Marv to the rescue!
Our car battery died on a remote hilltop in Caribou National Forest. We called Marv around 7 AM. By 8 AM he showed up on his Razor, gave us a jump and we were on the road again!
BTW those 1 star reviews are B.S. Don't disparage a small business because YOU are a dummy. This is their livelihood.

Thank you for coming to our rescue on a very busy holiday weekend. He came and towed us from devils creek exit back to Malad fixed the truck and had us back on the road within a few hours. You saved the day
We called Albert’s on a Sunday afternoon, our truck would not start and Albert talked us through what to do. It started and we are so grateful for him and his willingness to help us over the phone.
Excellent service. Called to see if they could unlock my daughter's car door as she locked her keys in her car on a Sunday when everywhere else was closed. Charged a very fair price and very polite to her.
Owner helped my family and I with a tire issue. Came down and met with us to see if he was able to help.....he did, got connected with the right person who got us on our way. Thank you sir!!
Hi marv. When trailer brake came apart inside drum, I said to my wife and kids, " just go to hill airbase hopefully I'll be there tomorrow " we'll it worked out that two guys in a truck with a trailer told me about Albert's. When I called Marv went over problem with me came up with a solution told me he could come to me or I to him down street I said be right there he busted out the work and got me on my way within 1 hr. With a very fair price for savings me a world of hurt. Thank you again
Called him a few minutes before his shop was going to close and he was really nice and told me to drop by anyways and he stayed open to read some codes on my car. He was really straightforward and was very helpful
Had a great experience working with Albert’s service. Was trying to make it to Ogden and only made it to cherry creek, id before It wasn’t drivable. They were timely, friendly and got me to where I needed to be. Grateful for the customer service and business.
He replaced my spark plugs and a coil and fixed my eco boost f-150 from misfiring! He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and the specific parts needed. Such a genuinely kind person!!! I’m so thankful we have him in Malad.
Had my honda give out about 30 minutes north of Alberts. When it arrived, they were super communicative and honest about how the process would go. He made calls around due to my cars super complicated needs, took the time to talk to me and my family with heart, and gave us all he information he could. Super considerate and affordable. THE best place in Malad to take your car to.
My car had an engine power reduced alert outside Malad, and I was barely able to get it to Albert's Service. Marv was so incredibly helpful and kind. He helped me get in touch with my dealership and manufacturer so that I could get towed to a dealership nearby so that repairs could be fixed under my warranty. Thank you, Marv!!!
Our Jeep broke on the highway. Luckily, we made it to a gas station in Malad. It was a Sunday! Everything is closed on Sunday. However, they picked up when I called and offered me advice. He was willing to help after another service call he was already on somewhere on the highway. We had family bring us a battery (even though it was alternator issues) and with the great advice we got, we made it back to Salt Lake. Amazing advice, care and help. So grateful for Albert's Service!

Our Toyota sienna engine started misfiring on our way down to salt lake from Montana. We coasted into Malad and even tho he was slammed with work, Marv jumped right on diagnosing the issue and ordering parts. He got our van fixed much faster than I expected, and for a fair price! Thanks for saving Christmas Marv! Highly recommend!
What an incredibly giving and caring gentleman! Marv dropped what he was doing to offer assistance when we pulled off Interstate 15 in Malad City with an over-heating BMW. Where he was unable to help repair the car, he did help diagnose the problem, put the BMW on his flatbed tow truck (after finishing two jobs he was working on), and hauled us all the way to Idaho Falls to the BMW dealership there. He was patient, kind and truly represents the good in humanity! Well worth the price of his services.
Marv was amazing! We were traveling from Canada and our jeep was experiencing troubles. We called AMA ( Triple A in US) and he went above and beyond to help us out. He towed us from just south of Pocatello to Brigham to the Chrysler dealership so we could continue on our Journey! Exceptional service and grateful customers! Thank you , Tyler and Jackie ❤️
Our insurance co. contacted Albert's as we had an incident with a chunk of lumber in the middle of the interstate @ 9pm. Marv showed up and was fricken awsome! He had our car loaded and ready to go quickly. Great conversation and company as he towed us to Ron Kelly Tire in Malad. Would highly recommend Alberts. Came to the rescue when my battery plugs came off lose, escorted me to his shop in Malad City, Idaho and fixed the plugs and got it ready for my journey to Jackson-Hole. After trying to figure out where I had seen him before, I remembered him as the same person who fixed my flat tire two year ago around the same place.
If I could give these guys a million stars I would. We were on a family vacation, two kids and a baby, towing a 5th wheel and broke down up the road. No one would tow us and our rig to Pocatello so we called Albert's. They were fast to get to us, got my truck running enough to get to Malad. Got us to the park where the park manager plugged our fifth wheel in to power and water. The guys ran to Salt Lake, got parts in the middle of the night and had us fixed and back on the road in less than 24 hours. The bill was extremely fair and the truck has run like a top ever since.
BUT, the best part was to know that their are still genuine, nice, honest people in this world. Albert's could have taken advantage of the situation and I would have probably begrudgingly paid it but they didn't. They chose to be the reason my family and I will think fondly about the time the truck broke down and Albert's saved the Vacation. Thank you again boys, I hope to pay it forward one day the same way you did for me.
Towed my son into Malad and helped fix his truck to got him get back on the road toward home. Very friendly and compassionate. Couldn't be more thankful! Highly recommended!
Towed from the interstate near Malad City, excellent service. Albert's was super busy so they recommended a great shop and made all the arrangements and delivered the vehicle. Great experience here. Honest people that you can trust. They charge fair prices, no complaints.
We had a tire blowout on I-15 and called Albert's Service. Even though it was a Sunday Marv answered & he was so helpful! He gave us the number to 3R's Tire in town. Dirk from 3R's came in & cheerfully got us on the road again. Marv even called to check up on us. Nice people in Milad!

A life saver! My driver made good time and also knew of a place in Malad to replace a tire at 10:00 pm. This was a huge life saver, as I had an appointment in SLC the next morning. He then took me to the shop for no extra charge. Knows the area and was happy to help. HIGHLY recommend.
