When I couldn't find the right battery for my key fob at a few different stores, I went to Interstate Battery, where the store clerk quickly located and sold me the correct battery . The date on the battery package indicated that this was a fresh battery, not one that was sitting on the shelf for years. Nice.
Called ahead, went in 30 minutes till they closed. They were able to help me get a new battery installed in less then 10 minutes. Thank you for your help on such short notice!
I took my car in on the coldest day of the year when I was having trouble starting my car. They installed a new battery within 30 minutes. Very good price and warranty. Haven't had any issues starting my car since. Very good service from everyone working there.
Don’t get any U-Haul equipment from here they’re not helpful nor understanding they just want you out of there. Been dealing with U-Haul for a little while and this is a disrespect to them.

Fantastic customer service. They helped me get the correct battery replacement and cleaned up my corroded battery terminals. They had a ton of attention to detail. I would highly recommend coming here to buy a replacement car battery vs installing it yourself from Autozone or Advanced auto parts.

Disappointed. Bought a replacement HSL 1116 battery (12v, 90w, 22AH) for my 7-in-1 Jump Pack (1200A).
Went to jump my car last winter (~4-5 months after purchase) & won’t provide enough power to jump a v6 engine. Took battery back for testing - they said it was fully charged and capable of 18A, no warranty replacement.
I continued to use it as an air compressor/inflator and occasionally recharging my phone when camping. It struggled to inflate an entire tire before dying. Took the battery back for testing at about 8-9 months. Told the same thing as before - battery’s charged and good…
Took it in today, last day of 1-year warranty- tested good, fully charged, 14AH available - no warranty replacement authorized. Though they recommended purchasing a new battery…
I visited the store with a car battery issue. A staff member tested my battery and determined it was in no longer holding an acceptable charge. They were able to change out my battery in a matter of minutes. I was back on the road in no time at all!!
I have used Interstate batteries for years, a great battery. I came in with a dead battery, a bad cell. My battery was replaced and discounted, it was under 4 years old. I believe Interste Batteries warranty is five years. I was done in about a half hour. The staff hear is very good. The staff has helped me out before when the issue was not the battery, alternator. Great job! Thank you!
From car battery replacement, oddball lead acid specialty things, cell batts, whatever, they always seem to have a solution in stock and their customer service is top drawer. Even my wife thinks they're great!
Staff worked quickly with me over the phone to ensure I was getting the right batteries. Interstate batteries all the way. But a bit pricey. Would not reccomend if you don't plan on keeping a vehicle or don't care about it.
The employee helping me was wonderful, wearing a mask and maintaining 6 ft. social distance. He even offered me a Clorox wipe. However, during the transaction, another employee (not wearing a mask) walked in between us to retrieve something! All our safety measures were breached without even an apology. Employees need more training to keep customers safe. If a customer gets infected, a lawsuit is unavoidable!
I have been taking my watches to Interstate Battery Center for several years whenever they need new batteries. These guys always have the replacement battery I need and do a great job replacing the battery while I wait. The price is reasonable and I highly recommend their products and service.
Great customer service and a huge selection of batteries. I went in to replace the battery pack for my UPS battery backup. They had it in stock. While I was there i remembered they did battery testing and install for vehicles. With our current colder weather there have been a few mornings where my truck had trouble starting. While I was there, they tested the battery found out it was bad and replaced it on the spot.
I need to change my battery and this place is just about batteries, they have the knowledge, give to you a suggestion ofbthe better choice for your car. Installation was free, Matt clean the brackets that hold the battery and explained me what happened with the old one. The new battery has two years warranty and free replacement by the store and 5 years warranty by the brand. It was a little pricey but the service was personalized. I actually saw his work and was professional.
Out of all the battery manufacturers, I will always trust an Interstate. They have a battery that will fit your vehicle correctly without all the hype from other places. A genuine store that sells the best battery on the market. Come here before anywhere else for the right battery for your car.
I was real happy with this retailer. They worked out the best deal that they could for me they helped me move everything around so I could bring it all home. I do recommend them
Not the most inexpensive, but they still sell most of the best batteries on the road today! (They also sell the Optima Spiral Core batteries)
Having bought many batteries over the years in many different sizes and flavors, Interstate Batteries may look just like $50 batteries, but what is inside can make a world of difference in longevity! The people at this particular location are great! Although they don't provide free road-side assistance like they did in the Paul Harvey days, they will still swap your batteries for no additional charge! They also sell everything from forklift to flashlight batteries as well.

Worst service ever! I can account for more than one call to them! I called looking for a U-Haul and both guys that have answered my phone call had absolutely no idea what they're supposed to do. The first time I called I figured maybe it was just one very rude assistant who had put me on hold for a full 10minutes. The second time I called I waited an hour so that I wouldn't bump into the same guy. The second seemed a bit more nice, at least he told me they were "swamped" as he put it. I told him I understood and just wanted a couple questions answered I stated that I JUST wanted someone to answer my questions and I wouldn't mind if they even called me back after the current call the owner was on. (Assistant told me this was the owner who would be calling me)
So then since it was an owner I expected much more from him, but I was so very wrong I never got a call back from them in fact I had to call them myself AGAIN for the third time and still my answer was NOT answered. Yet again.
Immediately after that call I called U-Haul online and they ended helping me get a U-Haul.... At interstate battery after they had told me they had no Uhauls left. (I was not aware that it was going to be Interstate Battery otherwise I would've changed to a different company immediately...
As I had to put up with them several times later because I had a U-Haul reserved with them I hated my life so much when dealing with them.
If you want to save your time, DON'T CALL THEM EVER they only just put you on hold for 10mins+ every time. To be honest I would just go elsewhere and save time.
