professional. He was able to jump-start my car in the garage with his jumper pack. I was charged only for the service fee and not for the tow. I'd definitely use them again, but hopefully not!! LOL. Make sense?
Tonight my girlfriend and I had to get her car from lodge park in Monticello to the Wicked Wrench in Monticello. This is less than 5 miles. The officer that stopped to help us asked if he could save me time and just call it in through dispatch. I was appreciative and said go head thank you. We waited we received our tow everything went smooth. When arriving at destination we were told we had to get up charged because the police made the call. Also we had to be charged for 25 miles. So we paid a total of 350 something for a 5 mile tow. The driver was kind I will say that much. I recommend using any other company first. I used Tatmans Towing for my Honda last week. From Neil street and Kirby Champaign to Wicked Wrench Monticello was 250$.
The driver arrived in a fairly timely fashion VERY early on a morning I expected it to take an hour or more due to Black Friday shoppers. He was quick with the lock-out, and polite, and when I realized I was 5 dollars short on cash he had no problem with the time it took me to get that extra 5 from someone else.
I called Reynolds for a flat bed to tow a C6 Corvette a regular wrecker showed up which concerned me Brandon said don’t worry I’ve got this what a great job he did and careful not too damage my car the starter had went out and I was dead in the water

Great service and staff. Even on a rough day they were great. Tim stopped on the side of the road and went out of his way to make sure I got off the intersection safe. When it came down to pulling the plug and having it towed home the price was reasonable for a medium duty service. Bob was great and got her home 3 hours away. Many thanks all around.
Our battery went dead and we needed a jumpstart. I called Reynolds and they were there within 15 minutes. The driver was courteous and efficient and we got on our way quickly. I would definitely call them again and recommend them highly!
Had to have my jeep towed and Kalen arrived within 45 mins from calling. He was super friendly and professional! He was the first driver to ever tow my jeep like this...I asked why and he explained that since it was a 4WD it would be less damage on my transmission which was great...and I appreciated that. Treated my vehicle like it was his own. KUDOS to you Kalen!!
You would think tow drivers of all the drivers would know how to properly park. I guess Reynolds employs a special kind of driver. This man was on his phone while stopped at the stop sign blocking bicycle traffic and creating an unnecessary hazard. Genuine question, do I call another towing company to come and get this dude off the street or do you guys provide your own in-house self towing?

I feel they may have damaged my car during the tow. They do not take photos before and after they load the car. Feldkamp and Tatman take photos before and after. Look closely at the dent. The shape and depth makes it highly likely for the tow bar as the truck went around the corner.
Had a nightmare afternoon with a blowout and then the spare donut went flat and came off the rim. We were a mile from Buckley on 57 with 12 rescue dogs on a transport.
A fellow transporter drove from Kankakee to pick up all the dogs. We called a towing service from Urbana first it would be $404 to tow back to Champaign. I called Reynolds and spoke to Shannon who was so helpful and friendly and she told me it was only $250. Mike was the driver and was very friendly, professional, kept us updated, and was there within 30 minutes. A+++++
They where called to tow my semi that was on the shoulder but close to the interstate to a truck stop and when they arrived, they said, they couldn't. Then, to move my truck 4 feet down on the shoulder they charged my $525. I suppose is better to charge you an exaggerate amount to move your truck 4 feet than offer you the service they where called for. They take advantage of their position and charge you whatever they want. My recommendation: Don't use their services!!
Had road side assistance that selected Reynolds to tow my car to dealer lot. Arrived at dealer with mirror busted. Before and after pics show it pretty clearly. Reynolds response? Must've happened while sitting still in dealer lot. Absolutely no consideration of culpability even though they handled it entirely while it was in motion. They are insured for it of course, but they still opted to shaft me by taking no responsibility for this. My interaction with them was ridiculous. It sounds like I would have needed to follow them down the road at all times recording video in order to get them to acknowledge what would be obvious to anyone else.
