While traveling thru Twin Falls ID, (pulling a Travel Trailer) I applied my brakes and heard a horrendous grinding noise along with jerkiness coming from the rear of my truck. After determining it wasn’t something I could fix, I called several mechanics. This was a Friday afternoon around 4pm. All the numbers I called either didn’t answer or I got an answering machine, except for Highway 30 Garage. They were able to come and tow truck and trailer to their shop, unfortunately we didn’t get to the garage till just before closing. They were kind enough to tow our trailer to a nearby campground for the night. They also came back to the campground on Saturday to pick me up and take me back to the garage to get the repaired truck. EXCELLENT customer service from the original phone call to the mechanics! I considered a very good price for the tow and repair, I would highly recommend Highway 30 Garage!

Thank God I found this place. We were traveling from Oregon to Wyoming on an epic adventure until we had engine trouble. Googled "mechanics near me" and found this place and read the reviews, and they looked pretty good! Stopped in here the next morning and told them my problem. They got right after it, diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and had me back on the road in 2 hours! Every person there was courteous and kind, and they were very reasonable with their rates! They save our summer!!! Thanks guys, you're very appreciated!

Mickey did a great job towing my BMW to a local shop. I didn't have to wait too long for him to get there, he was friendly and courteous. As a stranded woman I felt safe riding in the truck with him. The dispatcher was great too.

They were amazing, called them Sunday Memorial weekend, they were able to call in a mechanic and tow my vehicle in and have it done in a few hours.

I want to thank the gentleman that came to my rescue last night!! He was awesome! My car literally lost all drive function on the busiest street in Twin Falls Idaho at 515 pm. Great people. They got me towed as a very reasonable rate compared to other calls I made. They then diagnosed and fixed the problem on my truck on a couple hours. We are not from Twin Falls so I was a little uneasy with someone I didn't know, but they are great people who treat you great.

If I could give more STARS I would!! In the middle of a crisis and two hours away, Highway 30 came to our rescue. After reading their positive Yelp reviews and speaking with them on the phone, I was confident they’d take care of us—and they did not disappoint! Our daughter’s car broke down, and we had an awful experience with the Lithia dealership. Highway 30 towed the car from the dealership and had a diagnosis within hours. I’ll always treasure this business and am willing to drive the extra distance for their excellent service. Thank you, Highway 30, for your professionalism and efficiency during a stressful time!

Kelli is an amazing person, we took our fathers suburban there to have the clutch worked on because it kept breaking, they were able to find out the reason why the clutch pin kept breaking is because it had the wrong fork in the transmission. We went on some hard times and could not afford to get the suburban out of the shop and they stored it for quite a few months and lowered the prices of their work so that we could finally afford to get it back. Everything runs great! Very good mechanics were able to figure out a hard problem, super reasonable rates. Finally when we could pay for the work even after months of sitting they charge the battery up and aired up the tires and had the vehicle completely ready to go. These are very godly people and I have to say that it's very difficult to ever find a shop that does people write and not only did they do us right they worked with us and helped us out in our situation and gave us five star quality work. I certainly could never recommend a higher rating on a shop. If you're tired of getting ripped off everywhere else I would at least talk to these people, as a mechanic in the past I have to say not only are they experienced and professional and take pride in what they do being over 50 years of a family-owned business, prices are fair and the work is thorough and complete. The great thing about this shop is you never have to think that a dealer is the only place that can do it right. They stand hard behind their work and if there is a small issue in the future, they have no problems warrantying anything they've done. I've never been so impressed!

Dan is the Man. While moving from Washington to Texas the rear axle blew in my truck. Dan was upfront and honest about the repair. He took my truck into his shop and had it diagnosed the same day. I was informed by the tow truck driver that almost every shop in Twin Falls would take a week even a month to look at it. Dan worked diligently to find the right part and get my wife and I back on the road as soon as humanly possible. If you ever break down in or around Twin Falls you need to call Dan.

