The price I was expecting was allot and the price was reasonable and normal. Thank you guys soooo much!! If I lived anywhere near here this would be my go to shop!

Fantastic service our team at dashing deliveries and moving code broke down with a CVT axle. On our way to deliver a load to Omaha on a Saturday and was fixed the same day in the evening thank you to The Kind mechanic JR who drove to find the part and completed the service to get us on the road the same day! We truly appreciate the customer first hospitality!

Had the alternator in my car die on the way to work on a Sunday morning. Had the car towed here and it was fixed and on the road in only a few hours. Highly recommended and thankful for the fast service on a Sunday when nobody else would take it

Came in off the interstate and charged me very reasonably and got me back on the road. Bought a part and it came broken and he went and got another. 10/10

Jr helped me out so much. I needed a motor for my car and the local dealership was going to charge me a lot of money! I contacted Jr and he saved me over 2k!!!! I got stranded in Princeton while driving through for work and JR got me towed to his shop and stayed a few hours past closing time to get me back on the road. I couldn’t be more appreciative of him for his efforts. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Traveling thru this part of town on the weekend and was stranded here not knowing what to expect I called this shop man went out of his way to get us back up and going not sure if he's always available on the weekend but he definitely bless me and got me going . We had the unfortunate luck of breaking down near Princeton IL this morning. It's early on a Saturday and we're traveling through the state with 3 kids for a quick weekend getaway. We called JR hoping for a tow but his truck is down. He gave us Shane's towing # (also highly recommend!) and said if I get him my Vin # he'd start searching for parts. He also tried to find us a ride into town! He met us at the shop, found parts and got us ready in no time. But it wasn't just that. Shane's towing brought us to a local diner to fill up and JR came to pick us up after repairs. He was friendly and did amazing work. I would have paid triple for what he did for us! He just saved our summer getaway and we can't thank him and Shane's towing enough

J.R was a miracle when our vehicle broke down outside Princeton on interstate! He had us towed to his shop, part placed and on the road same day! Best, best guy around! Truly wouldn’t have known hat to do without him!

Packed my car up for a wake and funeral in St. Louis but when I pulled out of the driveway, my car was making a horrible sound. The local dealer couldn't help me so I called Brown's. He took my car in right away and repaired it at a great reasonable price. Plus, he drove me home and picked me up when it was finished. I was on my way in no time. I will definitely recommend him and his service to everyone. Extremely satisfied!

Used for uhaul rental. Was put an hour behind because we couldn't check out u haul that want checked in.

I broke down and got towed to them, not knowing anything in the area, from PA. The owner took 1-2 hrs of his time seeing if he could help and working on it, ended up telling me it’s a dealer specific issue and nothing he could do. Crazy part is he didn’t charge me a cent and then helped me get car to the nearest dealer. He Walked into the dealer and was trying to get them to schedule me ASAP. It was as if the guy was a close friend. Was bending over backwards to make sure I was getting the best care in a tough situation. And once again, never asked me for a cent. Couldn’t believe it.

This guy is awesome. Went out of his way to help me and my family while we were stranded at night at a park with our car. Just a stand up guy.

This is actually the 2nd time Brown's has hauled a car for me... first time was sort of an emergency and they got there fast. But more importantly, they treated my car with kid gloves! This time was planned and I called because I'd gotten good service. I said there was no particular hurry, so whenever they could fit me in would be fine. The response was, "How about today, as soon as you're ready to go?" And they did, with the same tender care as before!

I have NEVER been treated so GOOD with any type of car services until I got Browns Auto Repair. It's refreshing to see someone so HONEST in their services!! From the the beginning, their tow guy Jim was friendly and kind. JR was so fast and efficient, you can't get any better. Like with all the places I called from the side of the road, they didn't make me feel like a bother and they cared for my well being.

JR came to my rescue after being stranded on the side of the road with a bad alternator. He was able to quickly locate the part got us towed to the shop and had me back on the road all in under an hour! If JR was a my local mechanic I would use him everytime!

First of all they answered the phone on the first ring after 5 p.m. on a Sunday night. Then after I explained what I needed with my repairs, I was told no problem about the time. As they were a 24 hr towing and repair facility during times of need. They went above and beyond when others wouldn’t even attempt to get the parts needed. They made a special trip to the local automotive parts store. ( With no price mark up) Showed up until the Truck (semi) was back on the road. That’s correct! SEMI. They do not even service them as their daily business. But, as an emergency they had no problem or hesitation at all to help out of towners. Billing was even less than quoted on the road let alone, I would have expected to pay more in their shop. Great Company and service!!!! They make you feel comfortable and at ease! Thank you! Very helpful, after 36 hours of moving we returned a uhaul here, when our main vehicle died with our 3 children inside. Luckily they were there and polite enough to jumpstart us! I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help!! I will be recommending them in the future!!

My 80 yr old mother needed her 2016 Malibu serviced. Purely by accident, she called Brown's instead of the dealership. They were accommodating by picking up and dropping the car off, no issues until recently the car began to act up. Running rough and engine light (car has less than 40K miles). There was NO oil on the dipstick and it took almost 3 quarts to fill it up. Long story short, it's now at the dealership having the pistons replaced because Brown's obviously didn't add the required amount when they serviced it. Thank God for the warranty

Starter quit on our truck 150 miles from home. Called AAA for service and waited 3+ hours before our situation was escalated. JIM from Browns Towing arrived, tried to jump start our truck—no luck. Drove us to nearby repair place (possibly a competitor, no less)—still no luck. JIM crawled under our truck and found corroded starter wire, peeled back wire coating enough to make contact and our truck started!! THANK YOU JIM FOR STAYING WITH US UNTIL OUR SITUATION WAS RESOLVED. You are an angel in disguise!

We definitely recommend Brown's auto. JR the mechanic is trustworthy, honest, reliable, and does a great job. He has helped us with several different issues on both of our vehicles and has been great.
