I was there today with an air pressure problem. Chris was very helpful, came right out and checked the pressure and put all my tires to the same psi. I am very grateful for his help. He was courteous, and even listened to me babble on! I will go back there for future issues that I may have.

Today I was helped by Chris he was absolutely fantastic! I originally went to dodge and they quoted me over $500, I went to auto zone and they told me since my truck was a 2024 and so new they couldn’t get the part for it which was just a front left blinker. Chris was quick to come outside take a look at the bulb and realized instantly that it was a bulb that they had on hand and swapped it out immediately for me. For less than $8 I was back on the road and good to go! Thank you Chris for your awesome customer service and knowledgeable advice.
I paid and waited until they told me they would bring the car part and when I went they didn't give me the part, they told me I had to wait and they victimized me

This location is awesome! Christina was absolutely Fabulous and definitely knows her occupation. She's been there 3 years or so and is a terrific employee and valuable asset. She and Roger work together and are a great team. I highly recommend this Store because of the employees!!!
I noticed a brake light fault, went to O'Reilly's, and within ten minutes I was back on my way again! Dustin, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful and stays busy helping customers! He immediately helped me find the correct bulb, removed the old broken bulb, and installed the new one for me! He deserves a raise!
I went to so many different places trying to get one simple thing done and no one took the time to help but this man Dustin. He went out his way to help and for that I give HIM 5 stars at this location.
A+service friendly helpful staff knew where everything was and gave good directions. Found what I was looking for in and out quick and they even had a deal going
Chris the Manager just saved our day and our trip. Traveling to Indiana for a family wedding and started hearing a bad sound. Turns out the spash plate was dragging. He was able to repair so we could continue our trip. Thank you so much Chris!
They are busy and short staffed. But one of the guys made the time to help me getting my brake lightchanged... even though it wasn't as simple as we thought. Great customer service. Thank you!!
The customer service rep was excellent. I needed a battery for my car and brought it in at 7:30pm. They looked up the model of the car and found correct battery, I bought it and they installed it for free. He switched it out in 10 mins, in the rain. Very impressed with the Rep Dallas for the quick work and great customer service. Thank You!
We were broke down while traveling thru. We were able to get the correct parts, some tools and were able to repair our truck in their parking lot and get back on the road to go home which was 500 miles away. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is an employee review not a store review. Unfortunately I don’t know the employees name from my encounter but he was young, brown hair, red sweatshirt, probably about 6 FT tall. I’m from out of state & needed a battery replaced. I called and asked if they’d swap it for me real quick. When I got there the employee I spoke to told the tattooed one that I wanted them to swap it. He said “he wants US to do that??” “Yes” he replied . Tattoos said “are you willing to do that for him??” The other employee was like yeah? They also give you 18$ back for returning the old one to them. The employee checked and made sure mine qualified and Tattoos charged me full price with now 18 knock off. As my card was inserted the employee I spoke with noticed that and asked tattoos if he gave me the 18 off. Tattoos said NO. The other employee walked up behind me and pressed the cancel button on the machine and said. Give him the $18 off.. and so tattoos gave me the 18$ off and the other employee changed the battery for me with no problem no hesitation while it was pouring down rain. ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS ONE INDIVIDUAL. That’s how you get repeat business. I don’t know how well this store operated but they’re so lucky to have this guy on their team he really looked out for me. It was amazing. Thank you . I’ll always come back if I’m ever back in the Champaign area. This man deserves his OWN store. GOAT. 🐐 and i NEVER Write reviews .
Needed my headlights changed. Other places told me told me that the bumper would need to be taken off or the battery would need to be removed to get to the headlights.
After doing some research, it appeared that none of that needed to happen. I went here to O’Reilly’s and the young man named Coty gave me quality service and showed me that it only takes a about 10 minutes to swap out both headlights. Now I’m back up and running and the headlights on both sides are working properly. Thanks Coty. I would recommend coming here.
Was there 1.5 hrs for warranty exchange drove 30 minute back home to get case then said couldn't warranty charger melted about caught fire. In my garage. Buy all race truck parts there many thousand there a year last time I ever buy any product from there taking business elsewhere that back their products!
We stopped here on a Saturday night with our headlight out, and two of the people that worked here were so friendly and helpful, helping us take the headlight assembly out.

I stopped in to get a battery in my Chevy Spark. They checked every place they could to get the one I needed but couldn't find one. The associate then suggested I try Auto Zone. I was very pleased they didn't just say sorry, goodbye to me. I was able to get one at Auto zone.
The staff is very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I came in for a headlight for my vehicle which had one out but I bought both. Chris, who was helping me, actually installed them for me and everything!
Friendly staff with great insight on car repairs. They gave me a lot of advice on what options to get and how to install parts. Thankful for them!
Update: One of the staff (Mark) was of great help when I left my keys in my car, but fortunately had the windows slightly down. He took a custom-built bar and helped my fish my keys out. Can't thank him enough. Also Trent helped me so much in inspecting my brakes. Big thanks to all the staff there!
On a road trip home I had a flat. The lugs I had on my aftermarket rims wouldn't fit the factory rims on my Range Rover. It was a Sunday every tire shop was closed but the 2 gentlemen there saved the day and I appreciate it dearly. Thanks a lot guys.