I had my vehicle towed here when my starter went out. Although they took days longer to investigate the problem then they told me they would, in the end I felt that they did a good job with the repair at a reasonable price. The main issue that I have, and the reason for my 1 star review, is that when after I’d paid for my repair and was about to leave they told me not to use my parking brake because it’ll lock up my rear tires. I only use my parking brake on an infrequent basis but I know there were no issues with it when my van was towed in to their shop. They told me that their mechanic had to “break it free” after the test drive. Clearly they set the brake while working on the van and then did the test drive with it still activated. Rather than take responsibility for the repair, they gave me an estimate of over $1000 to repair it. Also, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was shocked about how disorganized and messy the emitter place was. There were parts and broken down vehicles everywhere including an engine on a pallet so close to my driver door that I was prevented from opening the door when I left. I had to climb over the console from the passenger side to get into the drivers seat. Not surprisingly, after I got home I discovered that I now have scratched paint on my passenger side front quarter panel starting with the headlight and ending at the wheel well. I didn’t even bother to take this up with them as I’m sure they won’t take responsibility for this either. Communication during this whole process was very poor and the customer service was completely lacking. When I picked up my van they weren’t even going to give me a copy of my receipt. They just handed me my key and left it at that. I had to ask for my receipt.

While on my way to boise idaho, I blew my transmission in my yukon. I was also pulling a trailer and now stuck on the side of the freeway. Not knowing who to call I just randomly started to call local towing companies. Highway 30 was the only company that answered the phone. Within the hour one of their drivers arrived, loaded my yukon on the truck, and hooked up the trailer and we were off. When we arrived at the shop they immediately put the yukon in the shop and began diagnosing the problem. Within a half hour I had the answer, the transmission was D.O.A.. Now I don't normally have repair shops work on my truck, I have done this kind of stuff for 45 years. Having such a Good feeling about these people, how responsive, knowledgeable, and how friendly they were I felt good about having them complete the repair. Before I left the shop they already had a transmission ordered.they even gave me a ride to a hotel I had to get until my trip back home waiting for the job to be completed.they even stored my trailer in their secured lot awaiting my return. This is an absolute go to place if you ever need any towing or repair work done. It was such a pleasure working with them. Very helpful and caring in such a difficult situation. Transmission died up by Challis. Limped to Twin Falls and Hwy 30 was the only place willing and able to help us immediately. Most replacements were going to take weeks to months to even arrive, but they were able to source a warrantied reman delivered in 3 days. Their price was very fair and their work was solid and dependable. 100% would recommend if you're traveling through and have trouble you need fixed promptly!

Absolutely one of the most miserable experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. There is no communication with the customer. They didn't keep me notified of parts or labor needed to repair or what an estimated cost would be. When I went to get my car the first time I got it back with the instrument panel, radio, power windows, lights, turn signal or tail lights working. Was told I brought it in that way which was a lie as all that was working before I had it towed to their shop. Was told a diagnostic test was done on it and no codes found when in fact after I did get it back the second time from them when they fixed what they had screwed up, I took it to O'Reilly's and they did a "free" test with their code meter and found my left side front speed sensor had failed. The second time I picked up my car from them there was a lot of shadiness going on as all the employees huddled around while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me. They again wanted me to pay for 2 gallons of radiator fluid they put into it (so they say) when I wasn't told this needed to be done. Took 25 minutes to get my car back the second time as it was buried in the back of their back lot and had not even been test drive that morning as I had requested. I am disabled and my car is vital in getting me to my Dr's and other health related appointments and it seems to me in my opinion they were trying to hijack my car from me, the way things were handled it certainly seemed that way. In the end I ended up paying $468 for my alternator to be changed. I will not nor would recommend this company for any service to anyone. Customer beware!

