Engine trouble had me stranded at 5:45 on a cold, dark, foggy morning as I was on my way to work. Called 2 other companies and one kept me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back with a ridiculous quote because they weren't even in my area!! ("Sponsored" search result.) The call to the other company was answered by a machine. (!!!) Got frustrated and called JEM's... My call was answered by a man (human!!) who took my information and told me someone would be there to help me within 30 minutes. 23 minutes later Trenton arrived to help me. He loaded my car and had me home within 15 minutes. Trenton was warm, friendly and professional and got me and my car home safely. I would definitely recommend JEM's towing to anyone!! Thank you JEM's and Trenton for helping me!!

Even though I was the one to get towed for parking in an inappropriate parking spot in this situation, this company was great.
They are not a money hungry company. They worked with me for a good price and didn’t charge me up the kazoo. I was already at a loss for coming outside to my car vanished. They treated me with respect and were respectful to my car.

Trenton and Aaron truly are the best! These are hard-working guys that spread kindness and mindfulness just by being solid in their business. I will 100% be telling everyone and anyone in the area to use them for any needs that come up! I would rate 20 stars if I could. They got our new to us RV home and placed seamlessly on less than a day notice. Amazing.
Needed a tow off Pleasant View and I-90. Called them and within 10 minutes they were there. Very professional and know what they're doing. Would recommend to everyone. They have my business here on out.
Aaron was easy to work with but when we went to pick up our trailer that had been in a accident from a guy who we let barrow it, Jem towing had taken our ramps from the trailer and had them in their shed like they were going to keep them until we asked where the ramps were and lied and said they weren’t in the trailer when the pictures they originally sent us had them with their trailer!! The yard was like a junk yard not a tow yard and they couldn’t even load a trailer on another properly….granted they didn’t have to help load the trailer but it was a garbage experience from the start. They shouldn’t be touching anything KNOWING we were coming to get it.
Jem is awesome super professional and punctual. They moved my shed and made it look easy. I would recommend them for tows movement of sheds and mechanic work as well. Thanks Jem
