DO NOT TRUST HIM. Bought a vehicle from him that he 'repaired' for a customer that didn't want it. The vehicle had a very quick oil leak about a month after driving it. He claimed he never touched that area of the vehicle but was willing to fix it. After $1600, he repaired oil leaks and replaced both water pumps. Within 2 weeks of having it back, it lost fluids again. Upon inspection, he used JB Weld to plug a gap caused by him using non-OEM water pump. He never mentioned he did this. He admitted fault after being confronted but was not willing to return funds. ROB KELLER IS AN UNTRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC. Pay back my $1602.56 and refund 90% of the Tiguan's purchase price and I'll consider taking this post down Rob!
Excellent mechanic and very honest! Rob always goes above and beyond and gives special attention to any issues I'm having. He's fixed problems I wasn't aware of and often without an additional cost.
