I highly recommend Tatman's! They were a bright spot on a difficult day. The office staff members were patient and courteous. Michael (Fetch) the driver was professional, kind, and talented! He went well out of his way to help nose the vehicle into our garage. If you're looking for a tow, I have confidence you'll be treated with care and respect-and your vehicle is safe in their hands. Absolutely livid with tatmans towing. I called for a quote for pickup, and gave a location. Once vehicle was picked up, they raised the price $50 since they had to send a flatbed instead, without informing me of that extra charge. I told them immediately that the vehicle is on the highway. We called for an update after waiting for an hour for the tow, they said 15 minutes away. 35 minutes goes by and still no pickup. I call again and she said that the driver is still in route. EXTREMELY disappointed with their service and non-transparent pricing. Tow driver was extremely friendly and considerate. No complaints with him.
Woke up on a super cold morning to a dead battery in my car. Travis from Tatman’s Towing came within the hour & got my car quickly started. He was friendly, helpful and gave great advice on what to do next to help fix the possible issues. I really appreciate the professionalism from the initial dispatch call to the help from Travis.
