Called about a flat tire on the side of the road on I-74 not even 10 minutes from town. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Called after 45 minutes and dispatch said it would be another 30. Called again after 45 minutes. Dispatch said it would be another 30 due to high volume calls on campus. I'm making this review 2 hours from the original call and still no one has shown up. I wish I could leave 0 stars
Me and my fiancé got a flat tire on our challenger and we were stuck waiting for a tow through our insurance for atleast four hours. So at that point it was 9pm and the tow company through our insurance said it was going to be another 2 hours with the time frame of being probably after 11pm for arrival. Luckily I googled Reynolds. They handled the whole situation professionally and was able to get a tow to us within 30 minutes!! The guy that gave us a tow I don’t remember his name but he was so nice and took care of our challenger so well! He made sure our car wasn’t to low to the ground and even took backroads to go slow with it. As soon as he arrived at the place we wanted him to tow it to, the guy FaceTimed my fiancé and showed us our car and asked if it was ok and to let us know he made it. You guys are amazing and thank you for saving us!!!
About a month, or so a go you guys came out to the Subway across the street of the Hen House in Mahomet to unlock my daughter’s keys that where in her Camero. The service, & the charge for services rendered was reasonable… A+!