Friendly staff, great price and quality work. They were able to get my daughters car in quickly and kept me updated on what was needed. Each interaction from beginning to end both in person and on the phone was a pleasant one. Fair prices especially in this economy. Quality work. Will definitely be going back to them for all services now

Dan and his staff are amazing! We broke down in Jackpot on Sunday evening and after waiting 2 hours for AAA to tell us they couldn't get anyone to us until 11 am the next morning, I called Hwy 30 towing, and Dan was on his way in less than 5 minutes. He towed our vehicle to his shop and had it diagnosed, fixed and ready to go on Monday afternoon. They were kind, honest, and dedicated to getting us back on the road as quickly as possible.

I am a fairly new client of Highway 30 Garage and they have become my official shop of choice for my repairs. Each visit everyone I have come in contact with has been very personable from the tow drivers going above and beyond, to the mechanics in the shop, the wonderful ladies in the office and the Owner/Manager. I have been very happy with how I have been treated and the work done. In a day where quality customer service is tough to find, they excell in this area. I have had nothing but good experiences so far. Top notch.

During a stop over in Twin Falls, I noticed power steering fluid leaking from under my car. No power steering or brakes! It was late Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Luckily I found Highway 30 towing. They were open 24 hrs, and also did repairs! They got me and my family back on the road by the next day. Thanks to everyone at Highway 30 for saving our road trip!

Highway 30 was fast and efficient in getting to me when my car broke down on the freeway. Kelly and Audrey were super helpful in directing me how to handle the situation. The gentleman who did the actual towing was very professional and helpful as well. I would recommend this towing service.

I had needed to move my fifth wheel camper trailer my new one over to a new spot they were right there they did everything they needed to do they were spot-on very professional very nice very helpful informative and the price was extremely reasonable for the on-demand on-the-spot type delivery I can't think of anything else better to say I love them and I will continue to give good 5-star rating form

My truck wouldn't start after I gassed up so I was stuck at the gas pump. They came right away and also had it fixed the same day. We thought it was the selinoid and it was a lose battery cable that grounded out and blew a fuse. I took it back to get my cruise control fixed and all my fuses checked. They took care of me and they are very personable. I very highly recommend them!!

Great garage with great service. Bearing went out in our rear differential on our way home to North Dakota. Ever other place we tried told us they were at least a week out, they got the pickup in that afternoon. Took the time to drop us off at our hotel that was miles away. Promised to have us on the road before checkout time. They were true to their word. Picked us back up at the hotel the next morning and we were back on the road the next day. Thank you! I liked Twin Falls but I wasn't looking forward to spending a week there.

I would bot auggest using them for anything more then a tow i broke down in jackpot nv had them come get the truck and tow it back to their shop they messed with it for 3 days replaced a bunch of parts and didnt fix the truck . Tried to say it was the transmission and toook it to transmission ahop just to be told no its the motor issue . Charged us 1500 dollars and then passed me off to another shop who found that when they replaced the valve cover gaskets they butchered the wiring harnes i finally had to have an auto transport haul the truck back to las vegas and now have to have the wiring harness replaced they couldnt even use wire crimps correctly and broke through the insulation on almost all of the ones they put on (pictures to show )shotty tweaker like work done by hwy 30 gatage mechanic

If you have ever broken down on the road on a road trip or otherwise you may under stand the sheer horror involved with finding a tow and mechanic. Couple that with being far from any major city you know in the middle of the night, and on a three day weekend with most shops already closed and you will understand the difficulty and terror one faces when the worst imaginable happens. Highway 30 garage and towing came to the rescue. They offer professionalism, competitive pricing, and superior customer service. I broke down and brought my vehicle to their garage. By the morning time when I woke up they had diagnosed my vehicle and assured me they would try and fix my car before I even had to check out of my hotel. They kept their word, fixed my truck, and even came and picked me up at my hotel when it was all finished. Their price for the speedy and excellent service was standard and fair. All I can say is they turned an awful situation into a bearable one and I'm extremely grateful to have stumbled across their garage. They have earned their 5 star reviews and should be considered as the only option in twin falls Idaho. They went above and beyond my expectations. If your in need give them a call.
